Had a worst experience with Dwello. They just lure you until you make a booking. Give false promises. They made me book a house in a project which did not have all basic approvals in place. On this, they assured that nothing will go wrong. Putting all my trust and hard earned money into completely back-fired. Now they don't even bother to respond. We had Mr.Monojit as our mediator from Dwello who made all false promises before booking the house. . Will advice to stay away from Dwello while making any decision related to house bookings.

Hell People, The most pathetic service by the team yet not refunded my money back , This girl Almas Khan has stolen my 1Lakh and gives me an attitude of not doing work properly. Either Dwello gives me that 1 lakh from her salary or get the refund from the builder as I do not care how you do it, that's my hard earned money and I have also filled a complaint as well. So lets take it legally, because you people are least bothered. The worst service and they are big time fraudsters a girl named Almas will give you big hopes and will take your money and scam you with the builders. Won't understand your situation and will only ask you to do what she wants. So please do not fall prey to such fraud companies or agencies they are just scamming people out there. They will tell you everything and give you hope and at the end will scam you badly. This people scammed me for 1 lakh rupees and now not returning it back. There are many agencies if you want to deal with but never fall prey to Dwello and specially Almas Khan. God forbid she doesn't face all this. One star is also not deserved it was just because I had to post this comment

I went to Dwello when my family was looking to buy a new house. Very good service by the agents and they listened to all my requirements and took the time out to show me all the properties that met my needs. They also helped in the meetings with builders. Very happy with their service, it is consistent through out. Would recommend to other people. Keep up the good work

Absolutely one of the worst company to work as a real estate consultant. Strictly follows hire and fire policy. They initially hire fresh graduates but if you don't give minimum deals in the first quarter you will be fired in 3rd month of your joining even though your probation period is for 1 year. Absolutely trash quality leads. Your day to day task is cold calling wherein you are expected to call around 200-300 cold calls from dead leads. Hardly you get 1-2 live leads each day and if it turns out to be a junk lead then be prepared to make 300 calls until you do not schedule 4 site visits for weekends. If you would like to really learn about real estate then Dwello is not a company you should be joining.

It is in industrial area in between construction building lift is too conjugated too slow small building not that great not good security not proper maintenance you can go from borivali station by sharing auto or even bus it's nearby highway western express highway walking 2min.

Consultant was very polite and professional whenever I met them or had a phone call.From site visit to showing multiple projects they were very helpful, informative and patient. Would definitely recommend Dwello if you are looking to buy a house as they are one of the most professional and genuine guys in real estate.
