My friend bought a guitar from here & they've a good range of guitar in their shop. their behaviour was also quite good. Also shop is located on a low traffic road.

Definitely the worst experience of a music store I have had. I have been playing guitar since the past 14 years. Brought my guitar to them for action issues. They charged an exorbitant amount of money to just tighten my truss rod. They messed up my guitar action and when I went back to get it fixed, they asked me to pay the same amount of money again. Also owner is very argumentative and has absolutely no knowledge about guitars. The collection is also very poor showcasing knockoff brands only

The shop has verities & awesome models option for buying new Guitar but for service they are charged beyond your imagination.. I just went for a String installation which cost Rs 470/- but the shocking thing is that they add SM labour charged of Rs - 850 /- Hahahahaha 🤣😂😂😂 + They replace my guitar bridge pin of Rs- 200/- The total bill = 1520/- So think twice before visiting shop for services.🙏

It's a great music store to have in Powai... They have some good acoustic and electric guitars and other music instruments too. Their sales managers were very polite and helpful. All the best to them !!!

This is a great place and one stop shop for all your musical needs and maintenance. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first visit for restoration of my rusty old acoustic guitar, not only I got a perfect service done but also got my guitar back with custom strings installed. There were lot of other generic questions that I had and SoundMonk helped me with all the answers in like 10 mins. Long story short, great place, would highly recommend anyone to visit once and experience the best service at an affordable price.
