Mahima is a thoughtful and informative beautician. She chose my facial based on my skin type and suggested the way forward for future facials . She was able to explain the products being used in response to my questions . The facial was definitely soothing. Good products - no burning . But the facial room needs an upgrade. Better atmosphere without the looming AC duct and the couch should be stable and not disturbed with vibrations. This mars the full luxury facial experience.

Amazing service by Rehaan ! Have got hair Botox done by him twice and it’s come out wonderful. He is extremely patient and gave excellent recommendations for my hair- the shampoo & conditioners that he has recommended from JCB have done wonders to my hair. When I first visited The Salon, they booked Dipak Sharma as my stylist. At that time, my hair was in a messy condition due to my previous stylist. Dipak didn’t push for a global color treatment but instead treated my hair like an artist, providing a step-by-step treatment. Additionally, my hair was very frizzy, and he suggested a hot towel treatment that worked wonders! It also significantly reduced my hair fall.

Horrible service. Shockingly they are in the service industry but do not know how to provide service. I had booked my appointment 3 days prior for extension and gel paint and specifically mentioned that I’m a bride with my wedding just the day after my appointment. However, the day I reached for my appointment (on time), half way into the process the JCB team mentioned they cannot go ahead with it as they have 2 other appointments and extension will take longer. I’m shocked and more than perplexed as to how can they come up with something like this and leave it half way when even I had booked an appointment. Not sure how they manage their appointments and have the audacity to ask the previous client that too a bride with wedding coming up the next day to leave half way into what the appointment was for. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place. Pathetic service and unapologetic behaviour.
