Few months back we had visited oye kake ghatkopar outlet and we had totally loved it hence we thought of giving this one a try and lower parel branch too made way to our heart. Oye kake is probably one of the best restaurant out there serving finest quality pure veg food. Talking about the ambience it's quiet pretty and looks elegant. The best part here which I love the most is the serving plates and other few elements which uplifts your dining experience. Coming to the f&b part, in drinks we tried their mango Milkshake from Mango menu. It was super thick and yum! Also tried dry fruit lassi which is their best seller and superb! In appetizers we tried lasooni soya chaap which was the best dish of our entire meal and we would strongly recommend. Also tried Mirch Lasooni Paneer Tikka which was on a slightly spicier side but the smokey presentation and flavor of live charcoal is pure delight. They had pretty good options in chaat hence we decided to order one. Samosa chole is what we ordered and it was quiet filling and tasty. It had all the elements you can ask in a perfect amritsari chaat. For the main course we ordered for veg tiranga which is basically half portion paneer gravy and half portion matar gravy. Overall the dish is quiet creamy and tasted fab with naan and laccha paratha alongside. Lastly we ordered for Amritsari pulao which had lots of beans and veggies to it. It was tasty and had fresh flavors and aroma of ground spices too. For the dessert we tried the Mango and cream (again from their mango menu) it had few pieces of fresh mango topped over mango fresh cream which was chilled and made to perfection. Loved it. Oye kake is definitely one of the best places you can think of when it comes to amazing food and hospitality.

It was time to visit one of our most favourite brand when it comes to Amritsari Cuisine . This time we visited their outlet at Kamla Mills. As expected the food was exactly of same style and quality the way they serve it in their Fort Branch. Let's take you on our food ride out here. Appetizers : Choley Samosa Chaat : A must try for all you chaat lovers out there. A perfect mix of all ingredients giving a classic touch to the dish . Whenever out here we always start with our most favourite Delicacy and that is Tandoori Melting Mushroom which by far is the best Delicacy of the brand and a heavenly delight for all Mushroom lovers out there . In Mains we went for their . Three Cheese Kulcha and Mix Vegetable Paratha which comes with Black Daal , Choley and Curd . We even savoured their house speciality called Veg Khasiyat. The best part of this dish is that it has a mix of two flavourful gravies in one . Their Kulhad Lassi is a perfect accompaniment to the above meals Dessert : Again a house speciality and it is their fresh hand churned ice cream this time . We went for mango flavour as it is in season right now . Overall a scrumptious and wholesome food Experience and will definitely visit our favourite Brand again. Thanks for reading our review . Happy and Safe Fooding until next time...

I was so excited about this place. But highly disappointed. Bcoz this place is famous for kulcha but I tried aloo onion kulcha/ masala kulcha/cheese garlic kulcha none of them were good in taste. I mean taste was so lame and there was no butter. Then tried one paneer stater it was tooo less. I mean one person can eat that stater that much was the quantity. Masala papad we tried the fried one. It was soggy. By the way kulcha was served with chole. Hardly 2/3 spoons of chole was served. Sabji we tried it was ok in taste. Rice daal was very basic nothing new. Desert we tried jalebi rabadi- rabadi was too less in front of jalebi. Tast was good. Malai lassi was nice. Drfruit lassi was nothing new. But again disappointed bcoz dryfruits quantity was too less. Overall didnโ€™t like that much.

Hello everyone, This time we have tried our hands on one of the famous brand that is Oye Kake, which is famous for its North Indian food. This is basically a cloud kitchen located at SantaCruz east from where u can order some delicious food which serves in good packing. Let's get to the detailed reveiw; 1. Chole Samosa Chat _ 5/5 _ The dish was just awesome. Everything was just perfect, u will find the crispy touch and all the flavour are blended pretty well. A clear thumps up for the dish ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ 2. Punjabi kathi Roll _ 4/5 _ The roll was decent enough, it was pretty good and u won't regret after eating this, so do give it a try. 3. Paneer Makhani Masaledar _ 3/5 _ This was a paneer sabji which was not that great. The taste good have been much better, I would suggest to try your hands on some different sabji 4. Butter Naan _ 5/5 _ The Naan we ordered were perfect and nicely packed 5. Jalebi rabdi _ 5/5 _ This is one of my favourite dessert and they made my day with such a perfect dessert. The Crispy jalebi and also the sugar levels in the jalebi and rabdi were also perfect. I would love to eat it every time I visit there.

I went to Oye Kake for dinner yesterday and had a wonderful time. Mumbai's authentic Amritsari cuisine. Every single item we tried was delicious. Coming to the F&B, we ordered Papdi paneer cheese shots were wonderful. In a shot glass, six deep-fried sticks with paneer and cheese stuffing. The addition of sesame seeds to the ends of each stick enhanced the flavour. Malai Chaap - For those who enjoy chaap, this might be a real treat. Chaap that has been tandoored and tossed in malai. The green chutney that was served with it complimented it perfectly. Menu item that comes highly recommended. Dai Papadi Chaat Is the ideal blend of dahi, chutney and papdi. The flavor was fantastic. Paneer Tandoori Paratha - stuffed with paneer and tandoored. served with dal makhani and curd. Tastes fantastic. Six distinct flavored lassis served in cutting chai glasses. I enjoyed them all, whether they were mango, kesar, dry fruit, chocolate, coffee or classic plain. I've never encountered this kind of flavor diversity in lassi before. I adored all of them. Jalebi Rabdi - To finish our dinner, we had crispy sweet jalebi served with rabdi. Served hot and delicious. The service was swift, and the staff was pleasant. Overall, a wonderful experience. I will definitely return.

Having visited, 3 outlets, of 'Oye Kake', the chain, has, become, my favourite, go to place, for, I have got a weakness, for lassi & desserts. And this place, serves the best of both, with other lip- snacking Punjabi dishes. The staff, guides customers, to their seats & also gives tips of their popular dishes, helping us to make a choice, of our order. Attended, by waiter, 'Kamal Barik', our pick was : Starters : 1. Dahi Bhutta Mirch Kabab 2. Mirch Lasooni Paneer Tikka - served smoking hot Main Course : 1. Aamras Puri - puffed puris with cool aamras 2. Butter Naan with 'Bharwan Bhindi Baingan' - Baingan stuffed with paneer. Well made dishes, tasted great, washed down, with delicious & cool, 'Mango Lassi' & 'Kulhad Ki Malai Lassi. And whar more! ended the lovely dinner, with, yummy dessert 'Kaju Ki Kulfi' & Kulfi Falooda'. Unique ambience giving a feel of 'Punjab & friendly staff, added, welcomes you again & again.

An outstanding place for Punjabi food located within Kamala Mills. The ambience is good and the service is friendly. Food taste rules in this vegetarian place. Try their Goli Kabab! The Khatti Meethi Aalu starter is an interesting take on Cajun Potatoes. Almost all paneer items are fantastic. They're also known for their desserts.

Great place for 100% Veg North Indian / Punjabi food in Mumbai. Consistent fresh taste and flavours on point. Best Kulchas I've had in the city (they are famous for this amritsari kulcha) and love the lasooni chaap! Nice decor and friendly service too. Would definitely come back with a group of friends or family or colleagues for office lunch in Lower Parel.

Food quality and taste is amazing no doubt about that, just a suggestion in terms of services is a little slow so order your food in proper sequence and timings where else the hospitality is amazing ๐Ÿ˜ and prompt. They have a good ambience and overall love the place. It is a good place to spend time with friends and family.โค๏ธโค๏ธ Do visit and let me know your experience by liking the Post. Went there on my 13th anniversary and it was wise decision.. I wanted to eat authentic Punjabi / Amritsari food and I am glad I found one around!! ordered for a couple of items like vegetable soup - which was given a ghee tadka and tasted yum Masala papad - Simply awesome, it gave my taste buds reasons to eat more Chur chur nan - This felt more like a lachcha paratha then a chur chur naan coz it had a lot of layers .. chur chur naan is different then what they served here but no complaints!! Lassi - I donโ€™t have to even comment .. it was just yum Tandoori alloo - heavy yet very tasty Paneer Peshawari - delicious is the word!! I kept licking my fingers even when I was done eating.. I am waiting to visit them ones again to eat authentic Amritsari food!! Donโ€™t have travel all the way to Amritsar for the same ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Great punjabi food. I had the below. 1. Daal makhani.. very yummy 2. Lasooni soya chaap... The marination was perfect 3. Chur chur naan - it became cold when I had at home so not that soft 4. Lassi - they have quite a few varieties here. But I prefer the classic sweet lassi or the mango lassi. They also serve a lot of accomplishments alongside like chutneys, pickle, curd, salad. Overall, it's a nice restaurant in Mumbai. But it's pure veg.

We thought this was a non-veg place because of the name but we were disappointed to find out it was actually pure vegetarian. They have a huge menu with a variety of veg dishes. Although we couldn't eat non vegetarian the food was still good and balanced. They were very professional and had good Covid measures. It had to close at 10 though because of Police curfew but it was very nice and relaxing. It was a change from the usual bickering and noisy place with quiet surroundings.

Lip smacking and Authentic delicacies of North India is what you get at this place!! Perfect place for a lunch/dinner with family or friends! Comfortable seating arrangement. All the safety measures in place. We loved the food quality and found that its totally worth it! Portion size is also good enough for 2 to 3 people. Felt like I am eating kulcha in Amritsar, it was absolutely delightful! We tried Aloo Onion Paratha, kake da kulcha with Nutri, Papad paneer rolls, cutting lassi assortment (Highly Recommended), chur chur naam, cheesy mushrooms few desserts and the signature kulhad wali lassi! Everything was upto the mark with apt amount of spices and Authentic taste. Nutri, if you are looking for the best Nutri Kulcha in town then this is the only place, soya chunks so finely chopped and cooked to perfection along with soft paneer chunks, this Nutri sabji was the best that I had in Mumbai believe me! It was little bit on spicy side as it should be. We enjoyed this with special Kake da Kulcha! Best combo I would say! Nutri was in deed a show stopper! Papad Paneer rolls, served in shots glasses this was a unique starter with outer crunchy papad layer and spicy paneer stuffing inside! Good taste, can be tried if you want to explore new dishes Instead of those regular appetizers! Cutting Lassi Assortment - 6 different flavoured lassi, I tried them all and all them tastes heavenly! Its a paradise for lassi lovers and a must order thing! Perfect thickness, sweetness and that punch of flavours. Quality lassi I would say! For the desserts we had their in-house special ice-cream, we tried gulkand and Blueberry both the ice creams were upto the mark. Best part is super fresh ice cream with real ingredients, No artificial syrups! Overall excellent place to enjoy Authentic North Indian cuisine. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for those authentic Amritsari kulch and other Punjabi dishes! We had a great time dining at this place!

Recently I visited Oye kake the one which is located at kamla mills for dinner! So firstly talking about the ambience, it was super cool each corner is so well maintained and I like the most was unique decor which was made up of bangles๐Ÿ˜,also it's perfect restaurant in town to have amritsari food. Here is what we ordered: Shikanji & Blueberry Lassi: In beverages shikanji is the best you can goo for before having food as it's light to have and it will refresh you!The blueberry lassi was bomb๐Ÿคฉand I loved it,was so well flavoured it's highly highly recommended ๐Ÿ’ฏ In starter we had, Papdi Paneer Cheese Shots &Makkai Tacos: Presentation of each dish was so beautiful also the taste was super amazing, papdi paneer cheese shots was yummy and so cheesy๐Ÿง€must try! The tacos was made up of beans though it taste delicious it was served with schezwan chutney๐ŸŒฎ Main course: Cheese Garlic Kulcha & Paneer kadai: Cheese Garlic kulcha is something you should definitely try in main course ,its soo perfect in taste with cheese stuffed inside๐Ÿคคand when had with paneer Kadai you will fall in love,it's a perfect combo I must say &now my favourite. Subz biryani: I usually don't like to have veg biryani because I go for nonveg every time but this was the best biryani in veg I have ever had๐Ÿ˜‹that to it was served with raita. Dessert Jalebi with rabdi: It was okayish in taste somewhere the flavour of jalebi was missing and it bit disappointed me.But the food made my dayโค๏ธ Also their service was fast &do visit here to have perfect lunch/dinner with your family or loved ones.

Oye kake santacruz east- it is a pure veg delivery outlet with prompt service! Here's what I tried 1) Samosa chaat- punjabi Samosa served with chole and chutneys garnished with pomegranate and sev 2) Naanizza- stuffed naan with panner and veggies and cheese! (Recommended) 3) Veg Khasiyat- it comes in 2 gravies (red and green) topped with dry fruits. Not that spicy in taste makes it perfect to have with roti. 4) Three cheese tandoori paratha 5) Punjabi Rabdi- too delicious in taste๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ Packaging-5/5 Food Taste-4/5 Food Quantity-5/5 Service-5/5

I found this outlet on Zomato, so i tried this outlet. I got to see so many varieties of mouth watering dishes in their menu. I ordered some of the dishes from that. First one i had dahi papdi chat and malai paneer tikka in starter, i loved both of the dishes. Very delicious in taste. And in mains i ordered d makhni with chur chur naam, which was again an amazing combo, loved it. Lastly in desserts I had jalebi rabdi, which has a finger licking taste. The packaging of all the foods were very impressive and delivery arrived before time.

Oye kake is one of my favourite restaurant for dine-in & ordering food at home ... I have visited oye kake for the first time in R city mall & Yesterday I visited the the lower parel one . It's in kamla mills . My one suggestion they should remove the old board of oye kake which is opposite to 145 because it's confusing.... It's entrance is besides mansion living by liquids. So about oye kake The food is super amazing โ˜บ๏ธ We ordered bhatti da paneer Dahi butte mirch kebab Pindi chana ( chat ) Amritsari masala papad Veg khasiyat Chesse garlic naan Laccha Paratha Dal makhani. Like I said the food is yummmm . But what I have experienced & what is feel is the quantity served over here was less comparing what was served in r city mall ghatkopar . Infact when we order from this place , for home delivery the quantity is very nice . But in lower parel the only thing I felt that the quantity was less... Rest the ambience , music , food & staff all were 10/10

Utter Disappointment! Oye Kake is shut in Lower Parel. This branch is permanently shut at it's original location in Kamala Mills. They are shifting to another location in the same area but for now that too has been temporarily closed (not yet opened) since over a month. We went all the way there only to know that it's shut. They should have updated this information on Zomato and other websites that they are temporarily closed in Lower Parel to let their customers have the correct information and avoid spoiling their meal plans. They are not even answering calls on calling multiple times. This is really unprofessional of a restaurant like this.

We happened to visit Oye Kake, by chance as the one we had shortlisted had closed down. Although i am a vegetarian, staff mentioning Only veg when you enter puts me off, luckily all of us wanted to have veg food. They could put up some signage mentioning it's only veg if they want other people to enter. It does not have a great ambience and my very sensitive nose picked up some bad smell while we settled down. The best part is its food, as it happened we took suggestions from the waiter, starter was decent but some of us felt it to be little bland. Veg soup was pretty good, so was Dal and the paneer subzi. Missi roti, Lacha Paratha, Garlic nan were all good. It's a good place to have decent Punjabi Veg food but with very basic dining experience.

OYE KAKE is a restaurant which serves pure vegetarian food and has an amazing ambience. A Punjabi feel to the restaurant is given along with the name y'all can see. The service provided by the staff is upto the mark. The dishes i had were- 1) Mirch Lasooni Paneer tikka- Paneer tikka with 4 huge paneer tikka pieces and marinated till the best degree with a mirchi infused spicy masala. If you love spicy food then this is your turn to have the best spicy paneer tikka! 2)Papadi paneer cheese shots- As the name suggests, these are fried Papadi filled with a lots of cheese. Tastes absolutely amazing with the chutney it is dipped into in the shot glass. 3)Naanizza- A pizza with a base of naan. Having a mild taste and for only cheese lovers. 4)Chole Bhature- A huge bhatura and an amazing chole gravy with the chole perfectly cooked to its best taste! 5) Dal khichdi- The best rice item of all is the king of all Dal khichdi. Great quantity and amazing flavour. 6) Rabdi- Everyone's all time favourite classic rabadi which was perfect in every way! 7)Shikanji- The great indian cool which refreshes you physically and mentally! 8)Pedha lassi- Visiting a Punjabi restuarant and not having their lassi? HAHA The Pedha lassi tastes amazing with pedhas topped on the lassi and even in it. A great fusion indeed.

We went to this place recently , obviously kuch excited because of the popularity of this place and let me say they have done justice to their name ! I had an amazing experience as if I'm in punjab itself , so we ordered - papdi paneer cheese shots , tandoori mushroom cheese melt , mirch lasooni paneer tikka , cheese garlic kulcha with chole and maa ki daal , rajma chawal , mitthi lassi , amritsari fruit cream . 10/10 for food, literally nothing to criticise about , perfectly cooked kulcha and the butter oozing out through it would melt anybody's heart right away , rajma chawal - 10/10 , courteous staff , hygienic . Worth a visit !

Nice ambience serving vegetarian food.As the name suggests its speciality is North Indian Punjabi food like shorba, naan, kulcha,Lassi,Sabji etc.Interior gives the feeling of Village of Punjab. The service was very delayed not upto the mark ,it maybe because of limited staff during covid time. They also charge 'service charge' which is against government order.

I ordered Dahi Bhalla from OYE KAKE - Kamla mills, Lower Parel, But highly disappointment with the food that I received from the restaurant. Unfortunately, the dishes that were delivered to me were uncooked and therefore inedible.

This is a pure veg must visit place for all the North Indian food lovers. I have been to this place multiple times and this place never disappoints. We went on a weekday, so it was not crowded, but if you plan to go on a weekend, reservations are recommended. We ordered - Roasted Amritsari Masala Papad (4/5) - Mirch Lasooni Paneer Tikka (5/5) - Choley Samosa Chaat (5/5) - Papdi Paneer Cheese Shots (3/5) - Aloo Pyaaz Tandoori Paratha (4/5) - Mixed Veg Tandoori Paratha (4/5) - Paneer Kadai (4/5) - Veg Amritsari (5/5) - Fresh Lime Soda (4/5) Service is good and the staff is very courteous. Had an amazing time. Will definitely visit again.

Service excellent (pleasant, polite and fast), though dishes coming so quickly I did not take as a good sign. Woven rattan chair seating was good, though not the uncomfortable backs of benches on the other side of each table. Plenty of wooden tables. See-through cooking area, I could see the piled up dishes at 15:20 only by peeking through the swinging door. Clientele appeared to be upper-middle class locals in small to medium groups. I had the impression that the diners wanted to enjoy Induan food but simultaneously take a step back from being in India - little things like granite rather than stainless steel food preparation area and TV advertising their dishes. Oye Kake is notbyour grandfather's bhojanalaya. Diners are having an escape. But to what is important... The food I ordered was just so-so. It's not that the food was bad, just not memorable and to me (a travelling progessional on a budget) not worth the price tag. i. Missi roti very dry but lacking the particular texture I was looking for - 3/5 ii. Bhindi raiti, bhindi was shrivel-burned (over-cooked) - 2.5/5 iii. Dal sag was very salty, though the saag was certainly not overcooked, and had for me the right amount of tomato. Not oily - 3.5/5 If I am in the area I might return for the all-you-can-eat Thursday buffet (if someone else is paying) or try the seasonal sarso da sag (if I am). But, I have had much better Punjabi food at roadside hole in the walls. Perhaps I chose the wrong dishes for my tastes? The feeling was corporate rather than chow-down or boutique. Reminded me of Spagetti Factory in Canada, where everything has been calculated for maximum popularity and profit. Successful but heartless. Thali night does feed the needy. Guess who is paying for that? INR792 plus tip. Three oddities about washroom... A. Towels, paper, dispenser: very high up on wall B. Door - sticks, so latching it is a struggle C. Sink - in the toilet area. Huh? I thought I had given up this unhygienic design coming to South Asia. But the 'head' was clean, even attractive.

'Oye Kake', is easy to be spotted, because of it's luminous nameplate. Feel happy to be there, on finding, its fantastic ambience, with a 'Punjabi theme', as the name suggests. 'Mix Veg Shorba' was the first thing, we had, which was warm and nice. On recomnendation of waiter 'Vinod', we went for tasty 'Dahi Ke Kabab' and 'Khatte Meethe Aloo Chat'. The rhird starter was 'Papadi Paneer Cheese Shots' which was beautifully presented in a small glass on 'chutney and salad base'. For main course we had lovely 'Cheese Garlic Kulcha' and 'Pyaaz Tandoori Paratha' with delicious 'Veg. Amritsari', Chole, Pickle and Curd. A typical Punjabi meal cannot end, without a 'Lassi'. Ended the meal wirh sweet 'Peda Lassi', which I was curious to know, 'phirni' for dessert, presenred in an earthen-ware and mouth-freshner'.
