Amazing ambience at the Melting Pot restaurant. Crisp, clean white linen, comfortable chairs and spacious, uncluttered seating. Attentive service where you are not rushed. Selection of cuisine among Indian & Chinese. Would rate higher on decor and service; a little lower on food. Do visit. Overall a good time.

We had visited this hotel in 2018 when we had a decent experience of this hotel. however, when we went for booking of this hotel recently, the booking manager had taken money from us through QR code. When we wished to cancel the booking, he failed to return the amount. we asked him to return the amount by cheque but he declined. He also did not allow us to speak to his higher authorities. We had a big mental torture and harassment while dealing with this gentleman. Everyone please be alert while paying booking amount to this hotel.

Very neat and calm place for stay near Jiju beach side. The view from balcony is nice and the support from the management and staff are really awesome. Had visited with family and the service are outstanding with budgetable rate. Totally nice to stay here those who really wanna explore the beauty of Julhu.

Had the most harrowing experience at Juhu Residency - made a booking for 11 nights for an Executive Room (which I had seen when I visited the property in November) basis which I made the booking. Was offered a completely different room with cracked walls, a dirty washroom - all the more pathetic staff behaviour. They turn around and tell me that if other guests are staying why can’t you? Not ready to cancel my booking and refund the advance amount of 25,000/- and also not ready to move me to the next category of rooms even when I am willing to pay a justifiable amount for the same. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Giving 1 star only because there is no option for 0 star rating. Do not believe the 4 star rating. Pathetic place. Pathetic attitude of managers. Pathetic service. Zero booking surety. I had booked the place for a birthday. One day before they say that all tables are already booked and to shift to a very expensive and stuffy banquet hall. Which we did. The banquet AC had not been working and the managers and staff were least bothered. Even though there were senior citizens, no action was taken. And we were all left in a clustered room. Food service was delayed by around an hour for every order. And ultimately the manager was trying to stuff all 10 people in a room which could take only 5 people. It was our first and for sure the LAST experience at this pathetic place. Dont waste your money here. There are many other good options in Juhu. Eat at a thela waala on the beach but not here.

Good yummy Peruvian and Asian food at Crisol. Enjoyed unlimited set menu so could taste all varieties.

My feedback is about the restaurant "Melting Pot" where we went for a dinner in first week of October. The restaurant is very spacious with enough privacy. The staffs extremely courteous & well mannered. Valet parking service is available. Only negative about the restaurant is it's menu price tag which is very high.ay not be a place for regular visit.

Always a great experience. Amazing property with outstanding service and amazing food with a variety of cuisines offered. Owners will go an extra mile to make sure that you have an amazing experience. Quality and taste of the food is amazing followed by more than reasonable quantities and price.

Firstly the staff at Juhu were exceptional helpful, especially with our unusual need for looking after our Enfield motorcycle. Breakfast was one of the best with so much choice and having three restaurants and a good coffee house made for a wonderful stay. Chris and Charlie from UK

Working on Kaizan japanease slogan. Ongoing improvements. Interactions with guest on one to one basis. Any positive suggestions are immediately taken up. There is a family atmosphere as soon as you enter premises. Staff is always helpful . Food and restaurant are excellent. House keeping is good.
