Fraud company. Please do not take treatment from these company. They will assure you that you dont have to pay a single rupee and will finance your treatment through a third party company. Later when your insurance claim reimbursement is less than the initial total bill you will have to pay the remaining amount from your pocket. I have been trying to contact them since two weeks but no call back from Pristyn team. Prashant Chaudhary, Sanjeev Singh all of them fraud.

MY experience with pristyn Care was not quite well. It's been more than 1.5 years since I have undergone with laproscopic hernia surgery still I feel pain on my right side below to my stomach and a little of bulge which is coming out again. Infact after the surgery I meet the doctor 3 times to discuss my pain and bulge issue but every time he prescribed me some more medicines and told me it will go over. But now when I again undergone with ultrasound I found that surgery was not done properly . So I have to again undergo for a treatment.

The sales and conversions part was good. Amazing work done in storytelling and selling the benefits. The execution part was bad. Poor coordination between the hospital and Pristyn Care. All was good from the time my pick up cab was booked till the admission. The real problem started after the surgery during the stay and during the discharge process. Me and the attendent were supposed to get meal included in the package so my wife called Lalit who very promptly ordered food from Swiggy. The delivery guy begged for us to not have the food because the place where it was being made was not hygienic at all. I mean what would you expect when the total order of the food was 250 bucks for 2 dishes. Its a humble request that please check the restaurant or cloud kitchens hygiene first before you send the food for a patient out of surgery to have it. The surgery was scheduled for 2 pm as per confirmation received from Pristyn Care but later it was rescheduled to 4:30 pm for reasons best known to them. I mean if this would have been told earlier I could have had my breakfast accordingly because by the time i was taken for the surgery i was already fasting for 9 hours approximately and the requirement was 4 to 6 hours. The discharge was scheduled for 11 am but it was finally completed around 1:30 pm. Apparently there was some technical issue and the doctor was not able to modify and sign the discharge summary paper. I mean automation is good but there should always be a back up manual process available for times like this. If the technical issue does not get resolved within a stipulated threshold rime say 30 minutes the company should proceed with manual discharge process rather than having the patient wait for 3+ hours and after that go for manual discharge. The other funny part is that Pristyn Care send their representative at the hospital during admission with a paper so the we tick mark if all the services as discussed are provided or not. I mean how can someone provide this information just after 40 minutes after getting admitted. Its a clear indication that they are just doing a check mark activity and extorting feedback. Also, the multiple feedback messages and WhatsApp need to be reduced. Its very irritating when you beg for feedback specially when the surgery has not been completed also.

It was a great experience with pristyn care team. Everything was organised and coordinated well. They have refer me to Dr Manjiri Kawde.she was very calm, she explained details about the procedure and it was really satisfying. I got my surgery done successfully. Thank you Doctor and to all the Pristyn team.

Priyanka Arora , staff presently working there has been extremely insensitive as she kept on calling and threatening me with messages even after asking her to close the enquiry . It’s a humble request to keep sensitive and intelligent staffs to handle customers and not staffs like PRIYANKA ARORA who has tortured me to a breaking point and is truly unfit for this job. A humble request to remove her out of the team for pathetic and unforgivable conversation with me and pathetic customer handling.

The consultation call with doctor was very good and you get some confidence after getting know about the surgery process from the doctor directly, However the Admission process was delayed for 2 hours, however other process went smooth. After surgery, no consultation with doctor and what cautions to be taken, not told from doctor and anyone else. It has been a week almost, I'm struggling to get the timings and other info for my first checkup after my surgery even yet. The best thing about hospital staff and pristine employees, is that they are very courteous and helpful, for everything you tell to staff they respond immediately.

Very quick service. Total help with medical insurance cashless help by Pristyn staff. Doctors, nurses, staff were excellent. Discharge was a very smooth process. I am in a recovery phase so bit worried about the end result but my first surgery was not that scary. Pain was horrible for a week but if it's a surgery then one has to expect that. But overall experience with Pristyn Care was excellent and I would recommend their services to others. Thank you.

They provide the best healthcare service. Prystin assistant follow up with you on every step of your treatment. Just an issue, they are not certain about the discharge procedures when it comes to any insurance claim service. I had a time day at my discharge day. Rest was better then expected. One less star for my online coordinator. I recommend Prystin care for anyone looking for specific healthcare needs.

Divya is very helpful in answering all the questions we have. She has good patience. She explained about Dr. Jagadish and provided his appointment in the nearby Hospital Dr. Jagadish is very friendly and helpful. He also called us after the treatment and checked how we are recovering and provided suggestions on how we can recover soon. Overall great experience with the Doctor and Pristyn Care team!

What Pristyn is committed not delivered the same I didn't like the service. Even you don't call back once admitted in office.

The care coordinator (Mr.Harsh) kept coordinating me ahead of time until I was admitted to the hospital.He coordinated even the operation. The hospital (Currea speciality hospital in Thane) The ward room was under maintenance, there was no toilet facility in the ward room, for which one had to use the common toilet of the hospital, all the AC water was pouring under the bed, no carton for the patient's bed. The thing was that the people in the hospital like nurses, helpers and doctors were good. And on the second day of discharge, the person from Pristine Care who comes to get me discharged takes me out of the ward room in the morning and shifts me to the discharge room. And that too from 12:30 in the morning till 10:15 in the night, sir, it will take another half an hour to process. I spent the whole day saying such words. And the interesting thing is that the person from Pristine Care leaves the hospital between 8 and 9 o'clock without informing, And my wife and me kept sitting in the discharge room like crazy. My wife, who stayed with me in the hospital, got dinner on the first day and that too after reminding me Harsh, and on the second day my wife remained hungry the whole day. I had talked to Coordinator Harsh about providing 100% cash less but despite not having it, I had to pay Rs 1000 in cash at the time of discharge. After discharge, I will not have to bear any further expenses, the coordinator said, But due to the hospital being very far away (40 to 45 km) I have to pay Rs 200 to get the bandage changed every day from another doctor, till now I have bought medicine worth Rs 2000 from outside, the doctor says that I will have to take medicine for more 10 to 15 days. After my operation date was fixed, I suggested Pristin Care to one of my friend, who got the operation done today in hospital Mumbai Malad. I also saw theft happening to me regarding medicines in the hospital, but the image of you and the hospital may get spoiled, so that's all. Sir after this I will not suggest Pristin Care to anyone. to be very honest i got very very nice experience from Pristyn Care, Before treatment i had also gone through few youtube channel and online reviews and needless to say i got mix reviews. Some are saying its bad business to earn money, some said they panicked patient and all but they are too good review also. But Pristyn care helped me a lot like family friend, right from before i took my step out of my home on operation day to the 3 weeks after treatment.
