Karan Bhatti is a master of his craft, with more than 10 years of experience in this field. I went to Lookout Salon upon reference from my friend who had her hair Botox done 4 months back. I was extremely impressed by the hair growth and nourishment of her hair till date. I had many inhibitions about getting my hair treated with all those complex chemicals, however Karan answered all my questions and kept reassuring me time and again about the process. He understood my hair texture and went ahead with the treatment. The wonderful person he is, he made sure to comfort me when I got anxious during the process as it was my first time getting such hair treatment. The best part is that it was surely affordable too and I’m just loving loving the look and feel of my hair now!!!😍 Wish it stays like this forever. When visiting Lookout Salon please ask for Karan! Worst experience ever. I got Botox treatment suggested by Nisarg and done by someone else at the salon. After the treatment, my hair fell out at three times the normal rate while washing and combing. Three other women and I had the same bad experience. My hair has become thin and damaged. When I called them to address the issue, Nisarg suggested a paid hair fall treatment. Shouldn't they have offered it for free after ruining someone's hair? Instead of fixing it, they made it worse. I don't know what kind of skills and services they charge so much for. I do not recommend them for any treatment they suggest; it will likely ruin your hair.

Since 20yrs Lookout salon is servicing me as a client and I don't remember any day that they have disappointed me. A special mention for Dhaval Solanki (one of the co founders of Lookout) who makes me look different and awesome everytime he treats my hair by giving new hair styles. Nice place, I was extremely worried about my hair before the treatment. But thanks to Mr.Suresh, he had put lot of efforts and I love this new look. Only thing that is troubling is that prices are too high.
