Mac and cheese was great, the blooming onion was burnt. The cocktail was great tasted like horchata steak was very chewy, and the cookie was very strong. Service was great. Atmosphere was good.

Came into Tampa to visit family for the weekend, and stopped in for dinner with my daughters. The atmosphere was wonderful and service was impeccable!! Our server, Brandon was the best!! He was quick, friendly, and always made sure we were ok. And when I didn't like the taste of the sauce on my salmon, he didn't hesitate to ask if I wanted something else. My replacement meal was brought out by the manager, Shane, and he apologized for the sauce not being to my liking. He had a pleasant attitude as well. Every staff person that we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. The was the best dining experience that I've had in a long time.

Best Outback experience I've ever had. Even as far as eating out, this was phenomenal. I got the Perfect Grilled Salmon with mixed vegetables and sweet potato and the salmon stayed true to its name. I've had the mixed vegetables before that seemed overcooked in the microwave but these ones were obviously freshly cooked and the sweet potato was also absolutely perfect and delicious. The Classic Lime Rita was good, just the right amount of alcohol for me. I also snuck some fries from my nieces plate and they were pretty salty but generally cooked just right. I would've stopped at 1 but since she didn't eat them fast enough, I ended up stopping at 8...

Our server, Eric B, provided phenomenal service! He was attentive to our needs, he offered informed recommendations, he was warm and friendly, and he made our dinning experience feel like we were of utmost importance to him. I hope these kinds of feedback are not ignored. Service at that level, in this day and age is hard to come by. He is truly both an amazing ambassador and a valuable asset to the Outback brand.

Most of the food was pretty good. My adult daughter's alfredo sauce was a little weird, imho, but she enjoyed it. The real problem is that I ordered a Prime Rib sandwich and tasted the not Au Jus which was clearly french onion soup (see pictures for those onions) and didn't taste the sandwich but packed it up for home. Had I known what was served to me, I would have sent it back. Keep reading. The next day, I was shocked to find overcooked gristly roast (I never heated it). It was dry and full of gristle. It looked and tasted like a cheap cut of roast that someone didn't know how to cook. It 100% wasn't prime rib. I make Prime Rib at home regularly, and I'm not very good at it . It's still always tender and full of flavor even though I still overcook it. This was roast. Cheap roast. This was completely unacceptable. Why are they serving something and calling it something else. I was not just disappointed but also a bit angry. I felt completely duped. I should've taken a bite while at the restaurant, but I was full from my salad and bloomin onion. In the end, it's still on Outback for being 100% deceptive. I feel ripped off. I ended up cutting up the meat and giving it to the cats outside. That's an expensive treat for stray cats.

Nick is the best server. We go in here just to see him and we know he takes great care of myself and my wife. The food was delicious as always and the atmosphere is always great there. Thanks Nick for all you do for us,

Very flavorful Steakhouse!! Came here on one of my days in town, and I got a Filet Minion and sweet potato and it was so flavorful and the steak was cooked as I wanted. Service was attentive, but definitely wish the place was cleaner. Nice place you guys have! Will be back soon.

I had the best Waiter Michael!! Excellent customer service skills and a great smile!! Food was awesome as always!! Manager was polite as well making sure everything was on point!! We have been eating at that Outback since they relocated and it looks BEAUTIFUL!! GREAT JOB AND FELT VERY BLESSED!! THANK YOU♡
