Definitely a no go for families. We went and stayed as a family, and had a horrible experience here. It’s a very low key poorly maintained lodge. Don’t book here listening to drivers or others as they pay commission for referrals! The owner is one of the rudest and in professional person who is unfit to be in hospitality industry. He banged our room door close while we were getting ready to go out! He knocked out doors at midnight to ask us to turn off a exhaust fan from a bad smelling toilet. We could not stay here and moved out after the night. The rooms are very poor and there were rats inside our room, photos attached. Would strongly recommend you to visit in person before making a choice to stay here.

No Security. In Hotel rooms there is no lock facility. Big risk when couples stay hear & there is no guarantee for ur belongings

The rooms are good and also cheap. Near the lodge local train station is situated and also there is a market and restaurants are also near by the lodge.

Its good to stay for a couple of days, and the best thing is its location. Chembur station is at 2 min walk and it takes 30 min. to reach the airport by auto. The room is decent and clean, and the is also not too high. Better book it online through app to avail discounts.

If you wish for a dormitory or a sharing room I do not recommend this place as they are not completely sanitary for the people who share a common bathroom. If you want a private room I still don't recommend this place as there is no proper ventilation in the rooms and the price is quite high for what they provide.

They provide best service ...room is also clean and neat ..staff behaviour is also good...pet friendly hotel...and food was really 😋 tasty....

Old hotel but good to stay but the very rushy area problem of parking all the day. Rest is OK budget hotel.

Good place at low budget - no lifts available

If you are looking for a pocket friendly lodge then this is the right place. Subhash lodge is open 24x7 so guests can check in any time of the day. Check out time is slightly flexible and is between 11am to noon. The lodge is located near the Chembur station so commuting by train is fairly convenient. There are lots of eating options nearby to choose from. The rooms are small but neat and tidy and the staff is very courteous. All basic amenities are provided. If you get a room on the 2nd floor then you may possibly get to meet the extremely friendly resident cocker spaniel. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Good place to stay but expensive..

The food was awesome! Myself and my family are not big fans of spicy food, whenever we politely ask for mild foods, are requests are usually denied. To our surprise, the food was flavored and tasty but not at all spicy to our liking. The lodge gave us a great, large family dining room to eat. The rooms were exquisite. The fresh, subtle aroma when u first entered was enough… The rooms are very clean and the towels and bedsheets were softened as well. The washroom had lots of space for the toilet and the shower which made it very easy and comfortable to use. I stayed here for one day before heading to the airport with my family and it was a great one. We were all so exhausted from the train ride that it was so easy and nice to have a clean, maintained room to sleep in, peacefully. Overall we had an amazing stay here and we recommend this lodge to all.

This was my second visit...but on arrival Mr Raju behaved very rudly on phone for the room I reserved and early check in approved....I waited for 2 hours and got late for my program.This is very crowded place so they will tell you very rudly 'if you don't want to stay with our terms get out ! No next time!
