😠 I arrived at 12:45 PM, appointment time was at 1:15 PM, and was never seen by Dr. Kervin Doctor. Finally by 2 PM I walked out the door as I got fed up. This office is a hot mess. Please for your sake and for the sake of your valuable time and for the sake of your health, go elsewhere. This place is... Decided to change doctor’s as it is very hard to get these people to answer phones or give you decent wait times to see a doctor. Every time you call they put you on extensive holds, 20+ mins. 3 months to see a doctor even when you’re an established patient? Unacceptable. No thank you. Find a better practice.

HORRIBLE!!! The office is a complete joke with no regard to patient satisfaction or care!! Attempted to make an appt with my primary doctor and was told I had to wait 3 months. Made an appt with an alternate doctor who's last name is Doctor and waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and was told I had to wait another 15 minutes, so I just left. What is going on with our healthcare? Are primary care doctors really that busy? A patient who has excellent insurance and has the means to pay cash if needed, however has to wait 3 months to see his primary care physician? Extremely disappointed and looking for a doctor that actually cares about their existing patients. What a waste of time!

Horrible experience. I walked into the office with a scheduled appointment from my original doctor who is at a different location. The lady at the front laurel had no clue on What She was doing and even when suggested to call the office who referred me in, she constantly kept pushing me away saying “we don’t perform those services here” not only that, she was basically screaming my personal information & what I was being seen to the front lobby.. I asked if she could quiet her voice.. “sorry” was her response. I have never felt more violated or poorly treated at a doctors office. I will NEVER go back to Carollwood location. I left and cxl my appointment Then they call me back 5 min after I walked out and said they were mistaken I can get my services done at the location. I am DISGUSTED! And I hope karma bites. I’ll never go back :(

Dr. Patel is caring, compassionate, and thorough. Fortunately, Dr. Patel and associates have access to all the TGH Specialist's records I see. Immensely helpful. The only issue I have is getting prescriptions refilled on a timely basis. I am more than happy to work with the office to resolve this.

HORRIBLE experience a year ago. Guess I should not have been surprised that today I received a bill in the mail from 11 MONTHS ago!! This place is a joke, do not be fooled. Glad others have realized this based off recent reviews as well. Dr. Petrus just wants to get office visits for $$$ like people can afford that. Needless to say I switched doctors. worst customer experience!!!

Don't get a Positive COVID Test on a Friday!! TGMG apparently only has so many "Telemed" slots, and they'll tell you that the 1st available is NEXT MONDAY or TUESDAY!! As you need this Consultation before any Prescription for COVID Meds that are only Good if Prescribed 1st 3-5 days, you are SOL!!

this place is awful no help from doctors staff will lie to your face, appointment scheduling is 3+months in advance, wait time once you are at your appoinment is 1hr minimum and the doctor I saw Dr Kervin did not address anything I came to my appointment for. Changing my PCP asap. I told them I was completely out of a medication I needed, they told me that they sent the refill, I called the pharmacy to see if it was there and they told me it was not. Called tgh back and they said the on call doc can't refill meds anyways. So I got lied to and no help from the on call doc. Also don't have a medication I need for 3 days so thanks for that.

Staff is completely not professional! I taken my sister to see the Dr who took 45 minutes long and then was given a lot of lip service because I then ask how long is going to take to do lab work after we were told we were next and took another 35 min for one of the staff to argue with me and say you have the option to make another appointment and for her to try to make me go wait in the lobby and tell her manager and thankfully the manger was very polite and professional to deal with the situation

Dr. Doctor (I know it sounds punny, but it's a real name) is my PCP and she's honest and great. Dr. Farrales is great too. Once the location got rid of its previous physicians and hired these, quality and care have skyrocketed to great levels. I would definitely recommend to others.

Dr. Patel and Eric were excellent with me as the patient they were both so understanding to my pain and compassionate to my concerns. Awesome. Now the FRONT DESK that was horrible left us standing waiting while they discussed a computer issue, NOT 1 but 3 of them were involved I actually had to approach them and ask for assistance. I'm fortunate that the back end of the office didnt have those qualities. Which were poor patient service. Then I called the office the next day to leave a messafe with Dr. Patels staff only to be left on hold for 26 minutes by the infamous FRONT DESK representative CELINA. Bui I go back for the excellent service I get from Dr.Patals staff..

Taking forever to be seen. You have to show up 15 mins before the appointment but they make you wait for at least 30 mins to be seen by the doctor.

The worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Doctor took samples of my blood and my urine and refused to give me my results. They fully canceled my appointment and I have no idea what she found in my body or if my results were negative or positive for what I asked her to check. All of the staff here are rude, I have been hung up on and told they couldn’t help me. I never had to pay for someone to give me blood results ever in my life. Money hungry individuals. Karen doesn’t need to work in this office if she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Dr. Doctor shouldn’t be a doctor if she doesn’t care enough to give patients their results.

Been waiting on a prior authorization that doctor Farrales told me to my face he was doing it a week ago while at my appointment for a medication I been out of for a week now and I’ve checked with insurance multiple times they’ve gotten nothing and called the doctor office multiple times to remind them and still nothing has been done..

Just hung up phone with Asia from TGMG Carrollwood. She had the patience of Job answering and finding out the answers for all my multiple questions. So polite! Thank you Asia. You set the curve for over the top help. TGH is fortunate to have you.

First 2 times, went great. A lot of care and concern. Last visit, must have been an off day. Doctor actually told me, “how many issues do you have bc I have to do a full exam on you” (I said don’t worry about the exam let’s get to the concerns) she wouldn’t answer my question about additional labs I had pulled elsewhere, bc she didn’t pull the lab and offered no help for the symptoms I was complaining about. Told me I had to ask the person who pulled the lab of a plan of action. Basically referred me to other specialist. I wasn’t even able to get all my concerns out nor an opinion. I’m a cancer survivor and getting both docs to point the finger at who is in charge of what. On top of that she said if I have an issue to call when it’s happening, it takes 3 months to get an appointment. Nobody has mentioned telehealth appointments to me before so that’s reassuring as she mentioned that was an option. Hopefully I’ll change my opinion later down the road and I’ll edit the review. But it’s looking like a nickel and dime establishment wanting multiple appointments for separate issues. Also 1 good thing is the office is usually empty, and they run on time. Just hard to get in. Maybe that’s why she was rushing me and seemed like she didn’t care.

I waited a month for this appointment. The day before they sent a confirmation email so I hit confirm and it canceled the appointment. I called first thing the next morning and found out the doctor was overbooked anyway so l was unable to get my original appointment from less than 12 hours. I’m highly upset as there was no way to accommodate me for a month. Although it was my mistake, as a digital marketing specialist I think it is crazy to put a confirmation link and cancellation link that close in an email especially when 80% of the world uses their telephone devices for electronic communications.

It's taken over 50 days to fill life saving breathing medication. Told staff that their laziness has cost me health and forced me into hospital. Staff laughed and told me I was being rude. Chantal hung up on me after putting me in mortal danger. Don't bother calling the office manager. There isn't one.

This is hands down the best doctors office I have ever visited. The people at the front are so wonderful and accommodating, Asia in particular went above and beyond for me. Both my provider Kimberly, and the gentleman Victor who was helping aid her were absolutely amazing. They both listened to me and my concerns and were so easy to talk with, I never felt rushed and they explained everything that was going on. It also was a very quick process from check-in to being seen by my provider. If you are looking for a place to set up your primary care I would highly recommend this location and seeing Kimberly!!!!

Doctors are ok but administration is terrible. Had a routine medical including routine bloodwork. Subsequently received a bill from Quest for the bloodwork. Since this was unexpected, I called the office who said that they had used "diagnostic" codes instead of "routine" when submitting to Quest. They said they would take care of it. Six months later, despite multiple calls to the office about this, they have not fixed it and I have been forced to pay the delinquent bill to Quest myself. I'm looking for another surgery now.
