Came
from
the
US
on
a
business
trip
to
stay
for
a
few
days
at
the
Dragonfly.
By
photos
online,
the
place
seemed
really
nice.
I
entered
the
lobby,
and
it
had
a
really
nice
vibe,
and
a
clean
welcoming
smell.
The
check-in
staff
were
friendly
and
helpful.
But
upon
entering
the
room,
it
smelled
like
cigarette
smoke
despite
asking
for
a
non-smoking
room.
They
were
unable
to
have
me
switch
rooms
because
of
being
full.
I
even
overheard
one
guy
at
the
front
desk
who
was
showing
a
confirmed
reservation,
and
they
were
apologizing
telling
him
they
had
no
room
for
him.
He
had
traveled
internationally,
and
was
very
stressed
out
about
where
he
would
stay
that
night,
which
is
understandable.
The
room
was
also
run
down,
had
some
broken
tile,
and
the
refrigerator
leaked
all
over
the
floor,
forcing
me
to
temporarily
relocate
to
a
friend's
house
until
they
could
correct
the
issue.
The
beds
were
a
little
firm
(but
typical
of
an
Indian
hotel),
and
the
sheets
smelled
of
cigarette
smoke.
The
AC
was
broken
and
would
randomly
switch
to
30-something
celsius
without
warning,
so
I
would
wake
up
sweating
in
the
middle
of
the
night.
In
short,
there
were
far
too
many
problems,
and
the
staff
seemed
overwhelmed
by
other
problems.
I
asked
about
a
refund
for
the
night
I
could
not
stay
in
my
room
and
was
denied
that.
I
would
not
stay
here
again.
I
wish
I
had
more
positive
things
to
say
in
this
review,
but
there
are
none.
Avoid!
