Its a commercial complex. Famous for Kolekar hospital. Well guarded. You will find security in the lift as well to guide you. Does have parking but only for the office personals.

Cloud 9 fitness at the top floor is the place to be for fitness freaks..And yes they have got trainers and its well equipped gym

Fairly O.K., no seperate lift for hospital. Patients & wheel chairs and customers travels in same lift. Very uncomfortable.

I have been there and nice building with multiple business there is a gym on top floor and hospital also. Great place

Commercial building with 2,3,4,5 floors occupied by Kolekar Hospital. Rest used by coaching classes and other commercial establishments. Visited only 2,3,4 floors for medical facilities.
