First impression:: Good experience, got what I needed and fast. Staff is helpful in making a choice. Edit after 1 week:: After sales service is pathetic, getting in touch over the phone does not work. The cell number on google maps is not reachable. There is no other way to get in touch with the store. Call center person says they cannot connect me to the store, nor are they able to help with moving delivery date. I will bring the rating down to 2 stars. Edit after 2 weeks:: Got my delivery yesterday at 12 noon. Requested for the technician to come before the day ends but neither Croma nor Haier to could commit to a time. Kept saying within 24-48 hours. After sales service is unpredictable. Buying on amazon is simpler.

Visited the store for the first time. I was there to purchase power banks and inquire about some kitchen gadgets. The staff is extremely courteous, polite and helpful. The person helped me to get the right product and the other people happily got my idea about various kitchen gadgets . I would like to revisit soon.

We came to check the Faber gas hob at this Croma branch, and our experience was wonderful. All the staff members are sweet, and the one who helped us, with the gas hob options - Mamta, was especially very patient. She had all the information possible, very helpful, very proactive and warm. We decided to go ahead with the product mainly because of her. Overall, great experience! Looking forward to the smooth delivery and installation of the gas hob.

Pathetic Service..// Both the sales guy Mr. Rohit & Manager Mr. Arif promised delivery and installation next day before 6 pm. However no one bother to check and no one came for delivery!! Wasted my entire day waiting for delivery but Croma only made false commitments!! No one proactively informed about delay! Can go to any level for sales!! Now going for refund!

I visited Croma in R City mall, I was interested to buy an action camera. I waited for 10 minutes and no one came to attend. Whomever I asked myself that I am looking for an action camera, they just called another guy, who called another oerson and so on. Eventually I bought it from somewhere else. Similar story in Croma Powai where I was looking for an SD card for my action camera. Plus, Amazon is cheaper. However, the person displaying washing machine was really helpful a d explained me everything, even helped me measure the shape with a tape. Liked the big electric appliances section.

I went to check out the new iPhone 15, and was surprised by the behavior of the apple sales rep. He was not disrespectful but was least interested and basically asked us to get the phone from elsewhere as they didn’t have any in stock. It was mildly shocking to see Croma staff displaying such unpleasant, hands off behavior. I was happy to give my business to Croma as I had been doing it till that point in time, but this time it was different and makes me want to consider alternatives. Tata definitely needs to focus a little on customer obsession and should not let go business coming from loyal customers such easily.

I have given 1 star because there is no option of giving zero star. My parents had purchased a refrigerator from this store. It was whirlpool which had a manufacturing defect...got it exchanged with a Samsung refrigerator which is again having manufacturing defects. Although it's a auto defrost double door Samsung refrigerator, it has got frost accumulation on the inner body and cooling pad which is not normal. My old parents have been asking for return of product and getting their money back...but no response from their side at all...it's been almost a month they are suffering...it seems they are selling refurbished products...so I would suggest people to think twice before getting products from this store.
