Bad service No proper office stuff . passbook machine not working almost time. There is only 1 machine for passbook and cash deposits

Worst staff and pathetic bank have ever come across. Most of the time server is down and staff is not responsive For small things have to wait for 5-6hours which otherwise isn't the case with other branches or even other bank. Only bank manager mrs Nair is helpful

It takes more than 15 minutes for passbook printing. No separate line for Senior citizens. No security guard. Very narrow entrance. Lesser no of staff.

Bank is located in borivli west OPP. petrol pump near station. Much crowded. Running since many years in old building need some upgrades.

Where is the option for giving zero stars? Worst bank ever. They make you run to the bank for every small work because their app keeps crashing. And then the way they yell at their customers like they are doing some favour on them. They cry that someone cut their MTNL lines so they can't do any work!! Of course someone must have done that to take revenge with them for their bad behaviour because this beggar bank cannot even afford a watchman!!

One the worst bank ever, working person belive they are God, I see everyone is begging to them to get their work done, Pathetic Bank

Old staff very slow and irritable. Dont expect anything quick. Contact number also not working.

Worst bank ever came across... Staff behaves like they don't want to work all the time.. Half of the ppl should be fired. Waste of money. Can't even get a single work done.

Very old promises with very slow system expect slow service due to system issue.

Lousy branch. Put the phone off the hook, do not process documents and requests for more than 3 month, misplace documents, expect individuals to resubmit ALL documents again and again- god alone knows what / where my previously submitted ones went!? They do not correspond or reply either! Pathetic!
