you
call
on
Thursday
evening
to
book
an
appointment
for
Saturday
and
the
receptionist
says
"Call
after
10
minutes
I'm
busy
at
the
counter".
Then
I
called
after
8
minutes,
to
book
stuff
worth
6k...
she
says
you
have
to
pay
in
advance
which
I
am
okay
to
do.
She
never
sends
the
payment
link
:)
Dear
Bodhi
management,
a
couple
of
terrible
front
desk
managers
are
enough
to
ruin
the
reputation
of
the
best
retail
stores
on
the
world.
Never
coming
back
to
Bodhi.
This
isn't
the
first
time
she
has
behaved
this
way.
She
has
been
disrespectful
and
disgustingly
rude
twice
before
even
during
walkins.
How
can
an
employee
be
so
careless
about
customers
and
you'll
are
not
doing
anything
about
her
?
Or
do
you'll
not
care
about
customers
at
all
anymore....

expected
me
to
be
available
to
speak.

experience

hassle
free
respectful
service

after

week
of
