Pathetic experience. No parking slot available . Room alloted very small . Bed almost single size whereas money charged for executive room. Outside room ceiling was completely damaged wires could be seen hanging from the electrical points.

I've traveled to many countries and stayed in many hotels, I can tell you for certain, this hotel has the nicest personnel I've ever met. Superb kindness of absolutely everybody. Rooms are clean, kitchen is outstanding (prices are great as well). Don't hesitate about booking this hotel, I am one hundred percent positive that you will love it! And the manager of this hotel !!! Man!!! What a great guy, so generous and welcoming!!! thank you, sir, for this amazing time!!!

9 out of 10 things are good here. It is always my preferred choice when I visit Mumbai. But bathroom fittings in couple/some of rooms (i have stayed in multiple rooms here) are faulty. But staff will help you out to navigate the issue :-)

Wonderful service by the staff and very polite behaviour. Value for money and super tasty food specially the breakfast. Rooms are decent in size with cleanliness. The best hotel in Dadar area and a preferred choice for many.

Loud drilling noise disturbed, no room upgradation facility, smaller room. As per person at reception, wrong image of room having a 3 seater sofa is uploaded by agoda portal (that was creating false impression and misleading).

It's walkable distance from Dadar Railway station, room is clean & spacious. Cleaned the room everyday. As usual they are providing complimentary breakfast, both south & north style food.

We visited on 25th & 26th March 2023. Perfect location. Very near to Dadar railway station east entrance, and the MSRTC Shivneri stop. Staff very courteous and well mannered. Room size good for 2 adults. Bed, overall furniture in the room, sanitary fittings etc all very well maintained. Cleanliness is very good. The rooms were very quiet with absolutely no external disturbance noise of the traffic. The buffet breakfast spread is very good with lots of variety. The restaurant staff is also very courteous and helpful. Overall a good place to stay in Dadar. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but you get good value and moreover peace of mind. Definitely worth visiting. Really like it.

I stayed for 15 days and everything was fine. The rooms are very clean and neat, and the food and breakfast in the restaurant are very tasty. The entire staff is very friendly and polite. The manager sir is very friendly and has a good helping nature.

Value for money meeting / training hall for 20-22 pax. AC hall, lift available, nice and pleasant dining cafeteria. Yummy tasty food and snacks. Coriander soup and paneer veg was awesome.

Break fast spread is very sad, but there kitchen rome service is good specially , phulka so soft, daal tadka was swesome , tandoori was also matinated well, soft snd yummy. Location is really good near dadar station

i had the opportunity to attend a small meeting at their basement hall, the staff was cordial and immediately responded to arrange for Wi-Fi connection as there were no mobile networks reachable. The food was Good and the staff engaging with the people taking feedbacks, that was a good gesture. its just a minutes walk from C.Rly Dadar Station East Kailash Lassi store

Good hotel it's near to dader station by walking distance so it's convenient when you traveling by train quality of services it's not as per price but it's ok room space little bit small but room services is very good support staff is also very good.

The staff of the hotel was rude and disrespectful. The service and breakfast were horrible. The room were small and the prices were high. The worst hotel in East Dadar.

Location is excellent just stones throw away from Dadar railway station. Rooms are small but service is good and courteous.

Rooms good but beware with Staff they can cheet u....I checked in on 24 th I left my key atb Reception while o going out some body from the Husekeeping staff stolen 3000 Rs from my wife purse , I couldn't do anything . Even they don't give u the rooms while make the reservation . I will tell u plz don't go there .in case if u stay there dot give the key at Reception ,lock the door .it's my experience ....Dot go for there face . goinghave

The room is way overpriced for the kind of amenities it offers. Overall there are no amenities as such anyways. The hotel WiFi is so slow that our normal phone internet was working better. We had bulk and in advance booking, still instead of guiding us properly, arrogant response was given when we asked them about check out details. Extremely unprofessional behaviour and throws a negative light on the people of Mumbai. In spite of knowing that there is room sharing with three people and extra beds which we had informed in advance, they provided only one bath towel, one shampoo, one bath soap, one tissue roll per room. We asked for hand tissues to be refilled in the tissue box, but we were given 5-6 tissues. There is no tea/coffee maker or packets for the guests in the rooms. You will have to order and they will serve you overpriced stuff! We asked for chaas (buttermilk) which was priced at 150/-. They don't even call to inform that breakfast is ready or keep a track of rooms who didn't come in for breakfast. Room sizes are okay enough considering the area it is located in. It is very close to Dadar Railway station and MSTRC bus stand. Go for this only if convenience is your priority, it is not a budget friendly place at all.

Stayed here from 16 dec 22 till 22 dec 22. Very nice property with prompt room services, at a comfortable distance from Tata Memorial hospital. However, their policies are the most exclusive in the country. Guy who sits at reception during morning time told us that he can not extend our stay if we do not clear our dues daily as if we are running away from the property. Moreover, we informed the guy who sits at reception during early evening that we don't want extra mattress in our room as one person has been admitted to the hospital. No one slept in that room during night neither any 3rd person did breakfast from that day. Yet, we were charged for the extra mattress without any logical reason given and just stubborn replies. Wish such a great property could understand some logical human situations that can occur at times. Rest, the stay was amazing and comfortable and most specifically room service head was very cooperative.

Good Room Good Location. Near by Dadar Railway Station. But once Big Problem No Car Parking in this Hotel. So we not recommend go with Your Car. Hotel Room is Good.

The food was bad, we had indigestion. Once upon a time their food was superb. Post lockdown now its terrible. We attended a party yesterday food looked good but my entire family had indigestion 🥴

I was at the hotel looking for a room at 4.00 am. They were fully booked. I dint stay at the property but the boy at reception Mr. Derrick was so welcoming and helpful. If you ever visit here do meet Derrick.

We generaly use restaurant of this hotel as there is no rush here , food is good and little slow in giving ...but good as we prefer this place silent and feel comfortable

I booked a deluxe room for Rs 3000 inclusive of taxes and complimentary breakfast. The room was neat and clean and the room services were upto the mark. Food quality was poor and expensive as compared to its price.

Very nice hotel to stay. Good and courteous staff. Considering its Mumbai and Dadar, prices seem to be ok, but can be lower. You can always ask for a best price on rack prices. Overall very nice.

Good and peaceful stay here ...property is old and little managed properly!! Staff were good and polite room was clean and hygiene. Although won't suggest for holiday off kind stay but for working people it's good place t stay in.. book before 10 to 15 days before to get cheap rate.

Very cleanly rooms with all needed amenities and facility.Dadar central railway station and Eastern express highway and also Shivneri bus stop are very closed from location.staff is fully helpful and cooperative.Lift facility also beneficial.

Places is good, giving 4 star since it's under construction, will give 5 star for sure on my next visit. Staffs were incredibly good and friendly. Management and owner has a strong policy and adorable for gentleman not for those who does ghapa ghap 😀😀😀😀
