Food is typically okay, I have been coming here since roughly 2014 I believe or about. In the beginning it was phenomenal, High price but great service. Now here in 2022 it takes almost 20 minutes to get a burger when there is only one other customer in the store who ordered 10 minutes before me. You’ll spend near $40 for two drinks, two burgers and fries. Employees are rude and insincere. Your better off going up the road to an actual sit down restaurant for a meal that is still $10 cheaper after tip.

Our first time visiting. Around 8pm, appears to be 3 or 4 employees, one on phone, one out smoking. Dining room a disaster and we waited over 20 minutes for a burger and fries. Maybe two or three customers waiting as well that came in after us. Not a good first impression at all. The young personel didn't seem to care at all. We were told we were waiting on fries, when our order was ready, the fries we were told we were waiting on to cook came out cold and stale ... hoping for atleast a decent burger. We ordered the tex-mex... and we were ultimately disappointed.. cheese not melted, no sauce like we asked, very sloppily made. We will not be returning.

I was not impressed at all. I have not had a burger for more than 2 years due to health reasons. At this point you would think any burger would taste good to me after waiting so long. Not so. This was by far the worst burger I have ever eaten. The prices they say are average, but I thought it to be expensive for just 2 people. I would never recommend this place. Bad food, poor service. Who walks around with a customers food yelling names out? Get numbers, or letters, anything to identify your customers with out yelling across the dining area. Completely missed the mark in my opinion.

This third visit to the restaurant still offers the best burger of the same quality. The restaurant prepares the most delicious burgers, the burgers are tender, with the addition of jalapenos. You can get a cheeseburger + fries for $8.99. I chose hot ketchup, their special sauce called 21, and Honey Master. The place is spacious and has a variety of seats. And the over-described strawberries are crispy and skinny I hope to open several branches and I wish you success. Thanks to the manager✨✨

Stopped in for lunch with my wife and daughter today. Was greeted by 2 employees. We made our order on the kiosk. Our food, drinks and shakes were out quickly. Hot and delicious. 2 burgers and a kids hot dog. Burger21 is pricy but most good food chains are these days! Shout out to Dominic (todays manager) he went table to table asking if anything was needed, if our food was good and thanks for coming in. We will return 🍔 🍟 🥤

Burgers are really good and the burger salad was actually very delicious. Problem is the costs are outrageous. For a family of 4 be prepared to spend close to $80. For burgers and fries. Staff wasn't awful, but everyone just seems to be like "meh" I hate my life but I'm not outwardly rude.

Did the text curbside and waited 10 minutes. No one came out and no cars in the parking lot. I walked in and my food was sitting behind the counter while the 3 employees 1 guy and 2 girls were just hanging out and joking around. I said hey we did the text curbside 10 minutes ago and they were like oh you did. Didn’t seems to care. I said I hope it’s not cold and they were like oh it hasn’t been there for to long. The food was all cold. Food probably would have been good if it wasn’t sitting for 10 minutes. It’s really unacceptable when you have no customer and your three employees just want to piss around and hang out.

Food took 25 mins to come out, burger was good but my fries were burned, hard and cold.

First time having Burger 21! Buffalo Chicken sandwich was very mushy and definitely not edible. Onions were dry and blue cheese was clumpy and very messy on the sandwich! Such a bad experience & a waste of money. Ugh

We eat here all the time, the food is always so good and the people are always friendly. It can take some time since they make everything fresh. I order ahead online now and it’s always ready by the time I get there.

Good burger joint, nothing great. Had a #7 Tex-Mex burger and like I said, it was nothing great. Place was clean, nice layout, and friendly staff, other than that it seemed to be just another burger joint. However I would likely come back to try out their shakes. Price wise, it was neither expensive nor inexpensive. I spent ~$12 for their small burger, fries, and a drink. *No military discount

Love their Tex-Mex Haystack and Half + Half Fries. Good place to dine in.

I’m giving 3 stars only because the staff were fast and friendly, and the chocolate shake was good. The kitchen portion however, left me unimpressed. It was my first time trying this place after a few recommendations, so I ordered the ‘shroom burger, sweet potato fries with toasted marshmallow sauce, and a chocolate shake. For having the word “shroom” in the burger’s name, there were only 5 small mushrooms on top of the patty, which was broken and crumbling out of the bun, cheese not melted, just sloppy and not my favorite. I was expecting a decent amount of mushrooms and a hot patty at least. I was really excited to try the marshmallow sauce, only to dip a fry into it and get honey mustard instead. That wasn’t fun, considering I was expecting a totally different taste and I despise honey mustard. Good thing I’m not allergic because I did state specifically “no mustard” on my order. Can’t say I’ll return, but now I want actual sweet potato fries with marshmallow sauce, so I guess I’ll make my own version. Not worth the $20 I could have spent at Five Guys.

Very good burger, American classic burger, they cook it right there in the moment. This is a burger that is made not pre made. They have a really interesting/good sauce I recommend you try! Also good price/quality

My $10 sweet potato fries were cold, then when i tried to get more honey mustard (they cut costs by using really small condiment containers) i had to wait back in line to get another one. After about 10min in line i got it but after that i didn’t even feel like eating the cold overpriced fries. This place used to be good a few years ago but with years of slowly cutting costs but keeping the same high prices, it’s very discouraging for people who have been coming here for years. Burgers we’re alright.

We’ve been coming here for years; every single time the food is perfect and delicious. They’re one of the few places that make my burger exactly how I love it. The staff are always friendly, professional, and quick.

I’ve ordered here frequently over the past 2 years, also a rewards member that used to love the food. However the service has been getting worse over the last 6 months. Curbside pickup used to be SO convenient, it’s the whole reason I tip. The last 4 times I have waited 10 minutes after texting that I arrived, just to go inside to find my order sitting there with no other customers inside. The burgers have been tasting more salty lately with older lettuce. I’d give it one more try before looking for another Go-to burger spot.

This used to be one of our go to places to get a good burger. We have been many times since it opened years ago. This last visit was very disappointing almost like this is a different restaurant or maybe has different owners. The burgers didn’t have the same quality taste, fries were cold despite us having to wait for them and the staff seemed indifferent. There also was no more sauce bar due to COVID and the staff told us it would not be coming back. Overall disappointing experience.

Came to finally check out Burger 21. Food was delicious and quick. Best burger patty I've had in a while. Staff was kind and attentive! Food is a little pricey but where isn't these days. Definitely will return!

My first time trying it out. Ordered a cheeseburger via doordash. The cheeseburger was great. I am not a big fan of sweet potato fries but these ones are really good. I tried the 21 sauce and cajun dipping both were good. Will definitely try it again 👍🏻

I’ve been going to Burger 21 off and on for many years and different locations around the area. This location is generally clean with friendly service. Although it’s not a burger, I really wish they would bring back the Chicken Parm. It was my go-to sandwich when I didn’t want a burger and it was dropped off the menu a year or two ago. For this reason I don’t go much anymore. I tried their “Crispy Chick” which was ok but it’s not the chicken parm. I’d go more a lot often if they brought it back.
