Extremely helpful and best coordination was conducted at this service center. There was no rush at the service center as well. and the mobile parts are available here Would recommend to Iqoo and Vivo users who want there phone to get repaired or service 👍🏻🥇 .

I visited here on 19th October 2020, I was greeted and enquired by a Lady. It took just 15 min to solve my issue. Was a good experience !

When I told the employee that my touch doesn't work properly,she just did a test and told me that it's working fine.. it's under warranty..

Worst service i hv ever seen ..counter lady staff dont hv manners to speak to customer ..dey think customers r beggars.......vivo should better close dis service center or change d staff who r well trained . I have experienced two tyms. 1st was for hidden charges which d staff charge n secondly for rude behaviour...i totally hate dis service center... I advise customer to avoid dis service center n travel at vivo center at goregoan at topiwala..

Visited to repair my Vivo V11 pro phone, it's unimaginable if you visit authorised service centres and they don't have battery in stock to repair, however they noted my contact numbers if the stock arrives they will follow up...Hope for the best
