Amazing store. *Products- I totally love how the have arranged their products. The is divided in two parts the ground floor has perfumes, wipes, wallets, pillow, grooming kits. The 1st floor has gift items like mugs, bottles, slippers, organizers. The products are very cute and good quality. Ideal place to find gifting options for all age groups. *Price and staff - The price are reasonable, the staff is helpful. *Attributes - They accept digital and card payments The shop is not accessible ♿❌ there are stairs and the place gets little congested to walk.

Miniso store is located at Borivali west railway station. It is at walkable distance from station about 15 mins. It has all cute daily usable stuff. Staff over here is very helpful. You will find many things like cosmetics, crockery, bags etc. Price is also very affordable of some items.

There is no great product without great service. Visited recently to buy a bottle for my daughter. The service is really bad. The staff back answers, extremely rude and not ready to help. They will blame the customer for their mistake. Unless very necessary, avoid! The 2 stars are merely for product

Had been to miniso Borivali West store today, came across a sales person named Gudiya- very sweet and cooperative. She helped us with makeup bag and also few new products that we came across. Guided us very politely and understood our requirements

They have a wide variety of products which are really cute. Most of them are at an affordable rate. Really great place to buy everyday use and gifting products.

I have been visiting the store every week for a month but I couldn’t find WE BARE BEARS fork and spoon set and Pink panda dipper. Please restock it. It’s my favourite and I need it to gift my brother. I tried calling the custom service as they mentioned they can help you but there’s no response.

Miniso is one of my favourite places to pick up special gifts.. What makes the place special is the warm welcome u get from the staff especially GUDDI... Stuff is very good. Price is good.. A must visit for all.

Worst Miniso outlet in Mumbai, For Umbrella i was told to wait for a week, after a week when i followed up with them they again told me to wait for few more days or get from other store or order online. If they can't fulfill customer's expectation why open an outlet when your products are always out of stock

Miniso is good place but the problem I personally face is everytime I went to go shop there either I don't like the product or I don't find the price reasonable. But they have good products to gift and has many skin care related things. Suggestion to always take a female person with you at miniso as they will know the product well and will help you to select from it.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Miniso. Despite making a purchase of Rs 170, the cashier didn't have change for my Rs 500, and the manager/salesman wasn't cooperative in finding a solution. It was an inconvenience that impacted my perception of the store's customer service.

Miniso is a Japanese store where you can find lot of cute stuff... Right from perfumes, organisers, beauty, kitchen, bedroom organizers, you can find numerous things and are worthy as well. If you haven't explored, go and must see, you'll definitely end up buying something!

Hi like to share a horrible experience in borivali west store were today i found a manager was arguing with one of the customer as usual and also whenever i visit the store the same person argues with me.He never have a change for 500 and i really don't like the way he speaks.doesnt speak proper hindi and forget english.i would like miniso to replace this guy named aman goswami as he is extremely rude and arrogant person.i am always welcomed by the staff there name by gudiya and she is extremely polite and decent.I hope miniso reads and acknowledge what i had written.

They don’t know how to treat their customers. Please learn some people skills. Terrible shop. The store manager aman goswami is the worst person in miniso he is charged twice of one candle . Never visit again in miniso borivali west store 😬

It's a good Japanese brand shop right on the main station road. There are many options available for shopping right from the stationary to ladies accessories, perfumes, deo and many more things

Whether it's a birthday party or secret santa gifting, I always prefer Miniso because it's budget friendly and it has such cute and minimalistic designs for every product!

This was in boriwali station side.. i just went to check if they have my pink perfume there . Which sadly they discontinued..😏 Miniso is fine but not all can afford products..few you can afford but other toys, cushion, bags, purse very costly..

A mirror with suction cup i bought was so poor quality that it does not fit to basic tiles . When I went for replacement they were arrogant in saying no replacement allowed , but failed to accept it's a defective piece. Never buying anything from this brand and store.

Quaint, swanky outlet with trendy little handy merchandise. Lots of not-too-expensive stuff that can be picked up. Their sale section is constantly updated and full of surprises! Perfect for retail therapy!

So, this actually feels good while talking I just had such a great experience & would also like to appreciate the person who was helping me -Mr. Sagar due to some reasons I couldn’t visit the store but because of such great assistance I got exactly what I was looking for. Also this particular store has a wide range of products with so many options, it’s a hard yes to visit the shop. Go shopping!

Miniso, OF LT ROAD, Borivali, is not good. The quality of umbrella is very poor. Also, the staff is non-cooperative. They don't respond properly. Any quality of umbrella be its low price or high price is same (poor quality).

Waste of time and stupidest staff. Would make error in billing and blame you for the same. 40-50 year old looking staff calls people uncle instead of sir ma'am. Collection is not also good. Overpriced and low quality as well. Have some training session to staff and teach them manners of behaviour.

Horrible experience. Staff(store manager himself 'Monty Goswami) is very rude to customers as if they don't care about the customers. Management should look into this as they will loose lot of customers because of their staff.

Good shop to pick up stuff at not so expensive rates, they have everything from beauty products household, toy.. nice place to buy small gift items. Very helpful all staff and specially gudiya giri.

Great collection of bits and bobs including mugs, combs, hair brush, wallets, handbags and even kitchen utensils. Though its a China imported stuff so can't guarantee anything.
