I am very grateful for the time I got to spend here. Everyone was kind and encouraging. Even though I am a beginner, the trainers and athletes were supportive. I was most impressed with the coaching given during shadow boxing and bag work. In my past experience, this training time was mostly ignored, so it was great to be given coaching during all parts of training. I got a little overwhelmed a few times, but the trainers were so understanding. There was no judgement - just encouragement. I would highly recommend coming here regardless of your level. Can't wait to come back!
