Overall had an wonderful experience. Very Beautiful place to come with Family and Friends. They have two pools. One deep pool and one with slides for both children and adults. With that they also have good space to roam around and to sit and chill. Food is really good, Rooms are neat and one thing that stood out for me was the staffs behaviour. Everyone was so respectful and kind, that it made my experience even better. Would recommend this place if you are planning to go to a good resort!

Nice place… it have water slides and pool activities…. Good place to spend some quality time with family n friends… if you go only for water and pool activities then 900 per person is the charge which includes breakfast, lunch evening tea n snacks..,, if you opt to stay in room then you can enjoy all the slides and activities free of charge but only food is not included… for food you need to pay extra… Room service is good but quite slow… takes almost 45 mins to 1 hour to serve inside room… food quantity is good and taste wise also good… must visit once, but prior booking online is must during weekends and festive seasons as this resort is quite full….

Very good place to spend some time away from City traffic and chaos. Infrastructure and facilities are good and the staff is also very courteous. Good quality is at par with the expectations and they offer multiple fun activities. Recommended if you want to disconnect from day-to-day activities and have a "Me" time for a few days. Main thing what i liked the most is their sections. Recently i have been there it was really great experience for me. Stay available. *Change your DJ* guys But overall experience was good.

Superb place, clean rooms, nice pool n slides esp. when you have your kids along for a holiday, all are sure to enjoy . There is a small play ground and ample place to play around too! Big property, lots of Trees, wooden cottages and a must visit resort. Weekdays recommended to avoid weekend crowd.

We had planned a one night outing for our family on 25th November 2023. This is one of those resort which has evening Check in at 7pm and check out next day at 6pm. They also have people coming for one day outing. Unfortunately, during our planned outing date there was 2 big groups. And the entire place was a chaos. Reaching there was quite a task for us as we came by road from Bhayander. There is a construction going on the moment you enter the Gorai road, please plan your travel according. So it took 2hours to reach from Dahisar. So while returning we decided to go by rick till the Gorai jetty. Its hardly a 10 to 12 mins of road and they charhe Rs.150. The wodden cottages are good. Good Ambience, everything in it works well, no smelling rooms. It's just that its a bit small if u have a small kid with you. They charge Rs.900 for an extra bed which I feel is a bit expensive as the place is quite conjusted if u put an extra bed (just a mattress, blanket and pillow on the floor) in a wooden cottage. The beds are too fulffy. So if one person turns the other person to will bump in the bed. If you are planning for weekend outing, then be ready for an over crowded atmosphere. The actual resort is too big. The cleanliness is ok ok. There was water every where in the place where they serve buffet and no body to clean. We had elderly people in our family, was really worried for their safety. The staff is polite and good. The food.. my goodness! The buffet is not a good idea. Go for Al karte. The AC restaurant is better than siting out in the noisy table. FYI the songs are played non stop from 9.30 to evening 6.00 or 6.30 as its a water park. So wherever your rooms are, you will here songs all the time. They have good open space. Be ready to walk as the places are far. Like if you have wodden cottage you will have to walk a bit for lunch, breakfast and dinner. There are mosquitoes outside. Fortunately, not inside the rooms(if you remember to close the doors n windows). They have cotton candy, popcorns and ice golas but, very unhygienically server. They have fish tank, tortoise pond, ducks, hen and roster places but all are not maintained at all. Same with water slides and rain dance areas. Bas bana ke chod diya hai. Fortunately, there are couple of lifeguards around the water park. FYI after 10pm nobody answers the phone call if u need anything. Overall, its a bit overpriced resort given the service, ambience and maintaince is concerned.

I celebrated my birthday at farm regency. It's one of the best one I found. Food is too reasonable. And yes, I have to say this. Receptionist called Nilima she is the one best in terms of hospitality. We were not getting a cab but she was way too helpful and kind enough to assist us. And she also said, despite we had check out from the room, she said to wait at room because the weather is already hot until we get our cab. Thank you farm. Pls reward such employee like her. It will help your brand to grow.

Nice place, Superb Places , for Stay or One Day picnics. The property is huge, with lots of greenery, the rooms are Excellent, modern and very well maintained. The food is exceptional and very much well priced. The crowd is Family Crowd. All the services are Excellent , right from the watchman to the waiters. The managerial staff is very Humble and in True sense, Service with a SMILE. The rates are very, very Resonable. swimming pool.

2 stars for Rooms & the nature surrounding it. Service needs to get improved. Room charges are quite expensive as compared to similar other places. They have mentioned in charges where they have written all inclusive but it doesn’t include food charges. Service is extremely slow which needs plenty of improvement. The place where we stayed it was cottage room which costed us 4550 which I felt was too much. Intercom didn’t work of our room. I misplaced my Ray Ban glares which we told at reception while checkout but they said CCTV over that place didn’t work. It has option for day picnic at 900 per person which is inclusive of all which I felt was best option if u wish to visit here. Best way to travel is to take ferry.

Good place if you're visiting with your family or friends. They have a really nice public pool, some water slides also rain dance is there. Food isn't great but it's eatable. Cold drinks and alcohol is available but ofcourse it is overpriced as other resorts in this area. Overall it's a good place if you want to have some fun time with your family or friends. Nice environment and also the staff is decent.

It was an awesome experience. We went with friends and we enjoyed it a lot. The swimming pool is very good and great fun while swimming. The food tastes awesome and you can get more food choices. The rooms are very clean and room service is nice. I recommend going and having fun with friends and family. 👍

No regret at all..the decision of choosing this resort was perfect.. the staff over there was also supportive.. we decided not to take a package with food only taken the 1 day picnic, that too we have not booked in advance... after reaching there we came to know on weekend we have to take a food package only..but they allowed us for 1 day picnic without food as we were only 3... Awesome restaurant food, well maintained pool and slides, small but very nice resort for family and girl's as crowd was also good... Overall I love the place and definitely recommend everyone as it is very affordable and good food offering resort 👍

My laughter yoga group visited year on Friday, we stayed here for two days, me n my group enjoyed a lot. The food was tasty, rooms were very clean n service was excellent. . We would love to come again n again.

The only best resort in gorai side for family picnic.. Food is good and economical as compare to other resorts in gorai. Need to focus on water park as none of the slides are slippery...no lifeguard support was there which is much needed.. Stay and site seeing was best

It's an easy-breezy place to have fun with your bunch of people! They have beautiful rooms, food is good (depending on your preference and availability) whether it's ala carte' or buffet. Only thing is.. they should look into the quality of water of the pool, it was a tad salty. Overall, budget-friendly place👍

A lovely place to visit for refreshment. Overall, the place seemed much pleasant and at the same time the pool and rides were enjoyable and lively too. The best part is that it is good for all group of people like couples, families, friends. The resort has good plantation and large surrounding.

It's amazing place for relax and for enjoy your day. I am glad that our office choose this for resort for conference as well as for resort enjoyment. Room of the resort are so neat and clean with high security doors. All lights and electricity is used very professional way that when u need that time only it's on else automatically off. The resort is a great place for large groups of people. The slides and pools are well maintained. All meals including breakfast, lunch and tea time snacks are tasty with multiple options. The rooms are clean. The entire estate is well maintained with a dedicated play area for kids to play.

For one day outings its pretty average.. food is average, water park is small, pool is okay. Cleanliness - 3/5 Food - 3/5 Lawns/garden area is big.. ample space for children to play. However the children's park was closed and not very well maintained.
