The building layout is a perfect representation of the city’s wealth inequality. Everything below the 30th floor is horrible, treated like second-class citizens. The good parts are reserved for those staying above 30th floor. These two “classes” within the building have separate elevators, separate parking, separate common areas, separate clubhouse amenities, and even separate entrances. Those living in the “economy class” aren’t allowed to even visit the “business class” floors. This is no way to live.

Way too costly if you try to own a flat in this building. Definitely one of the tallest towers in mumbai and the view you might get from higher floors would definitely be worth. However the locality is not that great which in my opinion makes this investment not that great. Parking is available within the complex. Mumbai Central railway station is the biggest landmark
