The spread was great. The staff was prompt and polite. The ambience created was fabulous with live singers and other activities for kids. I have just reduced one star for delay in sending chat to our table each time we had to wait for half an hour

Very nice hotel and the staff is so nice and accommodating. Our housekeeper Rutikesh is so polite and efficient and did not intrude on us at all. Definitely very great employee The breakfast buffet was wonderful as was the supper buffet. Also we utilized the laundry and not was returned promptly and folded neatly. It was definitely worth the extra cost to stay at the Holiday Inn for the convenience, safety and amenities.

My stay was made pleasant especially when the room was clean and bright. The Event we had at your hotel was great the food the rooms and the ambiance was simply great. We had lot of fun and loved the hotel service along with the event management. Only a small suggestion is there that the dinning area in the event was having very high temperature so I request you to work out with the same to reduce it otherwise please inform the customer in prior so that the customer will arrange. Rest all was very good.

The hotel is good and near to airport. Ambience is good. Hospitality is good. But small issues still exists. Last time I faced the billing issue. This time when I checked in late night, TV and room telephone was not working. Technician took 25 minutes to come. It was too late in the night. If somebody takes the leadership and correct these small issues which are going unnoticed, guests will be happy.

Delicious food, efficient service. Hospitality at par. Buffet was yumm. Everyone had ample choice and we just couldn't stop eating. Conference hall has efficient service. Absolutely up-to-date hotel and professional staff. Room service is quick and it's super easy to reach there.

The food here was quite good, we had a buffet and I could not stop eating, there was a lot of variety which i enjoyed, desserts were decent as well. The rooms were spacious had a desk to work on with a study lamp, comfortable and big beds and a nice restroom. The view from the window was just a brick wall and the busy road which i didn't like much, but i stayed here for a short duration so it didn't bother me. The service here took an extremely long time, We ordered some ice and watermelon juice and it took 30-40 minutes to get to our room. Overall the experience here was quite likeable.

Best place to stay near Airport with decent Buffet options. Surprised me with upgrade to suite room for first time. Room stay at affordable prices. Only suggestion to the management is to change lighting it looks dim at the lobby when we enter.

This is 2nd time I'm staying in Mumbai holiday inn quite a pleasant stay. As we are in quarantine so access to hotel gym and pool is denied. But over all desk crew is very helpful. Thanks to Shlesha khamkar for assisting me with food.

Stayed at the holiday in for 6 days. The staff are very good breakfast was nice. Pilar and Henry from the bar area were very polite and showed a very good atmosphere in the bar. Very forthcoming. Would recommend this hotel to all souls give it a 5 star

We are staying at first floor. Windows view not there from 1st floor. Gym at 7th floor. Roof top swimming pool is there. Food quality is not so good. Asking for coconut water and sweet. All these things were not available. But overall okay for stay with family

This place is like an oasis for a person looking for some quiet and calm after a crazy day in Mumbai. You don’t get to hear or feel the crazy rush that you would have observed couple of minutes before you enter this hotel. The staff are efficient and attend to your request quickly. All in all the stay was very good.

The staff at this property take every effort to make your stay comfortable. Rutikesh in housekeeping was always around to help, Joshua in the restaurant and many more. Everyone here makes a sincere effort to make the stay comfortable. The restaurant has a great choice for breakfast. The food at the dinner buffet was also very good. I spent a week here and this will be my first choice when I come next time. The location is opposite the metro station and is close to the international airport too.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the entire stay was very comfortable. Their staff takes all Covid norms. The hotel has sanitisers at all strategic places. One thing that they can do is ask their staff to ensure people roaming inside the hotel are wearing masks at all times, specifically in the common areas like lifts. The rooms are well maintained, nice and spacious. The breakfast spread is wholesome, especially the live counters have lots of choices. However, the buffet breakfast could have more non-veg options. The staff in all the departments (reception, housekeeping, restaurant and in-room dining) are very helpful. The location is perfect, beside the Saki Naka metro station and there is a rickshaw/taxi stand outside the hotel. All in all, we totally enjoyed our stay.

it was amazing! Right when I walked in, the people working there were really nice and made me feel welcome. What makes this hotel special is how friendly and helpful the staff are. They helped me with everything, from planning activities to suggesting good places to eat. The food at the hotel's restaurant was really good. They had a lot of different dishes, and the seafood was especially tasty.

It was a very positive experience overall, the bed and breakfast both excellent. The service was very efficient and pleasant and generally non intrusive, the exception being one member of staff who hovers to do nice things for you clearly with the hope of getting tipped heavily. His manner sadly crossed the line from warm hospitality to intrusive and over the top and a bit too obvious. But otherwise, a really positive experience, so thank you.

Simply WOW ! I really appreciate the people work in the hotel they are very kind. The hotel is in the prime location made it easy to explore the cit. The range of meals offered by the on-site restaurant was impressive and made for a delightful gourmet experience. The spa and fitness facilities at the hotel were excellent features. The overall experience was great except the check in. The desk staff wasn’t good and helpful on the first day. I called to ask about the check in time, someone told me over phone that it was at 14:00 but then later they told us at the hotel that the check in time was 15:00 but still I didn’t get the room till 16:30. Since we had two rooms booked, they gave one room and other one after 16:30. As per the front desk person told us they’ll send the key in 30 mins to the other room but we waited for more than 1.5 hours. We called couple of times from the room to ask about the details of the other room, one person saying that the room has been done, other ground staff saying that at 16:23 that it will take more 20 mins. Finally we had to go down and check for the room key. It was highly inappropriate and inconvenience for everyone of us. They themselves didn’t had any update and total confusion. Next day breakfast was superb good. They had variety of options at the breakfast buffet. The wait staff was great and did suggest few breakfast which was great and amazing. One of the wait staff Abdul was very good and considerable. Also the new front desk staff gave us the check out time late due to the mishap happened the previous day. Overall the experience was bad at the start but ended up good at the end!

Overall a pleasant stay near airport. 3+ km from airport, good location, facilities. The property is slightly old, but rooms are well maintained and furnished. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety spanning across various Indian cuisines, continental and english cuisines as well.

Hotel services have been degraded after covid. First of all they increased the check-in time to 3 PM and don't allow before that even if the rooms are available. There is no option provided to u for smoking or non smoking preference. If you asked for a smoking room, they will ask for more money (799+tax). In room stay experience is nowhere near to the basic 3 star hotel. There are no basic amenities in the room not even a hair dryer. If you ask for anything, they will make you wait forever....

I had buffet dinner at saptami on Diwali night and had an amazing experience . The sanitation, screening was up to mark. Food was yummy . And the serving staff was courteous and simply awesome . Special mention of Malachi , Henry and Aftab who were quick in service and understood what I wanted . Highly recommended

Excellent- The service by the chef (@chef siddharth) and his staff was excellent, made my day. I wasn't in a good mood when I arrived, but their hospitality changed my mood instantly. They took actions within minutes so that the customers could have a pleasant dine. Would recommend dine in for sure. Bad- Had a little bit of an argument with a staff during the check-in, except that single person issue having a good day all together.

My stay is very much comfortable, amid this covid/omicron in Mumbai. Hotel Staffs were caring and supporting throughout. Morning buffet is good, but options for meat is minimal (chef can consider some more options). Randomly I had glitches in wifi service during evenings. Overall, I had a great experience with Holiday Inn.

I stayed here for 2 days. Rooms were spacious but few flags especially the late night reception didn’t respond to my frequent requests of printing important documents that I needed for visa interview. Cafeteria gets overcrowded and their servers can easily ignore you despite of multiple requests to bring your breakfast to your table. Overall I am satisfied but I want them to improve their customer service.

Hospitality at the Holiday Inn facility stands for the STARS it had earned. Welcoming staff at hotel is very good. Cleanliness is good. Ambience is excellent. Technology being used is impressive. Hand sanitisers available at many places in facility. Versatile varity of complementary breakfast, large number of dishes available for lunch and dinner buffet.

Wonderful staff ! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Just how one would expect. The gym trainer Ashish is just wonderful, had brilliant sessions with him, since it was a long stay gym is something we really don’t want to miss. Thanks so much for each and everyone in the staff.
