Overall an amazing dining experience Located hardly 100 m from the iconic Kala Ghoda Good food good ambience courteous staff and super fast service Though the place is a bit cramped up and can accommodate up to a maximum of 20 people at any time but we need to give it for the location I loved the spaghetti burata cheese and Lebanese brunch bowl Bakery section is worth a try too Smoothie - Breakfast in a bowl is a must try drink. Yum and wholesome Love it

Had a very nice Experience at this place. Its located nearby Kala Ghoda. Ambience is very nice. Wanted to try Mac N Cheese Pasta. To my surprise it was really the best one i had. Also for a Drink we ordered Fresh Lemongrass Lemonade. It was good. Also we Ordered Garlic Bread and Cheese Garlic Bread. Both were very good in taste. For Pasta Lovers you must give it a try. Food quality is definitely good. Taste will not disappoint you. This place is Highly recommended. Mostly they serve only veg Options apart a few dishes in non veg that will be only Eggs. Rest only veg options. So good option for Vegetarians. I have Added pictures you all can have a look on few of the dishes. The only that did upset me is the Timing as they shut around 11:00 p.m in the Night. After which they close their kitchen and if you want anything later after 11:00 p.m then you might have to try their desserts only.

Heard some good reviews about this place so went to Nutcracker for brunch. It's a cute little place in Kala Ghoda with great ambiance. But the food here does not match up to the hype. It's ok for a one time go. We ordered some of their in-house specials like Turkish eggs and warm Lebanese sandwich...and honestly they were just ok.. atleast not as great as all hyped up. Other things like Vietnamese coffe , 7 layer cookie and cream cheese bagel were really good..so overall a good experience . There is no place for parking nearby so car will have to be parked near main road. The staff is quick in service and polite. Surely deserves a one time visit!

Starting with the ambience, and with the exterior, although they are small in size but they've maintained an old bakery/store aesthetic appearance which is totally instaworthy. Coming the the interior, marvelous updates of the season, very cozy and comforting. Staff is very helpful and sweet. Main part: the food- loved the nachos and the big heartwarming waffles. No compromise in taste this place is highly recommended.

Sunday morning well spent at a very cute cafe. Large variety on menu. Cozy place to have breakfast or may be any meal a day. Delicious food and good service. Their coffee menu is elaborated. Enjoy the ambiance and a small Parisian cafe look along with a great food. Parking is available. Reaching there is little tricky so trust Google Maps. Vietnamies coffee is awesome. Pancakes are to die for. Try all brews and egg preps. Worth a morning.

Finally, The Nutcracker is ticked off my Mumbai restaurant bucket list. Having had the Eggs Florentine, Turkish Eggs, Loaded Nachos, Dragon Fruit + Basil Cooler, and Cold Coffee, this place is worth multiple repeats. Considering my fascination for Eggs Florentine, the one I had here is one of the best I've had in this city. Two poached eggs, with a runny yolk (as it should be), topped with a beautifully seasoned hollandaise sauce lying on a bed of spinach and toasted English muffin. It's my first crack at Turkish Eggs (not my last for sure). The crispiness of the nachos was like no other - it was clear they made it in house. The dragon fruit and basil cooler is perfect for anyone who doesn't like their drinks to be too sweet. Seating is limited so you will have a long wait time during peak hours and weekends. The ambiance is bright and cafe-like but it can get noisy owing to the small space.

A perfect cafe for your hunger. Highly recommended cafe in Fort area. It's a small cafe with great ambience. It would be hard to find a seat during peak hours. 1. Great Ambience 2. Extensive menu 3. Awesome Taste and Quality 4. Courteous staff Recommendation: Egg Kejriwal, Salted Caramel Smoothie (only if you prefer low sugar smoothie) For parking - there is MCGM parking outside who charges ₹70 for first hour.

This "The It" place. Loved it. Amazing food. They can improve on the quantity though. But the food here is delicious.

You d probably b surprised to c the size of d place but as they say dynamites come in a small package. Flavour flavour flavour.. unbelievably good, if flavour is what u r looking for this is your place. everything in the menu is to die for. the breakfast, the mains, the desserts, the drinks, hard to recommend just one item from d list. I have tried the mushroom open toast sandwich , the cheddar cheese melt, their sphagetti( aglio olio, sphagetti with buraata cheese and the wild mushroom with truffle oil) loved it. The potato shatshuka(hopefully spelt right) was fairly good too.. Do try the salads, especially the grilled veggies salad. High recommended. I also tried the shepherds pie(seasonal) , a good take on d original.. Black bean burger is good. Lemon tart is fantastic, wasn't eggy at all(hard to find such tarts). PECAN PIE and vanilla ice-cream..you cannot leave this place without trying this...just beyond words. The ambience is actually pretty nice, can b an amazing dating place. 6 tables of which 4 are for two people the centre table occupies 4 and a bar table to occupy 6. That's d size of d place but the lighting is good, the music is soothing n service is very very quick. Landmarks: Lane opp. Ayubs rolls, next to Apollo Pharmacy. Closest stations: CST(central line) Churchgate(western) Closest Bus stops: Kalaghoda, MUMBAI UNIVERSITY (M G ROAD), LIONS GATE, Asiatic library, Townhall(old customs House) Go nuts!

Nutcracker is one of my favourite go to places in Bombay. It is the cutest cafe with the best food! Went here recently and ate one of my favourites, the nutty spaghetti! This spaghetti has so much flavour with its overload of nuts and is absolutely delicious. They also added the bahn mi sandwich to their menu which I really enjoyed. It tasted like an authentic Vietnamese sandwich and the peanut sauce served with it was amazing! For dessert, we had one of their classics; the seven layer cookie which was as usual out of this world! Service is also great and it is very well priced. Can’t wait to go here again

Small cosy place that is just the place for a casual breakfast or meal... Grabbed a lunch on a day when it was pouring outside and stepped out all warm and ready to brave the rain.... We ordered a cappuccino, black bean burger and a warm Lebanese sandwich.. food was excellent and we loved it. Packed a seven layer cookie to indulge in at home...

This is one of my favourite cafes in the city to go to. Absolutely wonderful food. I am a fan of their black bean burger and it one thing I never fail to order. Another mind-blowing dish is the 7-layered cookie. Although a tad expensive, the cookie is worth every penny. Can't resist myself from having one more. Tried the Mac and cheese too. It's creamy and rich. Satisfying food in terms of quantity and quality is definitely superb. Nice and courteous staff. A good atmosphere and ambience to hang out with friends

The Nutcracker is one of the best cafes I have been to. The location is in a very picturesque neighborhood. The service is awesome and the decor is so warm and cute. I had their Butter-milk Pancake. It was the best pancake I had till date. Came with butter honey and blueberry sauce. It was so filling and satisfying. I also had their Spiced Mandarin Tea which had Orange zest. A very comforting drink after so much sweetness. If you are I'm South Mumbai, and love food, it would be a shame to miss eating here!

This place has an amazing ambience but the food takes its own sweet time to reach your table. We tried pesto panini here and it had an authentic taste. It’s a perfect place for a date.

Best service, eggs were good, but pancakes could’ve been better. I tried the pineapple cold brew, such a nice new experience.

Nice and cool place to visit for really good food and quiet environment. They offer buffet too if you are too much hungry. Spread was nice for buffet but normally I prefer to eat as per my choice. I ordered wonton soup and prawns dish with fried rice, all three dishes were amazing. They gave quick service also.

Had to wait about 10 minutes as it’s very popular but was well worth the wait, had the trio of minis (apple pie, lemon tart and the signature 7 layer cookie) all three were delicious, my other half had the large 7 layer cookie, it really is something. Lovely atmos and the toilet was super clean.

I had a breakfast (emmental truffled scrambled eggs) which was served very well prepared according to my request (not dry). I added pan fried mushrooms which were also nicely seasoned. Coffee was ok. The service was excellent and attentive. Eg they noticed I’m cold and they lowered one of the AC units.

One of those cosy places in a small street, but a not-to-miss one for sure. It's one of my favourite places to eat. Their pastas, desserts, shakes, coffee, and everything on the menu is lip smacking! My daughter loved their french fries. The staff is super courteous and helpful. Visit for tasty food

A place to choose in fort can be so tiresome!! But when in mood for something sweet, this place is to be.. for their signature 7 layer Cookie.. there arent many dishes on the eggless side but this one is a sure hit for me!. The mixed flavour of caramel, butterscotch and chocolate and the crumbly texture of the biscuits is just on point and a sure try!! ..Thank me later ;)

It's a quaint place situated in the heart of Kala Ghoda which is perfect for a lazy Sunday brunch. The seating is a bit limited.

Had a very good cappuccino there and the bagle was good, too. They also serve a can of water for free. They play good music and the temperature was cooled down. The atmosphere was cozy and I would definitely recommend this place for having a nice breakfast or snack on the trip.

Situated in a lovely location with delicious food. Highly recommended the Warm Lebanese sandwich and the buttermilk pancakes. Make sure to get there on time cos there's limited seating and one might have to wait to get a free table.

One of the best places that I have eaten in Mumbai. Anyone in South Mumbai specially in the fort area should not miss this place. Best breakfast place. My favorite was Turkish eggs and lemongrass iced tea.

The Nutcracker is a well known place in Fort, Mumbai. It has a reputation for its attractive and beautiful Cafe setting decor which is homely and peaceful. It serves some amazing food which is rare in small eateries. What we had: 1. Khushari - From the streets of Egypt, this Is a mix of Rice, lentils, chick peas and pasta topped with hot sauce. Served with Tapioca chips 2. Burrito Bowl- it is garlic parsley brown rice , beans and corn mix with sour cream served with salsa and corn chips 3. Baked Philadelphia Cheesecake - This baked cheese cake is a must try. It is served with blue berry on the side

Amazing food. They have a vast menu to choose from. Exceptionally good nachos. Love the aesthetic of the place too. They are also very inclusive, providing Jain friendly or gluten free options for several dishes. Highly recommend trying out this place.

Excellent breakfast choices. They know their eggs. Surprisingly good americano, would go far as to say one of the best cuppas in all of kalaghoda precinct.

Superb experience! We went for an early dinner and were able to get a table. The labneh and pesto panini were amazing!!! Excellent quality of food. The truffle fries were slightly below average.

Small, congested cafe. A little heavy on the wallet for the quantity and taste of the food offered.. The Turkish Egg was amazing..Spicy Tofu sandwich was just OK.. 7 layer cookie dessert was a total turn off .. The sandwich took more than half an hour to reach the table..

  • 3/5 Priyanka S. 2 years ago on Google
It's a small and cozy restaurant...but food we ordered was average .. we ordered one burger one spaghetti and one pasta.. pasta tasted really yum and was the best amongst what we ordered.. spaghetti was a little too tangy and burger was just average and a little bland. The price is on a slightly higher side considering the quality.
