One of the finest property in central Mumbai at ghatkopar The address, wadhwa group. This society is huge well maintained and with lots of amenities like 4 swimming pool, 2 gym, 2 playground area for kids, one huge like really huge amphitheatre and also one hall of you have to conduct any function. Apart from these, they have this ATM machine just at the stilt area. And also grocery vending machine not exactly grocery but items like chips, softdrinks, icecreams like you don't have to wander for these things you may just get it downstairs. V clean and hygienic.

If you’re looking for a place to live in Mumbai, I’ll never recommend the address as your options. Construction quality is poor. Leakage problem happens regularly(see the photos.). Meanwhile, the building itself sits right next to railway system operates almost 24/7. You should never ask yourself to live in such noisy environment. Worst of all, water supply in Promenade has been shut down without notice consistently, nor to recover its supply in days. Living in address is an intimidating nightmare as the management team is incapable of providing solutions. My best advice: Stay away from this building and do not be fooled by its exterior photos.

There are open green spaces for people to sit comfortably and with jungle gyms for children to play, badminton court, swimming pools, a club house with games and table tennis court, Basketball court and other amenities for playing. There is also a hall where people can host events.

Luxury apartments with excellent facilities. There is a wide variety of configurations to choose ranging from duplex and 4 BHK to 1 BHK. The buildings are Boulevard (4 buildings), Vista (3 buildings), Panorama (1 building) and the newest Promenade (4 buildings). There is a gym, swimming pools, artificial turf sports arena and completely covered parking spaces.

It is the best lavish society in ghatkopar with all alta modern aminities like. Squash court, swimming pool, gym, club house, common court for tennis, basket ball and cricket and many more.

A good society with great anenoand very well thought out public places on it.. even though it over looks a drain and a cemetery you will not be able to see it as it’s covered with trees.. there are lots of different sizes of apartments but they are made with Lot of thought and care.. a great experience to have stayed here at my friends house for a few days

An amazing real estate in Ghatkopar. Swimming pool facilities, vending machines etc for each block is value added offering. They have buggy facilities to travel from main gate to individual blocks. Although the some sections of road within Wadhwa wasn't of excellent quality as the tiles have come loose.

It's a huge society with all the amenities. It has pool, gym, club, parking lot and children play area. It has atm, vegetable vendors come inside, it also has buggy for to and fro of residents. Hosts all festivals and very accessible location. Close to metro and local.
