My
experience
at
Five
senses
has
been
the
most
magical.
After
battling
anxiety
for
majority
of
my
teenage
years,
deciding
to
join
and
pursue
a
career
in
theatre
was
the
toughest
decision
I
ever
made.
The
first
two
months
into
the
course
we
were
taught
many
exercises
to
improve
our
breathing,
voice,
actions,
improv.
We
were
also
taught
about
our
psychological
blocks
that
sometimes
inhibit
our
physical
body.
What
i
learnt
was
highly
instrumental
in
developing
myself
as
I
realised
how
relatable
it
was
to
me
and
how
acting
is
actually
"
A
way
of
living".
It's
a
kind
of
therapy
in
my
opinion.
The
next
Month
was
cast
in
one
of
the
student
productions
directed
by
Chaitanya
Solankar,
and
30
mins
before
the
show
i
was
once
again
wrecked
with
anxiety
about
whether
i
will
be
able
to
perform
well
for
the
audience.
But
when
the
show
ended
instead
of
feeling
that
"chal
at
last
khatam
hua"
that
i
always
had
before
entering
any
group
events
in
my
life,
for
the
first
time
I
felt
curious,
restless
about
what
could
i
have
done
better
,
asking
sir
and
my
cast
for
feedback,
I
wanted
to
become
better,
it
was
liberating.
To
sum
it
all
up,
For
the
first
time,
I
now
believed
in
myself.
I
was
happy,
satisfied
with
the
toughest
decision
i
once
made..
All
thanks
to
Five
Senses,
Hardik
sir,
Chaitanya
sir,
and
Mukti
sir
and
all
the
students,
they
have
been
the
most
supportive,
even
during
times
I
had
panic
attacks,
they
have
been
like
a
family
i
never
had.
I
believe
i
still
have
a
long
way
to
go.
But
I
intend
to
keep
working
on
myself
even
though
it
seems
hard
at
times,
I
now
believe
in
and
love
what
i
do.
After
studying
at
the
Five
Senses
Theatre
group,
I
still
can't
believe
how
far
I
have
come
from
the
day
I
first
joined.
I
will
always
cherish
my
little
moments
with
this
family.
I
highly
recommend
it
to
anyone
looking
to
learn
Acting
and
theatre
as
a
career,
but
more
as
'a
discovery
of
life',
an
ability
to
empathize
for
different
characters
and
people,
you
discover
have
problems
that
are
different
than
your
own,
which
ultimately
allows
you
to
see
the
bigger
picture
and
yourself
as
just
a
mere
character
in
your
own
story.
Finally,
how
your
character
develops
through
your
story
depends
on
you,
the
people
you
choose
and
the
choices
you
make."
I
took
the
road
less
traveled
by,
and
that
has
made
all
the
difference".
I'm
glad
I
chose
Five
Senses
family
to
teach
me
to
walk
on
it.
Cheers.
