Price does not matter if the service is good. The restaurant has tried to upgrade, but still has old arrogant waiters. I won't like to pay for high priced food, when there is no service. You would have to ask for water 7 times . Waiters gives arrogant looks.

Had the worst experience at this restaurant, which is such a disgrace to the Kamat name. Had ordered idli wada. And found a cockroach in my sambar. On reporting it to the waiter, I was given a lukewarm response. When I demanded that I need to manager, a man came and said very nonchalantly that the cockroach may have fallen into the food later and not while it was being cooked. He even had the audacity to charge me for this dish. If I could, I would have given a negative review to this place. Please avoid the place at all costs.

Nice place for evening eatout. Pizza was very nicely made and crisp. Ordered a grill cheese sandwich for which taste was amazing. Nicely maintained for a small restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant was unhelpful and refused to give me a bhaji without onion in my dosa. For years I’ve been having this particular bhaji with my dosa at this very restaurant. Sad it has come to this. Will never go there again nor will I recommend it to others.

Visited this joint today after several years. This used to be s great place with fresh south Indian food. But now it not with visiting. The ordinary masala dosa was not good. Though the FISA was made fresh, the masala was stale. And they served completely spoiled chatni. I font think, they were aware what they are serving. DO NOT VISIT THIS JOINT !

It has lost its old fame in terms of appearance and popularity. Food & service was ok.

Place is just okay. It shifted a couple of months of back by a distance of around 10-15 metres(don't ask me why) and it has now become sort of like an extension to santoor(another restaurant in the locality). It is now an open only restaurant. The food is just ok, hence the rating. To sum it up, it's alright but don't expect too much.

Just had something to eat here with my son and we are both sick now. Diarrhea and throwing up
