One of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to. This is our family “Go To” hospital and I was also born here. This is one hospital for all kind of medical solutions and has the best and very famous doctors in all domain. My dad has undergone for multiple surgeries here including bypass surgery. All the doctors, surgeons, staff and nurses are really nice, honest and supportive. The rooms are very nice and depending on budget one can have a private lounge room for patient. There is always one attending with patient and sleeping and staying arrangement is very well made. The ICU’s are also technologically advanced and the person attending ICU patient has a dedicated sleeping arrangement as well. Overall very well managed and patient care is well taken care off. Right from the OPD incharge Mr. Shailesh Sawant till the senior most doctors, everyone is humble and have always been very supportive. Thank you to all the doctors staff and nurses who took care of my parents whenever they were here.

A 20 floor speciality hospital primely located on the upmarket Peddar Road. The hospital is showing signs of age and unkeep. This hospital desperately needs renovation. The panel of doctors are amongst the best in business. Room rates are quite high compared to the upkeep of the rooms. That's why I am giving 1 less star. Nursing and housekeeping is top of the line though. Had a very good experience

The services of this hospital was very good. The care of the attending nurses, the humble attitude of the other staffs is praise worthy. The food was also healthy and tasty. Overall the treatment procedures were top notch and didn't find any difficulty in my entire stay.

Hello, We consulted Dr Anirudh Patil @ Bombay Hospital through our common friend for the Complaint of Umbilical Hernia for my Wife. On the first visit he explained the details of the same very politely and that the only treatment was an operation. Then further he guided us regarding the Repair Laproscopic surgery which is very safe and he suggested Bombay Hospital, Jaslok Hospital & Criticare Hospital Andheri West for surgery. In few days we decided to go for surgery after consulting with Dr Anirudh Patil as the COVID 19 situation was going on. We decided to operate in Jaslok Hospital. Thanks to Dr Anirudh for all his guidance and support the Laproscopic surgery was successful and the 3 Days stay in Jaslok Hospital was also excellent and very safe in current situation. We had gone for follow up after 8 days and Dr Anirudh said the recovery was excellent and now nothing to worry about. He advised rest for couple of weeks and to take primary care for next two months. Thanks to Dr Anirudh Patil for the way he calmly explained us the treatment and advised us to go for Operation as early as possible which built our confidence for going further with surgery in this pendemic situation. Jaslok hospital”, Department of Cardiology, Cath lab where my mother got her second life when all the doors where directly or indirectly closed for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) due to other critical abnormalities related to her but then with hope of light , I was directed to Dr AB Mehta, director of cardiology. He conducted TAVI within days without much of questions , full of confidence and blessings of god TAVI was performed on my Mom. After surgery, within 24 hrs we can see the good impact in my Mom health. Words are not enough to show the gratitude for Dr Mehta . Our complete family will always be thankful for life time. I have an tremendous experience with Jaslok Hospital ,Mumbai India, i did my left nephrectomy,adrenalectomy,segment of colon and distal pancreatectomy done by Dr. Shailesh Raina along with his team members on 15 February 2021 and it was diagnosis high grade Spindle cell Sarcoma, but Dr Raina removed every suspected mass from my body, i am too much grateful to him along with his team, they are too helpful especially Dr Sachi in his team. Dr Raina advised me to come after one month but due to covid situation i am unable to come to mumbai but come after seven months, after doing the mri and pet scan small recurrence on pancreaus,liver and some small noodle on both lung, now i am under treatment of Dr Maheboob Basade, oncologist along with Dr Shailesh Raina. Under their suggestion i have to undergo three cycle of chemotheraphy , already completed one cycle in Jaslok Hospital as a admitted patient , have received tremendous support from Dr Basade, Dr Raina, Dr Shachi under team of Dr Raina, Dr Himani under team of Dr Basade, especially the PR Manager Ms Mithila along with the sisters on chemotheraphy especially sister Sneha and sister Sohani along with 16 floor sister especially sister Nikita. My husband had one of the longest stay in ICU and in room. His stay could never have been possible without the help and support of the entire staff in both the places. None of us could be with him due to COVID situation but he was so well looked after by the staff that he never felt like a stranger. Not only the diet and timings of medications were looked after but even his smallest requirements were quickly attended to. My dad was admitted in icu for 5 days . But bed charges are only 8000 but medicine bill was made for 1 lac . Total of 1.5 lac . No doc on duty . No proper hygiene. No nurse if asked for water . Totally pathetic. Money business going on the name of hospital.

Jaslok! Being from Pune, I knew this hospital as one of the Mumbai's Best and Popular Hospital. Never thought that one day I will be writing about this place . My husband suddenly developed covid symptoms despite of all the precautions. He was home isolated and we thought all is well. However after 7 days,his fever was not reducing, hence doctor asked us to admit him immediately. By grace of god we could get an admission in Jaslok . All the Routine blood tests were done without wasting time and timely treatment was started.Since back of my mind I was relaxed as I knew my husband is in safe hands and with the excellent team of doctors . Now my husband is back home fit and fine :). Full credit to fantastic team of Doctors ..Dr.Shruti Tandon, Dr.Prem and Dr. Rahul. Dr.Raut. Dr. Shruti Tandon has an amazing skill of making patient and his relatives comfortable.Her composed voice gives you assurance and hope. Some other names I would like to mention here are ..Dr.Shreyas Katharani and Dr Sachin Nair who were great help for co-ordination. Great, great panel of doctors and nurses though the admin staff and other related services need a lot of improvement. Their charges are also extremely high but that’s a given, as with any good hospital in SoBo. Giving them a 4 just for the docs and nurses. Hats off to these medical warriors. In times like these, the healthcare industry in India and the world has moved from safeguarding the patients to seeking a profit. Sad but true.

Very big and clean hospital. All the staff members are very friendly and cooperative. The hospital is well equipped. All the instruments are very advanced and also accurate. Though the fee are very high but still very good service. The location of the hospital is on very popular, famous and crowded area. Transportation is not an issue if you want to reach here.

Dr.snehal Bange was excellent doctor. she done my surgery peaceful and she was kind hearted person to me . she give me good advice. She has given me nice prescription. The over all staff was kind with me. They were good and peaceful.

I visited this hospital to get a Covid test done, a few days back. We had to travel back from Mumbai to Chennai by flight and it was mandatory to get a Covid test done for people who are not fully vaccinated. I felt the staff at the counters rude and not at all cooperative. Moreover, there was only one counter to handle outpatient registrations, Covid test registrations, enquiries and basically everything. This counter opened at 9 am and within a few minutes there was a serpentine queue. There was an elderly gentleman in the queue who had an appointment with one of the doctors in the hospital at 9.30 am (unfortunately he was in position number 5 or 6 in the queue) and he was furious as it was 9.25 by the time his turn came and i suppose he still had to get his blood tests etc done after the registration process 🤨. I found this system VERY odd. Ok, understood that you like to get people registered for EVERYTHING they want to get done, that too outside the hospital, but why not provide half a dozen counters for that, why ONLY ONE ? Also, i requested my Covid test report to be emailed to me, for which I was given a tiny printed slip, which had a phone number and an email ID. I was supposed to call up that number (after about 4 hours) and ask them to mail me my report. Strange, because most of the labs I've been for my blood or other tests, i generally fill up my email address in the form itself, and i get my reports through mail as soon as they're ready. And the worst part, i DID call the number a few hours later, AND IT WASN'T WORKING. I was in a mess, as i had little time to go back to the hospital to pick up my reports, as i had to leave for the airport. I somehow managed to get another number with the help of my Mumbai friend and got the Covid reports mailed to me in the nick of time (saving my day and my flight). I'll sum it up as poor organisation and administration/execution of things. I'm sure things could be better managed for such a reputed hospital. Found my review useful ? My dad is being treated in Jaslok hospital since years. And doctor Azad has been great and always helpful. The staff at the hospital is also very caring and good.

Worst behaviour by admin staff palak and security staff..under the use of covid norms.. especially this staff is not trained in mannerism..she considers economy class patients do not belong to hospital.. relatives spending heavily under the name of treatment are kept outside the hospital even if they have covid reports.. I would like to tell to hospital management that rather than teaching rules to patients relatives.They should try to improve basic mannerism.And offcourse food served to patients is cold , untimely and repeatedly same stuff..do not allow home cooked food or fruits..at the same time they also dont serve with proper control..It ultimately means our patient is starving and no one looks in to it..

My mother has undergone surgery in jaslok hospital and the facility was awesome. The nursing staff made the patient very comfortable and they went beyond the call of duty to make my mother's hospitalization comfortable. The OT staff also very caring. I appreciate the efforts of all the staff at Jaslok.

The stay was fine. The doctors as well as the staff were very cordial in their interactions. The only thing that needs improvements was the food services. Especially the food for the attendees should include more menu options. Except that everything else is pretty good.

The hospital management was good, except the final bill. The bills that the hospital is charging is ridiculous. My patient as for a mask as her near by patient was having continuous loose motion as the smell was unbearable in the room. She was immediately provided the normal mask but when we were given the bill the cost of that mask was charged Rs.95/- per piece. How can bed ridden patient stay in a smelling unhygienic room. And in the name of hospitality you are robbing common people.

I was under the treatment of the best doctor. Dr. Rajesh Sainani. Always explains the cause and the treatment plan in details! He has been very patient and kind with me, answering my million queries and again always with a big smile! He even played my favourite music before my procedure to make me feel good! ❤️ The real heroes: The nurses, the ward boys and the support staff, every single person is so caring. Were there to help me every step of the way of my recovery! They always have a warm smile on their face, will say a hello and check up on your every time they cross you! Worst reception call service. I have been trying to call to book an appointment from the last 3 days. The call keeps going on hold or is busy. How am I suppose to book an appointment if you people won't let us book an appointment. The phone number given on Google maps is always busy. Atleast give new number.

Dr Praful Parmar reviewing experience of a relative admitted recently at Jaslok hospital. Hats off to services provided by asst. manager Mr Mohd. Imran Shaikh who stayed true to his words and helped us right from admission to discharge to availing cashless facility. Medical services by the consultant doctor Dr Hardik Shah (Gastroenterologist) were great & paramedical staff were also great (as per review from the patient) Slight disappointment in services by the TPA department in getting the pre-approval, but here also Mr Imran came to our rescue. Disappointment also about the hospital protocol for Covid19 screening even for referring doctors even if asymptomatic & fully vaccinated, due to which I was not able to visit the hospital in person and review the services myself. Overall happy & appreciate the services at the hospital. Thanks.

Highly disappointed ☹️. Poorly managed. No clear guidelines and protocol. Guest is not briefed on it. Very rude security personnel and lift men . Sisters in the ward are mostly young trainers. You can see their hand shaking while collecting blood or breaking the seals of medicine. In the process two of them got injured themselves in front of me. Beware as the actual room rates are around 40% higher than the one mentioned on their website. When you ask they say website is not updated. Giving 3-star due to the name and fame it earned in the past. Although their COVID protocol is farce and I found a patient being admitted without RT-PCR certificate, increasing my rating to 4-star after discharge due to some good doctors and care of patient in the ward. Finally my advice to those coming here for treatment. If it is not emergency bargain prices through their marketing section. You may get 10-15% discount 👍.

For a long time, I was searching for a Past Life Regression Therapist and found Dr Rakshaa comfortable to go ahead with. During COVID-19, I was hesitant to undergo ONLINE therapy session but it was a Wonderful experience. The therapy process happened very smoothly. I had few issues to resolve. Like an unfinished business which kept playing in my mind for years. But after seeing and healing my past life, i feel much better.Many of my issues of this life are resolved and I will be continuing therapy sessions for my other issues with Dr Rakshaa. My mother was admitted to Jaslok for a small surgery. I'm really impressed with overall ease in all the processes, starting from admission to billing and TPA insurance. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had taken Class-A single occupancy room and it was pretty good. I must mention that the food served was tasty and filling.
