Pathetic sandwich for over 5 bucks. Tiny sandwich with barely any meat. Tastes like the sum of its ingredients. I could have done better buying the ingredients at a grocery store and making it myself. They should remove "gourmet" from their marqee as there is no originality that makes this place unique or better than any competitor including Subway. Try Firehouse or Jersey mikes for a good sandwich.

My sister and I went for some sandwiches this afternoon 7/26/23... I must say, the girl who attended us is super sweet. Her name is Trey 🥰 The rest of the servers very nice too. We ordered Tuna Sandwiches 🥪 They were delicious 😋 Sure to go back. God bless!

To start, My order was 20 minutes late. When I opened my sandwich, none of my customizations were correct and my sandwich was disgusting. Everything is written down for you right in front of you as you’re making the sandwich, i don’t understand how you can still mess it up.

Wow. Ordered through DoorDash. Took forever to get here and when the delivery driver did arrive he made a point to tell me that they close at nine and I shouldn’t order that close to closing. I told him that’s something that should be addressed with the app not a customer. How am I to know that? I was able to order I’m not keeping track of the hours especially through DoorDash. Very unprofessional. I will never order from there again.

Great staff that's friendly! It's Jimmy Johns, so it's a quick service sub, nothing special, but I come back instead of Wawa because of the staff.

Had it delivered and they were so kind! Even when I accidentally gave them the incorrect address!!

The ladies that helped me and my son tonight (4/11) were the kindest and quickest best customer service I have ever had. Thank you for making my dinner with my son special. We will be back so clean too...
