This spa is in infinitee mall, Malad. I had been there for a therapy and must say it was a nice experience. The staff is professional and the place is clean and hygienic. The prices are lesser compared to other spas around. They do offer membership at great price. Worth trying😊

I got the back dry massage and found the masseuse average at best. When i told her to reduce the pressure, she was taken off guard and almost offended. Didn't know how to reduce and felt awkward and continued with the same pressure. It was definitely not pleasant but relieved some pressure.

Terrible experience today with the service of Miss Apem. She burned my left foot during the massage treatment and overall the massage was unproffesional. She needs to get holidays or change her job, she is unproffesional.

I frequently visit the spa. This time, I was assigned by Rajat, such an unpleasant experience of a therapist cracking his fingers on my body. Very unprofessional!

Imagine you call on Thursday evening to book an appointment for Saturday and the receptionist says "Call after 10 minutes I'm busy at the counter". Then I called after 8 minutes, to book stuff worth 6k... she says you have to pay in advance which I am okay to do. She never sends the payment link :) Dear Bodhi management, a couple of terrible front desk managers are enough to ruin the reputation of the best retail stores on the world. Never coming back to Bodhi. This isn't the first time she has behaved this way. She has been disrespectful and disgustingly rude twice before even during walkins. How can an employee be so careless about customers and you'll are not doing anything about her ? Or do you'll not care about customers at all anymore.... Edit : The team called me thrice at 8.45 pm back to back :) and expected me to be available to speak. Dear Bodhi team member, you have my correct number. My whatsapp and texts are very much functional. I went for a very relaxing and respectful spa experience to Sukho Thai nearby. The intention of this review is not to extract free spa services from you'll. It's to simply let everyone else experience a hassle free respectful service that one deserves after a long long long week of stress.

2 stars because of the massage services. However, the reception staff at the Malad centre is very unwelcoming. Have had this experience several times whenever called to fix an appointment. Recent experience: The receptionist who answered the call asked us to call back after 10 mins. Reason: I am very busy at the counter. High time Bodhi Thai Spa looks into this ana tske corrective measures

Front Desk Staff needs training.. She cannot answer to simple queries also.. Wanted to try Bodhi Spa, but after such a cold response I will prefer Aroma Thai any day…

They place provides amazing foot and body massages. Only drawback is the price. Too high for normal middle class people

Time management was worst. Lady at counter don't have manner to speak with customers. Because that lady Bofhi Thai Spa will loose the regular customer. We had wasted our evening because of her bad communication. Worst experience.

My place for relaxation, great therapist, they know want they doing all trained and professional,,great atmosphere, it's been since 2012 I am going.. it's always the same, very relaxing and lovely ☺️ will visit in future as well..

Massage is excellent. However, the front desk is quite casual and does not engage in a dialogue with the client to know better and give a better experience. Unfortunately, the masseuse was a little shy and hence couldn't speak either.

I went for a 90min traditional foot spa. My therapist was Simone. My horribly stiffened back was much relieved. All stars for the service.

Digital mode of payment is available. Ambience good, staff is nice ,,Hygiene of Towels and other things is in question? Staff is untrained for massage? Personal requirements for pressure not asked and not even followed despite asking to do .Nice place to take costly sleep for an hour or 90 minutes and forget about massage , it's all rumour.

Had the best spa at bodhi infiniti malad, the staff is so well trained, she knew the pain points so well, if u want a good body massage or the actual the foot massage u must visit bodhi spas, they are in almost all mumbai malls and are so professional, kudos to the team!!!!

The manager at the infinity talks big. I did two sessions. Leg and body massage. Was refused the services of the guy who did the leg massage a day before. The body massage was not up to the mark. He was not aware as to the thing I wanted done. The problem was the inability to communicate properly as he was not able to speak in English also. Enrich saloon does a better job as also jcb there in the same mall. Tremendous scope of improvement. Keep the fresh masseuse for light things till they get better.

It's a good place but little over rated because the massage and other services (facial, rejuvenation, etc.) are ok.

Very pathetic experience by the receptionist. Please never go to this outlet, i was late by 15 min and she is telling me we can’t go ahead with shower and steam after the massage and that too not in a polite way. I already paid 500/- in advance then also i got such a treatment from them. They didnt call before 1:30 pm and on phone as well they spoke in a very unprofessional way
