Management went into my locked apartment while I was current on rent and without notice. Trashed many of my things because of an internal communications issue. They admitted their fault but then took about 4 months to pay me back. Even then they made me pay for the day they spent robbing me as part of my rent. This was a good place to live before Franklin street and new management took it over. There were complains by neighbors about foggy water possibly because a tree was backing up the sewage. Very unpleasant place to live.

Before the application we disclosed all information about us that would lead to any complications along the way, after which we were told “we have worked with bad credit, no credit, felonies” etc. After paying $150 dollars in application fees, we were still denied despite being reassured that our issue would not prevent us from being able to move forward in finding a new home. We then asked if a co-signer would be possible after at least seeing the place before dropping $225 in total just for the application processes, we were then told he would ask someone and get back to us. After a week of silence we reached back out to get an update where we were told he still “couldn’t reach them”. After almost 4 weeks we still heard nothing... Overall just unprofessional, misleading, and a waste of time/money.

Total slum. Filthy homes, unpainted exterior. They rent unfinished units without sinks, lights, or fixtures. Do NOT waste your time! Fortunately I was reimbursed. All photos are misrepresented of lovely places with landscaping. No green anything, Hornets nests teeming with wasps. Horrible place! Beat up appliances, dirty floors, doors do not lock. WARNING!!!!!

Don’t even apply. These people are taking advantage of todays economy. They are accepting applications w fees prior to even browsing the place. Paid over $150 in application fees. Denied me. Asked why, and the response was “no specific reason”. Found out through my current landlord that they called once, and never returned her call to complete application process. The unity listed currently has been listed for 6 weeks. I’m sure with all the demand they’re making more in app fees than they would renting it. They should be ashamed. I’m glad I wasn’t accepted based on these reviews below, just be careful!

The property managers for this property are terrible. I moved out in September of 2017 & they finally issued out checks for the deposit in March of 2018. Me & my roommate had to constantly text the manager, every single week in order to get our money back & her response was constantly that it was someone in New York’s job & she had to write an email & wait. They took money out of the deposit for ridiculous reasons and when we asked for any type of evidence as to why so much was taken out we never got a valid response. Depending on where you are in the complex you can hear barking dogs every single morning at 6 am from the houses that are very close by. When we were initially signing the lease they said they would schedule a walk through us in order to mark the little things in the house that were messed up. They never did that walk through with us (after we tried to schedule it). They marked things they noticed themselves and tried to hold us accountable for things that were messed up previously. There are no maintaince people on site, so some things take days to be handled, and getting an AC filter from them was a 20 minute drive each time.

This place is not excellent it is terrible. The management is awful, they refused to fix simple things around the town home. The air conditioner was broken 8 times in the one year that we lived in these town homes management refused to fix it in a timely manor and we had no AC for 12 days in July. The house was around 93 degrees during the day. Please please please do not live here. They also scammed me out of 800 dollars by not returning my full security deposits. Even though I paid to have the apartment professionally cleaned

Not a lot of help from management. Have had a broken ac for over 4 days without any help. They keep raising our rent.

Please read reviews before applying!! I sure wish I did!!! Application process is a scam. Before I paid my application fee, I had no problems getting in contact with agents. I tried to call to get the status of my application and got the run around. Finally Bob supposedly the manager called me back and said "yea, you didn't get approved". I made more than was required and wasn't given an explanation as to why I was denied. When I asked if I would receive a letter as to why he just simply said yes. I have yet to receive anything!!
