The
overall
experience
was
great
except
the
check
in.
The
desk
staff
wasn’t
good
and
helpful
on
the
first
day.
I
called
to
ask
about
the
check
in
time,
someone
told
me
over
phone
that
it
was
at
14:00
but
then
later
they
told
us
at
the
hotel
that
the
check
in
time
was
15:00
but
still
I
didn’t
get
the
room
till
16:30.
Since
we
had
two
rooms
booked,
they
gave
one
room
and
other
one
after
16:30.
As
per
the
front
desk
person
told
us
they’ll
send
the
key
in
30
mins
to
the
other
room
but
we
waited
for
more
than
1.5
hours.
We
called
couple
of
times
from
the
room
to
ask
about
the
details
of
the
other
room,
one
person
saying
that
the
room
has
been
done,
other
ground
staff
saying
that
at
16:23
that
it
will
take
more
20
mins.
Finally
we
had
to
go
down
and
check
for
the
room
key.
It
was
highly
inappropriate
and
inconvenience
for
everyone
of
us.
They
themselves
didn’t
had
any
update
and
total
confusion.
Next
day
breakfast
was
superb
good.
They
had
variety
of
options
at
the
breakfast
buffet.
The
wait
staff
was
great
and
did
suggest
few
breakfast
which
was
great
and
amazing.
One
of
the
wait
staff
Abdul
was
very
good
and
considerable.
Also
the
new
front
desk
staff
gave
us
the
check
out
time
late
due
to
the
mishap
happened
the
previous
day.
Overall
the
experience
was
bad
at
the
start
but
ended
up
good
at
the
end!
