Really good experience over here, hospitable staff, Ms Namrata was excellent at her profile as a top stylist wherein she helped me out with options for my haircut along with what would look good for me. The staff over here is very much hospitable and have been kind enough to look over the clients for water, tea/coffee and making it as a good experience.

Visited this salon for global hair color treatment and to get a haircut a couple of months ago. This salon is clean and well kept. The hairdresser/stylist - Amit, went above and beyond to explain and discuss my preferences and his recommendations pertaining to hair care. He was extremely thorough, professional, skilled and patient and did an amazing job transforming my look. He walked me through every step of the process and ensured I wasn't being blindsided. I would highly recommend this place and getting your hair treatments done by Amit.

Brilliant service. Loved the haircut Renuka gave me. The moisterizing pedicure was also very relaxing. Also if you happen to like coffee, the person here makes amazing coffee and you should definitely say a yes.

I went into JCB at Kandivali for an Olaplex treatment and a manicure. Hari did a great job at explaining the effects of the Olaplex treatment and applied the product very throughly and patiently through my thick hair. Urmila did a great French manicure with neon tips, they look great! She was super meticulous and ensured that I was happy with the results. Really happy with the service at JCB :)

I have been there more than once their hair services are great .... Namrata is good at what she does... understands color and cuts very well... staff is courteous and friendly and space is also clean and well kept... Worth the money they charge

The full body massage is awesome over here ,they have neat & clean massage room & shower area . They have used nice fragrant oil . The Therapist Jyoti is so proficient at her work , she releases all the toxins in the body & I felt so relaxed after the massage . I would definitely love to recommend their massage therapy

Heard some great reviews and recommendations. So, I walked in on a Sunday the service by the other staff to receive and arrange a hairdresser was decent. The hair dresser didn't do a good job either with my haircut or beard trimming. Overall, I am not happy with the haircut or beard trim.....what's the point of the rest of all services.

Scalp and back massage was great! The skill was evident. Price felt high overall especially for haircut - nothing wrong with the haircut but nothing special either to justify the high price point.

I'm absolutely appalled by the haircut I received from stylist Amit. Not only did he completely disregard my request for a classy, low-maintenance, face-framing layer style, but he managed to turn my sophisticated, richly colored hair into an absolute disaster. What was supposed to be a neat, corporate look for an important international presentation has turned into a frizzy, heavy, and unruly mess that's impossible to fix. This tacky 400 rupee layer cut, for which I was charged 2100 rs, is nothing short of a travesty. The salon should be held accountable for this atrocious service, and Amit should be terminated. I demand a full refund for this nightmarish experience.

I visited the salon on 29/06. Anisha is extremely attentive and made me very comfortable. Amit, the senior stylist is excellent. He advises what's in the best interest for the customer. I am extremely pleased with my hair service and will definitely be a regular now.

Recently visited Jean Claude biguine (Kandivali branch) got my haircut done from Namrata. She suggested me according to my face cut. And gave me a amazing look. Loved it.
