Loved it Though it has only 2 screen, the theater quality is top notch. I have watched several movies in this theater and I have no complain. Seats are great compared to other theaters in my locality. Only thing that bugs me is that they take additional 15 mins to start the movie (If a movie time is 9 then movie will start by 9:15).

The theatre is very clean. The audio and visual quality is good. The service is on par. The prices are good though. The seats are comfortable. The popcorn are decently priced than other theatres. This place situated on sv road so that is very easy to locate. The ambiance is good. The place is family and pocket friendly.

My recent visit to a movie hall in August 2023 left me disappointed despite the promising film. The overall experience was far from satisfactory, especially given the high ticket price of over 350 rupees per person. While the movie itself was enjoyable, the hall's quality fell short of expectations. The most noticeable issue was the size of the screen, which was surprisingly small for a venue charging a premium. This diminished the immersive feeling one would typically expect from a movie theater. Adding to the discomfort, the seats hardly reclined, making it challenging to find a comfortable viewing angle. Moreover, the sound quality was subpar, resembling that of a distant television rather than a professional cinema. To make matters worse, the refreshments were unreasonably expensive. A combo for two, including popcorn and cold drinks, set us back a whopping 1000 rupees. This exorbitant pricing only added to the overall disappointment of the visit. It's disheartening to pay such high prices for a subpar experience. All in all, this movie hall failed to live up to its price and reputation. While the film itself managed to salvage some enjoyment from the evening, the lackluster hall experience overshadowed the positive aspects. Given the underwhelming screen size, uncomfortable seating, poor sound quality, and excessively high prices for refreshments, I have no intention of revisiting this particular movie hall in the future. It's essential for such establishments to prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of their patrons, especially when charging a premium for admission and concessions.

PVR Milap is situated in Kandivali West. Staff is very friendly. Cleanliness is properly maintained.

PVR is OK... Movie experience not satisfactory..... But one should definitely visit the flag's veg. restaurant for its continental and Indian cuisine. Very tasty good quality food and ambience.

PVR Milap don’t value the time of the audience….. Have never started movie shows on time. 8.10 pm night show starting on 8.42pm ……Understand the commercials are also important for them but not at the cost of audience time……. Very disappointing

Food and beverage is extremely over priced. Too many ads played before the movie starts and during interval. Movie started 35 mins after the scheduled show time and interval break was 20 mins. Seats are ok. Sound system causes head ache. price does not justify the experience.

Movie starts half an hour late from the given time and seats are little compact. Rest it's PVR. So it's of course amazing.

Theater is good. Be careful while buying any foodstuff there. They do not give hard bill and u need to chk the same on SMS. I was given short payment as I did not see the bill and paid in good faith.

A good cinema experience by PVR. Food as expensive as all other PVR in malls. There is a restaurant downstairs where one can have lunch or dinner as well. About the movie hall, it’s a small room with a small screen. There’s no imax screen here. Only 2 screens here. A lot of regional cinema is also released here. Mostly Gujrati and Marathi.

Since it's right next to Milap petrol pump, the road outside PVR is congested most of the time. The cinema hall is spacious and clean, and the movie-viewing experience was fun!

Pathetic movie experience....shows never start on time....intervals ate extended during big movies. Pvr infinity Malad screen 3 n 4 completely in broken condition.mostly all seats require repairs. PVR growel,screen 2 n 3 also a few seats requires attention PVR Milap, audi 1 n 2, G Row seats r more than broken,people sit in this row for more leg rooms. They stopped giving points against ur purchases,as they r launching new rewards points systems

Ambience is good. The seats could be more comfortable with more legroom space between 2 rows.

They have surround sound. Prices are higher we can say. It should be decent for night shows as well. Seats are comfortable. The location is also good nearby to kandivali station west and also near to western express highway.

I have been regular at PVR Milap Kandivali. Earlier it used to good experience watching movies here. But recently the quality of its fallen down. Seats are not comfortable, handle was torn apart. Mosquitoes were biting. Movie starts at-least 15mins later than the show time. Need to improve many way.

Have good capacity, screen and audio quality is good , my college was near by so we used to go every now and than. Once they had offer and we all watched movie for the free.

A pretty decent theatre in the western suburbs. There are only two screens and both are crisp and clear in terms of audio and video quality. Screen size is good. Leg room is okayish. But the negative part is the seat-width and the distance between adjacent seats. It feels congested at times. Movie start time is always delayed by atleast 15 minutes. Parking is free.

The screen is wide and bigger. Huge seating capacity. Must visit who is movie freak for amazing movie experience. Good relaxable seat and perfect atmosphere and cooling. Sound quality is also quite good.

Very courteous and caring staff. Especially the food court. For aged people, avoid screen 2 however. Exit leads to staircases and no elevator. You have to request staff to allow to use the elevator.

Good theater.. But the screen seem vvvvv far.. It's much smaller than the earlier milap theater.. But a good one.i think there are 2 screens here and it's kind of cozy. Also the eats are not that astronomical like the other places. The seating/ theater cooling n movie watching experience was really good.

Food price is not reasonable... Very costly. My total ticket cost for 2 ppl were 180 but food cost for samosa, sandwich and one more item cost me 540

The best thing about this PVR is the chairs and the atmosphere are really good. You can watch here any movie comfortably.

There is one offer in offer you have to pay 300 150 per person so we have take that offer and in offer 100 rs came means 100 per person ticket so we have take 125 sneakers 2 and after wards they came andvtake 200 extra from us that's why I am giving 2 stars
