I had a cataract removal surgery and lens replacement in March 2023 with Prachi Parmar wherein we paid a premium sum to ensure we get the best treatment. During the surgery i heard there was some issue in the lens not setting, although post surgery she said it went as expected, she used a lens which was of just about a 1000 rupees or so and charged 30000 for the surgery. I couldn't see post surgery and she asked us to wait for a month, it has been 3 months and now i cannot see at all. Prachi Parmar doesnt recieve our calls and we have got the message that the surgery is done whatever be the result. We went through her qualifications and realised this was a mistake, a friend also informed that many of the reviews were fake and done through a image building agency. We are now looking for highly qualified opthals to make up for the loss of vision. Pls take the ratings and reviews with a pinch of salt go through her degree and colleges and check on the lens she used for your expensive surgery.
