Met a couple of friends, who travelled from across town , for an early morning breakfast. Here we were denied a table at the breakfast buffet because we were not in-house guests, even though there was enough seating keeping COVID restrictions in mind. There was no ala-carte or restaurant or coffee shop options provided and we had to leave the place hungry only to realise that most of the malls/restaurants open at 11 am. Least expected from a popular and established hotel as this one. Date of Visit: 28th August

Excellent atmosphere, very good service.The hotel staff are neatly groomed, friendly and welcoming, the entrance to the hotel is magnificent and grand. Spacious Rooms with beautiful View! Bathtub facilities available with separate shower and washroom area, Very peaceful approach, serves you well, treats you well. Provides all expected assistance as per the event's requirements. All-Dine food available is very nice but expensive Best service ask for! Definitely recommended for international travellers for luxurious stay.

It’s so delicious and strong tea with nice aroma!

I came to this part of Mumbai to visit my suppliers so the best place to stay was the Westin. Good location, service, staff. Rooms are decent, heslth club good. There are meeting rooms etc. Several meeting areas, coffee shop, in house dining. All good. I have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Due to our last minute booking we didn't expect a high level room but, we were offered a room on the 31st floor which had a breathtaking view of the city and a window seat during sunset and sunrise was beautiful. Both the city and the national park on the opposite side. The rooms are large and well planned with enough furniture to work and relax. Room service was fast and nice, and the quality of the food is excellent! Overall a great experience and I highly recommend booking with them for your stay!

Westin Goregaon - A Decent Option for Business Travellers From a business traveler's perspective, the hotel serves its purpose adequately, especially considering the lack of other suitable options in the Goregaon/ Nesco vicinity. However, if you're traveling with family, I would not recommend it, and it's definitely not enjoyable for those with children. The meeting and conference rooms were quite average in terms of spaciousness, furnishing, design, and aesthetics. They didn't leave a lasting impression and felt rather ordinary. One aspect that disappointed me was the food arrangements outside the conference rooms at the Westin Mumbai. The space provided was inadequate, and the overall setup felt cramped and uncomfortable. It would have been better if the Westin had paid more attention to ensuring a pleasant dining experience for conference attendees. Speaking of food, the taste of the meals served was also quite regular, lacking the exceptional quality one would expect from a hotel in the 5-star category. Moving on to the reception, entrance, and interiors of the Westin Mumbai, they were just okay. While they were functional and served their purpose, they did not exude the level of grandeur and luxury typically associated with a 5-star hotel. It would have been nice to see more attention to detail and an elevated aesthetic experience throughout the Westin property. Finally, the room rate is rather exorbitant when compared to other similar hotels such as Marriott or Trident.

Located close to a busy and always running highway The ambience is awesome. As you enter the gate you get the feeling of a huge space. Very well maintained. A huge buffet spread for corporate meeting was arranged. Service was slow. Food quality good. Could have placed more proper sign boards to identify. Jain, veg, non veg, desserts etc.

The service and hospitality at this hotel is exceptional. Unmatched compared to any other 5 star hotel. The staff here raises the bar in going above and beyond in making sure your stay is extra comfortable. I would like to specially mention Divya Kank. She is a super caring, kind and dedicated staff member, a happy face with a smile, who made our stay extra special. It was good to always see her around taking care of us.

Don't buy the membership! Don't make the mistake of buying the membership of this hotel. Initially, they will call you multiple times to take the membership. Once you have bought it booking for the rooms is very difficult, it is almost humiliating. I have a membership and it expires this month. Initially they did not take the booking stating that they could not take a booking a month prior, so I called on the date exactly a month before my stay but got a response saying there is no vacancy but if you go to book online there is availability even today and since then I am looking for an alternate date and have called 5 times but am getting no reply. So if you want to pay money to get humiliated then buy the membership or else go to a hotel that respects its guests.

The bar behind lounge area is closed due to Covid. Reception personnel are not very guest centric but valet services are pretty good. Head to 18th floor for buffet or Ala carte.

Spacious rooms and washrooms. The hotel and specially the Westin heavenly spa is a must visit when staying in. The vicinity is very chaotic and lot of construction work around. Good for business stay or a few days of staycation. Buffet bf spread is nice and staff is courteous.

Love the charm & the vintage luxury feeling of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time. The room cleanliness is good.

Excellent staff and amazing experience. Celebrated my wife's birthday and they really made it special. Would like to mention that Mr. Tejas from front office and Mr. Siddhesh from the restaurant were extremely courteous and polite. Overall the entire staff were highly professional. Both the dinner and breakfast buffet had a wide spread and offered great choices in the live section. The room was overlooking the aarey hills which was spectacular. Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Hotel for a friend's birthday party, and it was truly an exceptional experience. This is fantastic place for a family dine out or friendly gatherings or business meets. I went there with my clients for a dinner and was able to build the impression. The only problem we faced was with the traffic around the place it is located but once you are in you will forget the hassles. The staff is well trained and are courteous. The food was amazing and the service was quick. We truly enjoyed our evening there.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff and slightly away from all the hustle bustle Mumbai has to offer. With Oberoi mall just 2 minutes walk, you don't really have to venture out for restaurants or cinema too. Hotel also has two good restaurants and an amazing bar

We stayed this hotel between 6-7 October. Hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful and kind. Especially I would like to tell my special thanks to Nitin Gujjeti from Ground level restaurant, Jayan Shetty& Sai Krishna from reception. They were very kind and helpful. If I visit again I will stay in this hotel.

The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very luxurious! The view from top floors is amazing and is breathtaking at night! The staff is courteous and very welcoming! The best part about it is the breakfast spread which is never ending and lip smackingly delicious. All in all it's a luxurious experience that one must experience at least once. Can't wait to go here again

Was on stay last weekend for my birthday with my family... Dinner n breakfast buffet was Delicious food with lot of varieties. Staff was very courteous. Rooms were also good. There was Kids playroom, my kid had a joyful time there. Overall excellent property. Only thing which bother us was long waiting for lift as there was only 3 lifts.

Went to the 18th floor for lunch. Good spread and very courteous staff. Observed good sanitization and Covid guidelines followed. You have to wear mask ( except while eating obviously) and you have to sanitize your hands before entering. Staff ensure that protocols are followed. The food was simple yet tasty and fresh, except for the occasional instances where dishes got over and we're not refilled instantly but the cook ensured that you did not have to wait for long. Good place for a corporate outing or a quiet get together with friends/ family. Definitly recommended.

Had a meeting with client in Coffee Shop. The hotel has beautiful green surrounding. Proper security check of the car, individual, belongings etc. with covid protocol. Nice Lobby, Reception, Interior. Very quiet peaceful ambience, just loved it.

Really worth the 5 stars! Offers world class service and hospitality. Front facing rooms don't currently have a great view due to the ongoing constructions in the neighbourhood. Consider booking a back-facing room for the best view of Mumbai lights.

Visited Prego. Romantic place. Indian food. We had sea food. It was good. Candle light. Service was friendly. Missed good music. But the view compasated for it.

The best 5 star hotel in the Suburbs. Very spacious. Has 3 restaurants namely Prego (Best Italian dishes), Seasonal tastes (Best buffets) and Kangan(Multicuisine). Rooms are spacious with a spacious gym, spa and outdoor swimming pool. Staff is very courteous and make your stay comfortable. They also have a small bakery downstairs which offer best chocolates and cakes

I cant resist a big post for westin... It is one of the best 5 star i have visited. Lovely ambience Great service Nice food. Room service are wonderful.you have to wait hardly 5 min for your request to be served. Rooms are super clean spacious and luxurious. Lobby is lovely and lit well.. Staff is very polite Check in and check out procedure is super fast and easy. It was a wonderful stay there. The place is kid friendly with play zone and kids pool.

Went for a day stay just before my kids school was starting. The rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable.The view from the room on the 23rd floor was beautiful. The banquet is a bit overpriced at 7.5k for two people but that is understandable considering dining in a 5 star. The location is perfect within all city comforts within reach. 1 point less as we were informed no in room dining which was a bit odd and have to go to the speciality restaurants.The pool is clean and my Kid had fun in the baby pool and water slide. Surely recommended !!

The property is good but lacks quite in service. I had called at least 4 times to the room service just to place my order for dinner but they didn't answer and had to go down myself to report it. As far as the room goes one of the bulbs was not working, the bathtub had issues with the drain due to which the tub couldn't be filled and when I had checked in I noticed a potato chip on the floor which shows lack of service.

Good if you have a convention nearby. Staff was wonderful!!! Breakfast buffet and happy hour food was decent. Their pastry chef makes amazing desserts. Our room was not so great as it was very musty. Views are great though

Wow! A great hotel.. Everything right from the entrance to the reception ambience is great. Enjoyed the heavenly spa! Excellent food, lounge luxuries and swimming pool. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a real treat!

We stayed for a few days here. The room stank of alcohol. The room looked odd. Sleep next to the bath tub! A bit too open plan. They need more lighting in the room and it needs to be less complicated. The location was fine. The breakfast menu is massive but very poorly managed. The staff are good at the entrance point but if you sit in the corner ( about 150 covers) then you will go unnoticed and you will have to shout for help. They say that they will do something for us the next day like a juice but either they do not or it takes ages ( 45 min wait once). The staff think they are helping but do not listen. They got the bill wrong. They think that as I am the man that the booking was done under me. They said that I had done the booking on an app. My wife did the booking through her work and she had to settle the bill and would have to pay additional charges for me accompanying her. A bit sexist. Very sad that this hotel was arguing at the time of checkout with my wife and the member of staff who I do not want to mention his name was not only rude but very MSPig. Would not want to stay here again if possible UNLESS they change their attitude and clean the rooms properly.

I stayed here on 29th October 2022 for one night. It was a pleasant stay. Very good service, extremely polite staff, very quick in service. Would have given 5 star, but they do not take care about the hygiene at the swimming pool. ladies were in the pool with their open long hair. No one asked them to wear a swimming cap. Some kids went in the pool with their underwear. There were no rules mentioned near the pool

Amazing views from the room. Room was spacious and modern. Service was on par. Security checks and social distancing was maintained really well. Location is superb. Breakfast spread was good but I think could be better. Best was the view of the western expressway,looked so cool at night.

Property and rooms are awesome. Staff is also polite and courteous. Toiletries were if good quality too. However I found the following issues: - Food taste was pathetic. And I am not complaining about the spice level, but the taste itself. It’s probably the worst buffet I ever had. Even in breakfast just 2-3 items tasted decent. - Basic etiquettes like refilling glass of water and removing soiled plates was not done multiple times. I had to request it 2-3 times and that too when it was not crowded. - I felt good service seemed to be provided to non Indians only. I had to literally call for glass of tea or water. But observed otherwise to Caucasians. - No jet pipe in bathrooms. When 90% of your visitors are Indians, your star rating won’t reduce if you provide a jet pipe.
