When I noticed the prongs on my engagement ring (which used to belong to my mother in law) were sharp and wearing thin, I took it to Sergio to look at and left in his hands to repair. Sergio called me the very next day to say the ring was ready for pickup. I was stunned! I am even more stunned that it looks better than new!! Robby liked Sergio from the first day he met him 7 years ago when we purchased our wedding rings. Entrusted him in his choice of insurers which paid for this repair in full. I need a link for a chain and cross I bought for my son at Christmas. I went to many different jewerlers who want to charge way to much. The lowest quote I received was 40$ for a link. The recent repair work was done with excellent quality, fair price, and handled professionally - all as usual with Sergio. However the time to repair was AMAZING! I brought in a watch and three broken chains late Thursday morning and all were ready for pickup Friday evening! And all done perfectly. You simply cannot ask for more.

It never ceases to amaze me what artistic creative hands can do. I had a few Ring Stones replaced. They were cut to perfection, very meticulous work, beautifully done. I had lost it a few years ago and went to Sergios for a new band. His wife picked out a band that matched my ring perfectly. She told me she would do her best to get it back to me quickly and she sure did. I purchased the ring on Friday morning and the band was ready on Saturday! And, I absolutely LOVE it!! Greatest jewelry store ever! They are literally the best. First of all, Sergio and Indy are the nicest and coolest people. They have great personalities. Couldn’t believe the wife gave me attitude today because I was worried that no one called us about our pickup. Had the nerve to make a slick remark saying “of course” that didn’t make me feel very good because we spoke already so for her to say that, literally makes no sense and it’s unprofessional therefore I will no longer be doing business with Sergio’s. With more than 30 years in this community, Sergio's has been around as long as I can remember. I have seen countless shops go in and out of business here so they must be doing something right. Since my family has little use for jewelry, our visits are usually for some type of repair or cleaning. The one time I did make a purchase, the lay away plan made it very easy. He maintains my watch which is 25 years old, does resets, has custom designs, cleans your jewelry and sells gold and diamond products. I even sold him some gold I did not need. They are very helpful, easy to work with and in my case, I have not had to go anywhere else for my needs.
