Tried kfc after a really long time now. We ordered Chicken popcorn and hot and crispy chicken. Coming to the crispy chicken, was filling, better quantity but when you eat the outer covering, the chicken inside is plain n doesn't have any flavour in it and it also smells like raw chicken, the smell that comes when chicken isn't washed or cleaned properly. Popcorn was good in taste as always but the quantity should have been more as it was for ₹150, quantity seemed very less but has good taste. One more thing the chicken doesn't taste well when it becomes cold 1) chicken popcorn ( medium size ) - 4/5 2) hot and crispy chicken ( 10 pcs ) - 3/5

Very bad experience. The chicken was stale and old. It tasted like nothing and was not fresh. It didn't even have the quality of a KFC outlet. They served fried chicken with masala of BBQ chicken. The staff were also very cold and non-friendly. Worst experience ever

Well I am foody and love to try outlets. This place is cool. I visited with my friends and we all were hungry. The staff served us really well and were polite. Food came on time with complete cleanliness and presentable. The food was fresh and tasty. I would recommend this food joint to all age groups. Worth the visit.

One of the worst outlet I've ever visited, very bad management, staff & food quality, thy served us one day old food, after complaining we got the same thing, its a horrible experience i got, i will never visit to this outlet again in future. I'm sure here upper level management are sleeping, must close the store if you don't have basic knowledge to run the business.

The store is on 3 levels the prices they show on the boards are for take away so a bit confusing then you pay at one till then go to a second to collect your order I did not bother with the receipt that they gave me he said you get the coke from the next floor off I went then the girl asked where is your receipt by this time I lost the will to live and said forget the coke never again will I visit such a confused store

Been eating at this place for a long time. The food is usually quick to prepare, cheap and always tastes good. Would especially recommend Chicken Bucket my all time favorite chicken bucket place. And the place is also very clean.

Ordered a chick popcorn at late night and the Kavitha or hiba from bandra West link rd branch where I got a receipt of an afternoon payment reciept.worst experience... Chicken and fries was stinking and the burger all were old and staky... Not fresh.....

Was very stomach filling , they have meals and buckets which can easily fulfill groups of 5 also you can go for single offers , more spacious , taste and quantity was good not so spicy but if you like spicy you can add dips they have various kind of dips , so guys if you are tired of shopping at linking or crave for chicken any time just know that KFC has a great chicken options for only you 👍

Atmosphere wasn't good. Veg and non veg tables are common, no issue in that but kindly clean the tables regularly after a client came and gone. Very few options for vegetarian in KFC and then too some of them were out of stock. I won't recommend this KFC parlour

It was great experience and nice food over here. Great service by the staff as well. I think I've got good value for my money spent.

In store they placed a board saying if with in 7 mins order not ready, will give one chicken, they given my order after 15 mins, when I ask for offer they are denying to give and saying offer not applicable for 1000 above, when I ask where it mentioned, no answer, food also not good like other branches. Worst experience.

KFC has always been my first choice for fried chicken. Love their crispy fried chicken. This place offers you a quick and decilious and variety of items. This outlet is well-lit, clean and very friendly. A little rush during the weekends.

It is prety small near the counter and also the way they are dealing with orders is terrbile. I couldnt find toilets. Atleast there was washroom and the food was great. You will get drinks upstairs, so keep your bill.

Tried chicken popcorn biryani... popcorn was not seasoned with spice..biryani rice was not fresh. Fries were very oily.

Being my favorite outlet for munching in, had a extremely bad experience with KFC Bandra Hill Road. I was billed incorrect & charged extra. My sub total was Rs.508/- & I was billed Rs.584/-. Rechecked with the counter, they had no explanation to it. They charged me extra for 2nos fries which was not ordered by me. Refunded me Rs.50/- of my 1nos fries which was added in my bill for no reason. The other they said system is not accepting. So they gave me my order, I collected for dining, they said fries they will get it on table, I finish eating but no one came. After eating I went to ask so they gave soft fries. I don't complain but disappointed with the treatment.

Big space, great location, people can do window shopping and when hungry can grab a bite here. Good sitting arrangement with ample space but still maybe hard to find a spot if you are visiting on weekends. You better don't purchase KFC coupons as you would be ill treated. Rest everything is good.

I had a very good experience here. It’s a big place with ample parking space. Also the staff were polite and very helpful. Food was delivered on time and it was delicious as at most KFC outlets. Overall loved my experience here

Bandra linking road KFC needs attention. Dining area at first floor was very poor. Food what i have ordered was meal with fries which was served cold infect burger was also not that hot. Also the tray which you guys used to serve the meal was completely broken from side also it was dirty. When i asked counter guys to changed it then he has given another one that one was also broken. Really very dirty place.

Wednesday offer is worthwhile. Crowd pleasing food. The drinks are flat without any fizz. Management do something please.

Food is the standard KFC food. Nothing special about it but the service was abysmal. Long queues because of the understaffed location. Most of the beverage items I ordered were unavailable yet they still accepted my order. They need to massively improve their service especially for a prime location.

It has sitting arrangement in the first floor. You can take order the food and go to upstairs for sitting. There are very less space on the ground floor while.ordering, but in the first floor you can find enough space for sitting. Good place on the main road, so one can easily locate and have your food.
