Ordered and paid with the app. Food pick up window from 7:56-8:01. Checked in with the app when I arrived at 7:59. Someone approached my car in the parking spot at 8:05 and I gave her my name. Proceeded to wait until 8:20…..nothing. Called them. They said “We are understaffed and it’s hard to get out there.” Ok. Got my order at 8:25. Food is COLD. Unacceptable all around. If you’re too busy to take to go orders, don’t take them. Turn it off. I’ll order from somewhere else. If you’re too busy to deliver food, don’t set up a check in system with designated spots and ask me my name and indicate you’ll be right out with my food. It’s 8:42 and I’m back home and heating up my food.

We stopped by for a quick lunch. Our server Olivia was so sweet, warm and welcoming. The food was served fast and efficiently. The bartender was extremely loud. You could hear her yelling across the restaurant watching a football game and talking to other staff. It's a restaurant with a bar. Not a bar that serves food.

Been coming here for over 20 years. Food is always good. However what made this visit a 5 star was the amazing service by Olivia. Her attitude absolutely rocks. I eat out everyday, wish every restaurant had an Olivia. She is truly a superstar! Thanks so much Olivia. Hector Santana

Our waiter was awesome, fast, efficient and engaging. We missed his name but it was table 36 at 2:20pm. Our food was great. Came out quickly and hot. The Black beans lacked a tiny bit of seasoning but overall our food was great. We filled up quick so we didn't stay long but the waiter was happy to grab us some to go plates. Thanks. The main reason for the star missing was that our cups of water didn't look very clean however our waiter quickly apologized and grabbed us some to-go cups as requested. We ordered the Chips and Dip, Fried Pickles, Chicken Fajita lunch special, and the Ranchero Chicken Tacos.

Don't bother with going to the Carrollwood location. I walked in and not a single employee greeted me. Then I took a seat at the bar. I was there for 8 minutes (yes, I timed it), and there wasn't a bartender behind the bar the entire time. Several servers and it her employees walked by me, but again no on spoke to me. In all, I was in their restaurant for 11 minutes and my presence was never even acknowledged. If I could rate them zero stars, I wpuld.

Went on a wed night, Seated immediately. Our server was great. Food good. Spacing of people to tables was good distance. People all wore masks until they were seated. Waiter and staff wore masks at all times.

Every time I go to Chili's I do not know what to order there is so much great food there I end up staying there too maybe two and a half hours every time because of great company that is there watching the sports on TV. They have very good employees as far as communication they are very receptive and oftentimes really funny. If there is anything I could say about you at least it is that this is definitely my favorite place to dine out their food is excellent and I would give him a five-star any suggest any one of my friends to go there.

You always think you know what your getting at Chili's. I was very surprised by their bar menu item. You get a hearty sandwich well mix if peppers and meat just a touch of heat. The seasoned curly fries we so good. Crispy on the end but still springy. The bar tender Leah was super attentive working tables and the bar. All while watching Saturday afternoon sports.

Haven’t been here in awhile but Chili’s is always a descent choice. Menu hasn’t changed much and it doesn’t really matter, I always get the Steak Fajitas. They taste just how remember, sizzling platter with all my favorite toppings. The place is clean and service was quick.

They seemed short staffed when I was there. Sadly, that is starting to seem a lot like the norm for lots of places these days. They got me taken care of tho and the burger was delicious. They have a $10 lunch menu I ordered from so the price was pretty good too, which I don't ever find myself saying anymore. $10 plus any drinks. We had 2 of the $10 lunch combos and 4 draft beers and the total was $33. I'll stop by for lunch there again.

Bartender was really cool and efficient. She made sure we were taken care of promptly upon sitting, and even suggested a better option than what I had in mind for my entree. I was even happier with what she suggested than with what I would have ordered. I’m not a meat eater so I tend to have limited options when eating out. She was rocking the whole bar side of the restaurant. You can tell she’s great at her job not just in my service, but witnessing her service to others. I definitely wouldn’t have the patience to listen to conspiracy theories spewed at me by bar guests 😂. But seriously, she was great! Will be back. Unfortunately don’t remember her name but it was whoever worked Wednesday the 15th of November at night :)

I can tell you I won’t ever be back. Came on a Sunday, wasn’t too packed when we got there. There were open booths in multiple spots. The hostess wasn’t even at the front, she took about 5 minutes to walk back up to the front to seat people. We sat at the bar, and service was OK. I think the poor server was by himself taking care of the entire bar area. I don’t blame him but they need more staff. We were there an hour before we got our entrees and my chicken sandwich was even cooked through. The service lacked, the manager asked every single table around us how they were doing, but not us. We asked the server for mayo and water and never got it. Just not a great experience, and i won’t be back, ever. Go somewhere else.

Is Chilis a family restaurant or a bar/ club? Does it say adults only on the sign? I didn’t think so. I have been coming to this chilis since i was a little girl, never have i ever had a problem coming to this location. That has all changed tonight. We came to have dinner around 6:30 p.m. with our two year old and freshly ONE year old everything was going good we sat down ordered our drinks perfect service so far. Our son only speaks a few words other then that he finds other ways to express himself. About half way through our meal the bar tender comes over (whom we’ve had problems with in the past) looking at my children saying “who do i need to come fight”. um excuse me, she then began to sit down at our table and touch our children when telling us someone that the bar wants to leave because of my infant screaming and telling my ONE year old to be quiet. We are regular customers and have never experienced this problem before when bringing our son. It was inappropriate and disrespectful to remotely talk that way to my child/children. You have no idea if my son had autism or some other kind of disability, she needs to be fired! Joke or not telling a small child and their parents that you want to fight them is unacceptable! We will not be back any time soon. And for the people with small children that are vocal i would just find another place to eat.

Haven’t been to a Chilis in years from consistently having a bad experience but I decided to give this location a shot before a show at Sidesplitters and my expectations were exceeded. Seated immediately, food came out promptly, delicious, and the waitress was excellent. Will be back!

Went here with my granddaughter after her school day and it was a great experience. The server was outstanding and was really attentive to all of our needs. He had a lot of tabes but got through them like a champ. The food tasted great and the drinks were great, Best experience at a Chilis in a real long time

So I made an online order tonight and once my husband went to park in the CURBSIDE parking area that they still have marked, he “checked in” through a Chilis notification. After he did that, another notification said that they would bring it outside. He waited so long he had to go inside to get it and there was a girl that simply took the food and said to him that they no longer do curbside. Logically if she knew there was a customer waiting outside why the hell didn’t she simply take the food and let him know ??? I guess not, they make you wait to make you go inside. Then the “manager” said she was sorry and “see you next time”. Totally dismissing the poor customer service they were doing and my husband felt like he was getting kicked out. Horrible way to treat a customer. Do not advertise curbside pick up if you are no longer providing such service. Simple. They definitely will not see us next time.

Service was surreal not going to lie. Don't recommend going if you're in a hurry or if you want Service that the server will actually be accommodating and not just there for a paycheck. It was fine and just fine no thrills or surprises just get the food you need. Also it's not a seat yourself location so don't be the 2 parties that came in after us that sat themselves causing our sever to get visibly peeved that they sat themselves while they were tending our table. It's hard to write a serious review because it's just a chilis it's the closest thing to a fast food restaurant with out it actually being fast food

A chicken wings hard to chew. Curly fries not very tasty. The ribs were good. I asked why do we only got four in a half a rock. There is 13 rips in a full Rock most places except Chili's. They say eight bones is a full Rock. What do they do with the other five ribs. I spoke to the waitress about how many ribs are in a full rack she didn't even know I showed her on the internet what a standard rack of ribs look like. She had no comment and wanted to ask the manager I told her it wasn't important.

Delicious food, great service and every server is really nice. Would definitely come back.

I've been here a few times. Its a good place good atmosphere with food and service. Last time I went there didn't have any issues. It was kind of odd that they have a small crew easter Sunday but maybe they had some call outs so I'm not going to complain I know how that is. I always enjoy the food and never had any issues.

We love this location for the patio seating. I wish they would open it back up it's been closed for months. Otherwise Chili's is great!

My food, and everyone else’s food was great but the service was awful. My waitress ( never got her name ) was so rude. We ordered a drink and got upset that it wasn’t what we ordered and she got an attitude towards us saying that she was “saving us money and next time she won’t” and when we went to pay, it not what we ordered or what she said she rang in but she didn’t even check up on us regularly so we could t get that changed. On the tablet it said table number 32 and ELC. And we were a party of 8 with three kids. Do what you will with that information.
