Edit: While I did attempt to place my order online ahead of time, it didn't go through. BUT my experience was still worthy of a 5 star rating! My cashier was kind, patient and helpful. My food came out fresh and delicious! I got a cheese flatbread and half a grilled mac and cheese sandwich, both were SO GOOD! Thank you to the hard-working team today, yall did a wonderful job! 👏👏🙌👌🤌💋 Honestly, just wasn't impressed. Thankfully I had a gift card so it was "free" to me but I can't see myself spending this amount again on this food. Service was good, cashier was very friendly.

Had the usual regular lunch experience at Panera. We tend to exchange half of our sandwiches so we can both experience and comment about the food. The tuna sandwich was decent, the side of Mac n cheese nothing to brag about. I was, though, let down by my chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. It was obvious that somewhat half of the bottom of my sandwich was missing, probably stayed behind at the sandwich press. What a messy inconvenience at a place that serves sandwiches 😑 when you pick your sandwich up to get a bite of it and you’re basically grabbing the contents from falling apart… not being this the first time it’s happened at a Panera (yes the first time at THIS one in particular, but a recurrence throughout the brand I have to point out by now, having that happened many times before I started writing reviews). Also, I still believe their sandwiches are somewhat overpriced by at least $1 or $1.50, considering they bake their own bread daily on site… Must be to pay for the trucks bringing over the dough made at their Fresh Dough Facilities I guess 🤷🏻‍♂️ As usual with the concept, and others with somewhat the same style of service, there are times when wiped clean tables are scarce, and the carpeted floorings keep showing the signs of crumbs wiped off the table with clearly the floor as destination 😑 Aside from that, overall the place looked clean, with all service employees wearing protective masks throughout #ThankYou 👌🏼💯 🚫🦠

Enjoyed my lunch here. Pretty steady business and the staff seemed nice. As I arrived, the staff was cleaning the drink machine and replacing ice. That, to me is a good sign. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich and a cup of potato soup. I love how they add bread to it as well. Happy with my lunch stop today.

Panera has really gone downhill lately. Food is decent quality, but waaaaay overpriced for what it is. The portions are small! I've had the pick two, and the salad portion is a joke. The half sandwich is ok, but I still can't justify paying close to $14 for a tiny side salad and HALF of a sandwich. This morning, I went in on my way to work and got myself their "4 Cheese Souffle". I don't know where they put all those 4 cheeses they claim it has because it just tasted like just eggs to me. Also seems like they either overcooked the bottom or didn't add enough nonstick spray on the paper it's baked in because I couldn't get it to come out without losing half of the bottom of my Souffle. 😠😫 See pic for reference. After paying $7..... I would expect better!!! All in all, I limit my visits to Panera to like maybe 3 or 4 times in a year.

Food is decent, service is decent, but the overhead music is so loud that it feels like you're in a night club. And this is consistent. Definitely not ideal trying to take a work meeting during lunch time.

Multiple issues with the self checkout stations, wouldn’t take payment. Service was pretty slow. Wasn’t provided with my cup for the drink I ordered. Food was actually hot and tasty. But I believe good service is key to an overall enjoyable experience.

Looks like a scam shop. I ordered 13 items, they delivered 3. When I called, they blamed driver and promised to send remaining. This time I got 6 items. Missing 4 drinks. When I called, they promised to refund the balance. But instead of refund they issued a store promotional credit with 30 days expiry date and that too was only partial amount against those 4 items. Shady business practice.

received the worst of service from the lady at the drive tru window she was so rude and nasty . i will make sure not to be back to a place that hires people like her with that disgusting attitude towards good loyal customers. also to top that off after receiving horrible attitude from that lady at window i get home and my sandwhich which was supposed to be chicken chipotle melt was only cheese and a small piece of avocado that was black instead of green and there was basically a tiny piece of chicken the bread was empty. this place is a rip off . no quality like it used to be once.
