Neat and clean. Very well maintained. A nice park to walk, jog or cycle. It has a small amphitheatre too for live performances. A dedicated skating area too.

The park was shut, the same has now been restored and well maintained. No entry fees in the morning and tracks/plants are well repaired with kids, adults and grandparents enjoying their morning walk, cycling in the morning. Very good positive vibes from the place as compared to other parks in the area, would recommend a visit to all the readers.

The place is good but they failed to maintain the place how it is expected. The walking track and Cycling track both are there. One Stage is also there to practice your dance and all

One of the huge and well maintained park in Thakur village area of Kandivali East. Suits everyone. Big jogging track for walking and jogging. 2 big podiums for children play area. One open green gym. Separate toilet facilities and wheelchair access at the entrance. Only thing i didn't liked that there is lack of security so eve teasers and couple's disturbing the decorum of garden as well as many gutkha eaters spit everywhere which will be a big mess in future.

Well planned open place with separate pathways for cyclists and walkers. Also provided are a number of children play areas, an amphitheatre, roller skating rink, fountains, lawns and a number of trees. Some of these facilities are still work in progress and once fully ready this will definitely be a go to place for the general public. It is rare to see such a sprawling well planned facility for citizens and the authorities need to be commended for making this happen! Also, very importantly this wonderful place needs to be maintained well and if necessary a nominal fee could be charged for entrance. Addition on 7/2/22: Some suggestions to make this place to stand out amongst parks in Maharashtra: 1. Provide display boards for tracks earmarked for cycling, walking and jogging. Currently there is a confusion in people's minds leading to mixup of cyclists and walkers. 2. Show direction signs for walking/cycling etc, clockwise or anticlockwise. This will avoid face to face mixups. 3. Provide signs indicating starting point and metres covered at appropriate points with spacing of 200 metres or so. 4. Display signs for prohibiting spitting and littering. Also prohibit bringing eatables and drinks here. Announce fines for such conduct. 5. The toilets have started smelling already. Initiate a process for cleaning toilets at frequent intervals such as every 1 hr during peak times and ensure records are upated after cleaning on a checklist. 6. Do not allow religious/political gatherings inside the park or the purpose of the park will be defeated.

The park is huge and is ideal for children, Elderly, youngsters everyone. The running and cycling tracks are marked for the distance and there are multiple play areas for Children. It has a washroom. There is a mini temple inside it. There is a stage area with a capacity of around 1000 people to sit. The greenery and it’s maintenance is also quite impressive.

Must say one of the best face lifted (renovated) Park in Mumbai of 2021 (opened after renovation recently during pandemic), has tracks / well laid & well lit paths for joggers, walkers and for just strolling around more so trees and plants planted with biodiversity in mind. Hope visitors and management will maintain the same level of tidiness as years goes by..

The park is located amidst a busy locality. Free entry for all so people can have fun and enjoy the park. Although they have built a few fountains they aren't operational all the time. I thing which bothered was that the washrooms are not well maintained and clean. Hope they look into the same and maintain this huge garden

Good location near Thakur village, a park with very green, walking tracks, children's play area and open air theatre made in the name of Balasaheb Thakre and Matoshree. Neat and clean park for the entire family.

The experience was good.. very crowded place. Food and plastic is not allowed in side.. there are alot of security people who try to control the public. But I have seen alot of people sitting on the grass even after multiple requests from security. It's very good place to bring your kids..

One of the biggest park of not only Kandovali area, but one of the biggest park of Mumbai. It is situated at Thakur Village at 5 min walking distance from 120 feet road towards SGNP. It is a square shape park with serpentine walking track inside. It has enormous children's play area with all types of rides and swing. You can do yoga, sitting on grass carpet, you can go for jogging and you can do physical exercise in open gym. There is abandunt space for free hand exercises.

Perfect place for morning / evening walks at Thakur Village. Previously this garden was known as Evershine Millenium Park. But it was renamed as its current name around two years back, when then state government got this place beautified in a very big way by improving walk ways inside the park, also created a separate cycling path. There were many other improvements too. Really a very great place, you can take your kids also here. They would also enjoy a lot as there are many swings etc for them too.

The public park nestled amidst the bustling skylines of Mumbai is a true gem. It boasts a refreshing landscape with trees, a dedicated running track, and a cycling path. The loop, spanning around 500 meters, offers a perfect opportunity for a leisurely stroll or invigorating jog. What's even better is that entry is completely free, making it accessible to everyone. Starting your day here is a treat, as the park opens its gates at 6 AM, providing a serene environment for an early morning workout or moment of tranquility. Rain or shine, you're covered with available sheds for protection. The thoughtfully designed cemented areas invite you to practice yoga or do some stretching amidst nature. Plus, the convenience of washroom facilities ensures a comfortable visit. It's clear that the park is meticulously maintained, adding to its charm. Unsurprisingly, choosing to reside near this park was a compelling reason for me when I made the move to Mumbai.

It is a dream park having playground, picnic area, restrooms, ample parking, fountain, sitting, and jogging area. Dog and pet friendly park. There is grass and sand chairs for relaxing. You can go for walking, exercising, and to hang out with your family and friends. I highly recommend this place.

Evershines dream Park was a superb before adopted by MMC. But renovation is going in the park by MMC. Let see how they work properly.

To be maintained well. However stands alone for some respite in otherwise crowded and narrowed roads around it.

  • 3/5 Nirav P. 5 years ago on Google
Evershine dream park is the largest public park out of all 3 parks located in Thakur village. It has beautiful architecture and lots of upper decks at regular intervals which give people an amazing view of the surroundings. It also has a kids play area and exercise zone. The only sad part is that such a wonderful park is poorly maintained. Just needs a bit of renovation and clean up to give it a redefined look. Once that is done the park visit will be a treat for every visitor.
