Came from the US on a business trip to stay for a few days at the Dragonfly. By photos online, the place seemed really nice. I entered the lobby, and it had a really nice vibe, and a clean welcoming smell. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful. But upon entering the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke despite asking for a non-smoking room. They were unable to have me switch rooms because of being full. I even overheard one guy at the front desk who was showing a confirmed reservation, and they were apologizing telling him they had no room for him. He had traveled internationally, and was very stressed out about where he would stay that night, which is understandable. The room was also run down, had some broken tile, and the refrigerator leaked all over the floor, forcing me to temporarily relocate to a friend's house until they could correct the issue. The beds were a little firm (but typical of an Indian hotel), and the sheets smelled of cigarette smoke. The AC was broken and would randomly switch to 30-something celsius without warning, so I would wake up sweating in the middle of the night. In short, there were far too many problems, and the staff seemed overwhelmed by other problems. I asked about a refund for the night I could not stay in my room and was denied that. I would not stay here again. I wish I had more positive things to say in this review, but there are none. Avoid!

We had book dinning setup for my Masi's birthday celebration. And I must say it was all perfect as we had planned and imagined.. The staff was helpful kind and genuine.. Took care of all our requirements.. The decor, food music all was good. . The singer was very nice..Overall the experience was very nice.. Enjoyed every bit of it with my happy big family of almost 15 people.

We booked this hotel during Diwali week and the prices were 3k including taxes. They have check-in after 2pm which I felt was too late so I asked them for a early check-in and they agreed. The room is not too big or small, tho the handwashing area is outside the bathroom. Room was clean, AC worked fine but the TV had some issues. Whatever we watched it was lagging I don't know due to connection issues or what. You can order food from outside as well. The staff was helpful. If you're unmarried they want you together for check-in which I thought was not necessary. Now they have hiked the prices and I don't think it's worth for 6k. If the prices are low you can choose this place.

First the lady receptionist was so rude to talk when we entered while check-in time 12pm she said to wait n we got late check-in nearby 1pm. Second Room was so dirty smell of smoking was coming when we enter the room. Room was not cleaned, no towels, no soap, no AC remote, Tv remote was not working, toilet was not clean smell like public toilet was cmng from washroom and there was no hot water. And most important bedsheets, blanket and pillows were so dirty. There was a blood or something spot on bedsheet also there was a dirty marks on pillow too. Phone were not working to connect receptionist and we have asked receptionist to send some glasses she said we don't have staff so it will take time to come, we wait for so long time but at the end we dint get glass. Very pathetic service of hotel. Worst hotel ever we visited in my life. It's my humble request to all those who looking to go in this hotel pls. don't go here 🙏🏻

Hi this is a late review but worth booking this hotel for my son's birthday party...the entire team be it from service to chef everyone was so welcoming n helpful....we were almost 100 guests and they managed pretty well. Food is amazing, , the ambience of the hall which we booked and such a well trained staff..... It fits in budget...a grand celebration. Thank you so much team 🌹

These guys overbook their hotel and then make the guests sleep in banquet halls! The hotel doesn’t feel safe! Please inspect the rooms before you pay or check-in! Also, the hotel is not yet ready as of 1st January 2024. I was here with my family for the new year and this place spoiled our trip! The banquets stink of fresh paint and tarnishes.

Booked this property from MakeMyTrip where it was showing it as a 4 star hotel. We had booked 4 rooms. Upon reaching, we found that each floor of this building was earlier being used as banquets and it recently got converted into a hotel, and it was still not ready!! We were allotted two proper rooms and two banquet halls to sleep. The banquet halls were emitting strong smell of paint and tarnish and it was unbearable. But since we had paid the entire amount upright, the manager was rude enough not to help us or give us alternative rooms. He shamelessly uttered “do what you want, I don’t care”!! Please avoid this place unless you enjoy sleeping in a banquet hall…

Had booked their candlelight dinner setup for my husband's birthday. I must say that they surpassed all my expectations. The decor was very beautiful , romantic and pretty. The ambience and vibes were amazing. Special mention to their staff for giving us an excellent service. They were very polite , friendly and sweet. They were very cooperative and took care of all our needs. The food was very delicious and appetising. We had a beautiful and memorable time and enjoyed ourselves. They gave us a beautiful night to remember and made it special for us with all their efforts. A huge thanks and kudos to the Dragonfly team. They are the best ! This is very bad hotel and Very poor experience the rooms are horrible, they didn't provide any basices will never suggest anyone to come this hotel. No towels, no gyeser, lift is not working properly etc I can't even explain about this poor services.

This was one of the memorable hotels i have ever been. I celebrated my birthday here planned by my wife and the hotel staff was so supportive and very courteous. Enjoyed the decoration, food quality, service, rooms and a surprise given by the hotel for free (sending a musician with guitar in our room). Very nice hotel to celebrate special occasions, I booked the hotel to celebrate a friends Bachelorette party, the set up (room decor) was really nice, the staff is very polite and made all efforts to make it extra special. The charges are quite reasonable. The food quantity is great and tasty too. Overall the experience was really nice. Breakfast was included and had many options too.

Great place not far from the airport. They have elevators, and the service was excellent . They serve breakfast in the morning and they are about 5 to 10 minute drive away from stores for shopping. The best person to talk to here is arman sk very helpful throughout my stay!!!

Hotel is very close to the airport and out of traffic. The food is just awesome. The hotel room we were given was okayish but what we changed into was the best. But I think they are also renovating gradually. Cant wait to re book again. Toiletries could have been more. Polite staff and efficient Overall good experience.

Amazing experiences allover!! The owner Sahil is a wonderful host, very professional, accommodating and helpful. He helped us plan our trip better and suggested good restaurants and places to visit. Coming to food at dragonfly, it is just amazing, very innovative,cheese twister is highly recommended. I was blown away with the flavours and service. The rooms are big and well equipped. We had a 65”tv at our disposal. We missed out on booking their honeymoon suite with a double jacuzzi! Next time for sure!

The pathetic hotel I have seen charging money for 4 start but the property is as good as a 2 start hotel. Old rooms noisy cooridore and staff. I had requested to change my room 3 times because of the noise but no action was taken. Zero value for the money paid. Worst experience ever with all the things. I don't recommend to stay at this hotel for the price that I have paid for 2 nights 15k whereas it doesn't even has worth of paying 7K for 2 nights. Don't book the rooms here you can find many better options in this price.

Everything was superb with decoration service and food quality. There is one suggestion only if you can provide a complimentary cake on birthday or any celebration then it would be great. Small cake would not cost you more. Otherwise my surprise to my husband with you guys was awesome.

The hotel in itself is gorgeous too look at both exterior as well as it's interior design. It's beautifully placed art all around the hotel makes you feel like you're in an art exhibition. On of the best experience it was. The food served by them was excellent even the room was clean and comfortable. And the best part in this pandemic time they have fully taken care of all safety measures. And it's located near international Airport so I suggest try to book your room in advance.

I went here to give certification exams through simplylearn. Given the location,area it is decently build with spce to sit around. Exams are conducted at 6th floor - isolated and no disturbance. Lift works and stairs case have plenty of scenery on the wall. Parking is subject to the timing you visit.

I booked for Anniversary Celebration at Dragonfly Hotel. We opted for the Moonshine Package. The decoration was amazing and it was indeed a great surprise for my wife (and even for me :)). The hotel stay was awful. The rooms alway stinks and even the bedsheet stinks and pillow cover also stinks. Asked for a room change they gave another room but at same time asked for person come for transfering luggage but no one came to help for transfer. The bed have two mattress which is very uncomfortable. The room service is pathetic. we ordered food to eat and it comes after one an half hour. The room charges were charged for full day for 1 extra hour .

I Stayed During Monsoon Season And It Was A Double Benefit For Me Since I Could Enjoy The Whole Mumbai Monsoon Magic, By Just Sitting In My Hotel Room. Really An Unforgettable Experience.

The condition of the hotel is very bad. Won't recommend it to anyone. The room stinks, AC doesn't work properly, bedsheets & pillow covers remain dirty. Don't go by the pictures shown in any of the apps or websites ! The rooms look nothing like it. I had to see 5 rooms to finally agree on 1 to adjust for a day.
