While the property is a little well-loved and slightly older, it's been kept up and is comfortable, quiet and clean. All the buildings in this area are older, so it's important to keep your expectations in check. There were some smells that nobody can do anything about, but once the fan and/or AC is running, it's not noticeable. Wifi never worked for me on my phone. I didn't get the chance to ask the staff about it because we were running out the door trying to see as much as we could. Staff were wonderful. Location is phenomenal. Food was decent and breakfast was great. Felt like good value for money for this location. We even had an issue where a glass broke in the room and, even after everything was cleaned, I freaked out because I have a toddler. They let us change rooms at 10pm and my mind was at peace. We really enjoyed our stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel, and I it was a 5-star experience. With great and impeccable service.The rooms were not just comfortable; they were a luxurious. The breakfast buffet of morning, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel's staff were good & supportive, They were always ready to assist, to arranging transportation & providing local recommendations. The location of Hotel was convenient, easy & near to explore the city's attractions. I had a unforgettable stay.

Very much recomended in Colaba. Staff were ever ready to serve. Nice, cosy and clean rooms. Food in the dinuig hall was the best after jet lag. relaxing atmosphere and not far from any shopping area. The reception staff accomodated all our requests to make us comfortable.
