One of the best sea food joints I have visited in Mumbai. Everything I tried was amazing but my personal favorites are clams masala and tandoori crabs, just brilliant If you are a sea food lover then don’t miss out on this place. The fishes are really fresh and cooked to perfection.

Unfortunately I cannot give more than 5 stars... Lets start with the place, the decor here is simple and understated. The staff here are very knowledgable about their offerings and thanks to them, I had one amazing meal. I started my gastronomic experience with the Bombil fry ( as suggested by the staff) and that was amazing. The preperation was light airy and literally melted in your mouth. This had a kokum based chutney which helped elevate the dish to the next level. For main course I had the prawn ghee roast and neer dosa. This was a variant of neer dosa (not the original just FYI I am a Mangalorean ...) which was a bit if a let down. The ghee roast on the other hand was DELICIOUS!! The well made ghee roast helped put aside my neer dosa cribs and clean up my plate. So if you are in Bandra and would like to trg out seafood ... you gotta eat here!

Except for the ambience nothing was good. The service was painfully slow and the food was a big disappointment. We ordered: 1. Surmai Masala Fry- They gave us Halwa instead of Surmai. The Fish was bland and didn't have any flavors. 2. Clam Sukkha- The salt was saturated on a few Clams only. 3. Mixed Seafood Soup- was salty 4. Prawns Ghee Roast- lacked flavors

This is hidden seafood jewel in Bandra. We had spicy Crab soup, Green chili Shrimp and Tandoori Pomfret. Every thing was excellent. Manager was very friendly and helped us guide through menu. We will definitely come back. Only thing missing was Wine.

Very good food but service is bit slow. Manager was very polite and helpful. Had ordered Ravas fry, stuffed Bombil fry and Prawns Bamboo Biryani. One should definitely try Bamboo Biryani. Place to visit again.

A fantastic experience each time we have been there....Ferry Wharf is such a gem! We have been regulars here since the last 4 years, and we swear by the seafood they cook up. A family run restaurant, mainly mother and daughter, one can sense the care they have taken to curate a lovely menu, full of flavour and taste. We highly recommend starting the meals with their signature sol kadhi, which is packed with a garlic punch, along with coconut milk and kokum...great way to get you set for the rest of the meal. We were told that they have introduced a lot of new items on the menu, mainly Maharashtrian, malwani, etc, along with their previous Mangalorean specialities, we went ahead a tried a few. The stuffed bombil was excellent. quite unlike the ones we hve tried at other places, this one is more 'cigar' like, and the stuffing is prawns and mince. To follow that up was the Prawns ambat tikhat, which probably was the best prawn curry we have tried off late. Went well with the neer dosas. The spice was well balanced with the tang of raw mango pieces along with big sized prawns. A definite must have. And out of sheer temptation we went for the Mutton nalli...which again was pure meaty bliss. The curry was not overpowering in its taste, allowing the fall-off-the-bone mutton to shine through. This was paired with bhakris. And to end this wonderful meal, we went for the caramel custard, which is made in-house, we are told. Fabulous stuff! I always say good food compliments good conversations and that's proven right if you have Mr. Prakash Rai of Ferry Wharf to start a nice conversation with you, explaining a bit about the food and flavours on offer, right to travel and adventures. Ferry Wharf is a def two thumbs up!

Hey my dear viewers, today I ventured out for lunch. Yes, lunch in this simmering summer heat. We were 4 friends, although we were supposed to be 8 of us. One was down with fever and cough and the other 3 had family commitments. To start with, it’s a nice place. Nothing very grandeur, but a charm of its own. There’s an air conditioned dining room and there’s an exterior seating area also. Of course we were sitting in the air conditioned dining room! The manager was suggesting food of high values, as is generally the norm. But a friend who was recently there, had the menu ready in her mind. So that was a bit easy going for us. We ordered fried bombay ducks, which was sliced very thin, coated with rice flour and bare spices, and deep fried. It would have been good if some more lemon juice and some chilies was added in the marinade or the coating. Reshmi Chicken Tikka was very ordinary as us served elsewhere. Little bland. That zest was missing. Prawns in ghee roasted red chilies was SPICY AND DELICIOUS. It was more like a red chilies Chutney. I had to alternate every bite if this prawns ghee roast with the chicken coconut based gravy that we had ordered. These 2 dishes were served with neer dosa, something like rice flour chapati or thin dosa batter. And then the prawns Pulao, which was served in a bamboo log. Yummy. That flavour! And it was served with a raita. Which was not yogurt based, but finely diced onions and tomatoes in coconut chutney. This was something really different. Instead of any soft beverages, we ordered sol curry to go with our food. This is made of Kokam, done chilies and coconut milk. Cold. Good. In fact we added a couple of ice cubes to the cold drink to make it more chilled. A friend who has a sweet tooth, wanted some dessert at the end of the meal. So we ordered a Matka Rabdi. Not much of a choice here. Chocolate Brownie with ice cream (sic) and caramel custard. The portions of the food were good, not small but not too bad either. Towards the end, all 4 of us were well satiated and contented. Do visit them. I’ve been told many celebrities visit here. It’s an affordable place. Staff is amicable. Enjoy.

This is a Bandra Reclamation, Mumbai based Branch Out of the Popular Malvani & Seafood 🌊 Gajalee Restaurant Chain of Mumbai. It however outperforms Gajalee in almost every aspect and is now one of our Most Preferred Restaurants for all types of Authentic Malvani Cuisine, Seafood 🐟 🐠 🎣, Goat Mutton 🐐 and all other Speciality Dishes as well. Absolutely Fresh Seafood 🐟 and Meats, Superbly Prepared with their Trademark Spices, Sumptuous Quantities, combined with a Great Ambience, Comfortable Air-conditioning, Clean Washroom, Good Service, Reasonable Rates and Adequate Street Parking with a Valet in attendance too. Can't really ask for more. The only thing missing is a Bar, as they don't serve any Alcoholic Drinks here, not even Beer🍺. They do however have an outlet in Malad which has a Full Fledged Bar and I hope that they will have this in the Bandra Outlet as well soon. An Absolute Must Visit Restaurant for all Malvani Cuisine & Seafood Lovers and Highly Recommended too.

Ferry Wharf Seafood Restaurant is the ultimate destination for seafood lovers It offers a wide variety to choose from some of the maharashtrian delicacies in veg and non veg dishes. It also offers dishes in chicken and mutton. Taste and freshness is well maintained. Furthermore, the staff are prompt and courteous and make you feel like home. It is also pocket friendly. It is a great seafood joint in Bandra west area.

Ferry Wharf is a good seafood restaurant. Bombil fry is amazing here. We took bamboo biryani too.. it was amazing in taste. These people show you the raw fish, prawns, crab, lobster which one you want to have it. We had tandoori prompfret. But here I felt cost was high for prompfret.

One of the best Restuartants for sea food lovers in Bandra The star of the show, of course, was the seafood. The menu boasts a wide variety of fresh catches prepared in an array of delectable styles. I couldn't resist trying their tandoori crab , which was a flavorful symphony of spices and succulent crab meat. The tandoori prawns were perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavors. The crab masala was another highlight with a mouthwatering spicy kick. Service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always ready with recommendations. Whether you're a seafood connoisseur or a newbie, Ferry Whraf Seafood is a must-visit destination for an unforgettable culinary journey. I can't wait to return for another seafood feast!

Cane here last night to celebrate Christmas with some friends as one of the reviews says if you are a lover of seafood then this is the best place to go We had ordered Bombay Duck Fry which was not at all well fried it was like food for someone who cannot bite. It wasn't crispy as it should be after its fried We also ordered Mandeli fried fish, this too was not fried well. It was soft has ever, no salt. Fried in what paste only they know, this too when fried it should be fried in a crispy manner for good taste. We just junked it out by telling the waiter throw it out. We as Catholics know what is fried fish and how it is supposed to be fried. The so called Soul Curry was absolutely bad no proper taste. That too was wasted by us, the variety of ice creams was just 1 only Vanilla ice cream. No flavours to choose from Only 1 washroom / refreshing room and the reason they give is people come here to eat. Every Restaurant that is good always keeps 2 washroom / refreshing room 1 for the ladies and 1 for the gents Overall they have less people to cater to you, I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone As our Christmas was spoilt as we had planned to have a good Dinner for Christmas

We ate delicious food here! The manager was very kind and attentive - he let us try a curry before we ordered to see if it was too spicy. The dishes that he advised us to get in the end turned out to be very tasty.

Ferry Wharf Seafood, located in the heart of Mumbai, is a seafood lover's paradise that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I stepped through its doors, I knew I was in for a memorable dining experience. The star of the show at Ferry Wharf Seafood is undoubtedly the fresh and mouthwatering seafood. I had the pleasure of indulging in their seafood platter, which included a delectable assortment of prawns, crabs, and fish, all cooked to perfection. The seafood was incredibly fresh and had a delightful oceanic taste that instantly transported my taste buds to the coast. The menu is a seafood enthusiast's dream come true. It offers a wide variety of preparations, allowing you to choose your preferred cooking style and flavors. Whether you like it spicy, tangy, or mild, there's something for everyone. The culinary expertise of the chefs truly shines through in every dish. What adds to the overall charm of Ferry Wharf Seafood is its warm and inviting ambiance. The restaurant is tastefully decorated with nautical elements and has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're visiting with friends or family, it's an excellent place to enjoy a delightful meal. The staff's hospitality deserves a special mention. They are not only knowledgeable about the menu but also attentive to your needs, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In conclusion, Ferry Wharf Seafood is a seafood haven that combines exceptional freshness, diverse menu options, and a cozy ambiance. If you're a seafood connoisseur or looking to explore the world of seafood, this restaurant is a must-visit. Great place for seafood prepared in Konkani style. Coconut gravy lovers can have a great time here. Bombil thali was awesome with green coconut based gravy. Tarli fish fry was simply fantastic, tastes like bangda.
