staff and employees are good for taking but service is not better take too time to solve customers requirements and query.

A really bad service Today I called 'n' number of times ( literally more than 10 times) but not a single call was picked up A very bad faculty team They don't even the phone is ringing they should pickup It may be an important call. It's a good bank offering many services to the customers. There's also a lobby for people to wait.

All staff is very lazy. Bank takes 10 to 15 days for opening account. Hiranandani powai branch

My self sai prakash having an union Bank account and have a linked account with the digital rupee I have done 500 rupees redeem from digital rupee account to my union Bank account but in the digital rupee account amount is debited my union Bank account doesn't created any amount.
