SONALI....The go to person for your hair appointments. Highly recommend her service. The most important quality that puts her apart from the rest is her honesty. If certain treatment is not needed ..she will tell you straightaway that its not required. And will go over and beyond to make you feel comfortable while attending to your hair.. She is an absolute asset :-)

I went for a Swedish massage earlier today: Masseuse was great. She was really lovely but had a flu / sore throat - reception claimed that’s her natural voice but she was literally struggling to speak. Why would they let someone with a flu give me a massage? I may end up ill tomorrow because of this… Their playlist also needs to change! They had some good “relaxing” tunes in the room, but then some were just terrible (one of the songs make you feel like you’re not at a spa, but at a Hawaiian beach party) Steam room (in shower) doesn’t close properly which allows for steam to escape: Lastly, they need to provide body towels and not hand towels post shower! I wiped myself with 4 tiny hand towels.… Otherwise the massage itself was good. Service was overall nice and they also dry your hair for you post shower so no complaints about that. Price was 3k with taxes which is standard

Came here for the first time and the customer service is absolutely amazing!! Urmila and Angam made me feel comfortable and did an exceptional job at mani pedi. Vanila is truly talented when it comes to gel manicures and nail art. She has a unique vision.

What a fab place! Sonali did everything so perfect for my hair and she guided me well to my hair maintenance hacks. I was so impressed with that I went to try their massage and Apem was appointed for me. She suggested a sports massage and I have never felt so light. My knots have almost gone. I’m sure to come back.

The service here is absolutely amazing. The staff is super friendly and give the perfect advice for your concerns. The facial done my Ms. Zarqua was so relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Well I am a member of BodyCraft Salon since 2 years and they have never disappointed me. Salon is always clean and hygienic. Staff is very professional. I love to take services from Zarkha for skin, Vanilla for Nails and Amar for Pedicure. They provide meticulous and impeccable service. Mayuri at the front desk is very polite and friendly. They are bit expensive compared to other salons but worth the money and quality. Highly Recommended.

What an amazing salon experience. Creative professionalism with detailing into styles and methods, plush salon studio with separate areas for hair cut, manicure, pedicure, body massage and other services. Located at the heart of Chembur, the place is well equipped to make you glowing when you switch out. P.S. i got my haircut done from Krishna M, a definite recommend when you visit.

Don’t trust the ladies in grey jackets (they’re sales or management). Tried to sell me HydraFacial saying it’s the real thing, thankfully the doctor told me that very few places in India had the original hydra facials and their’s wasn’t one of them. Tried to sell me injectable treatments without checking on medical history and contraindications. They were adamant that it is safe. They did not care to inform about the possible side effects (even though rare I’m surprised at the lack of professionalism). Theyre obviously after cash and wouldn’t be able to offer you a penny if something went wrong. Not sure how insurance process works in India but avoid at all costs as although the doctor might me great; the ladies in the few suit jackets are pushing for a hard sell! A lot of misinformation being provided about injectables. They (including the doctor) was not aware of precautions to be taken when injecting, and what lowers the risks of those side effects, they had no knowledge of facial asthetics. When I informed the lady that I wasn’t going for their suggested treatment as I looked it up and thought they were unprofessional as they didn’t warn me of possible downsides she got very defensive. She also started saying things that were not scientifically correct. They are quite a good saloon for hair, all other staff are friendly and the place is clean. They don’t really use the dysons on display.
