I Request to all Prefer Other options to stay in Mumbai... there is lots of options... and Lots of places who's Respect the customer... one of Worst Service in Abuze... abuz Lal bag ,kala Chouki...

Very calmly and maturely managed by current manager Ms. Rubi. Peaceful environment(most of the time. Was chaotic earlier under previous manager/collegewarden. Might have been a good place for "college buddies" to chill for months.. wud hv rated ZERO otherwise for working professionals.) Cleaning (only of common area, not ur room/bed) is done daily by house-keeping staff( Understaffed. Overworked. Please be kind to them!) but due to the fundamental nature of a co-living hostel, frequent sight of others poo in the loo is to be expected. Can't expect like a single room comfort. Cost 10k per month for upper bed, 11k lower one. Central air conditioned adequately. Common washrooms. Laundry included(Good👍). Food (pay extra) is available though won't recommend as cheaper and better options available at 5min walking nearby. Food guy(short one) not to be trusted with money. WiFi speed is 50Mbps above but not a stable connection. Frequently breaks down in few days. Might be a problem for some IT professionals. Girls'hostel separate except common areas. One suggestion- A quiet, dedicated study area wud be a nice addition as many ppl come to mumbai specifically for exams/jobinterviews. Overall, recommended 👍👍 "*as long as managed well, NOT like a college hostel.*"

I was concerned about security during my stay. While there were lockers available, they were small and not very secure. I didn't feel confident leaving my valuable items there, which added to my stress during my trip.

I stayed at this location for one year. In that tenure I lost around many clothes given for a laundry. While leaving the hostel on 3rd September 2023 I came to know that my bags are missing. Upon asking for the same, the Abuzz staff acted like the are finding it and started looking for the same. I asked for CCTV footage also but they are unable to produce the same as the CCTV is not working. I also learned that this is not the first case of missing things. One girl lost her laptop, one gentleman lost his gold chain. BEWARE if you are planning to go to this place. The place is not at all hygienic, they have only 3 toilets for the entire boy’s dorm, 1 active basin, Bathrooms with no soap holders and 24X7 running water from the broken pipeline. I keep on asking for repair and got only one answer that they are looking for a plumber, in short they looked for a plumber for almost one year. Finally, when I decided to move out, I find that my bags are missing. They do not have security neither they have cameras, so if you are shifting here, you are at your own. Your security is your concern. Do not carry any valuables. Over all, this place is pathetic and strongly not recommended.

Been at this hostel for 3 months. It is UNHYGIENIC to say the least. When you first decide to stay here, you are promised a lot of things But, these guys increased their rent by 1k and despite that, washing machine hasn't been repaired in over 15 days. They just keep shooing you off if you complain. My clothes haven't been washed in days together and their isn't even a place to wash them And there is a fine if you hang clothes over your bed Why promise amenities if you can never deliver?!? There are much better places. I would suggest you look for those instead

Service is getting worse day by day. Reception staff is rude and doesn't solve any issues instead they look for ways to get back to you especially Zara and Ruby. Washrooms are not clean and sanitary. Night staff is not well trained. They don't change your bedding regularly. At one point there was problem of water supply in washrooms. It's not worth it to stay for even this price.

To be honest..it's okay okay stay..if you are not particular about things , it gets the job done , but Staff and owners should prioritise customer satisfaction as the main stuff..Needs improvements otherwise okay okay..you can opt , not a bad place

Hospitality is getting worse here, every day some new issue comes up. Water supply is the morning is hell, everyone is in hurry for either office or college and these people don't give a damm about it. Just leave us hanging and waiting for them to fix it. People are paying 10-11,000 a month and not getting enough facilities. AC is not working at night, and if we tell the reception guy/lady to fix it they take 15 dam days or even more than that to solve the problem. Really disappointing. Also increase your stuff and train them how to do things on time, because after coming from a long working day we don't wanna complain or create a scene everyday for the things which this hostel management is responsible to fix.

Its a very disgusting place for living the guards here has attempted to hit the people living here twice and even hit one once and people who opposed it were removed from the hostel. The guards are given more priority than the people living here no repect no clealiness no order no sanitation no nothing people living here are going through a lot other than there life

I just called to ahuzz... She is not answering properly... And she was suppose to sent me the pics and location... I called her again and she didn't pick up and she is ignoring me now... What a shameful service! This is a review before i would start to stay.. Don't know what will happen after I'll stay there.

It's a not good place to stay as the staff are not able to respect there clients.. just now i called them to book one bed they was so rude and behaving like i did some crime.

The hostel advertised certain amenities that were either missing or in poor condition. The Wi-Fi was slow and often unreliable, and the kitchen facilities were cramped and poorly maintained. Security is major concern as they do not have any CCTV at the premises. The one have is only a show piece on the wall, it doesn't work.

Best place for solo traveling in a place like Mumbai. It's an air-conditioned dormitory system with many facilities like high speed wi-fi(free) and laundry. The price is very reasonable. Do check them out.

No use to even share my experience They doesn't provide 24×7 AC as they will let you know before shifting. No proper response and service is poor indeed.

Big NO ! If you are introvert like me , this place is not for you. Don't want to talk other things but.... Left this place on 18 Dec 2022 haven't received my deposits back. The receptionist girl called me in office hrs for money I wish they should have shown same ethics while returning money too.

I advise To All prefer other options for stay in Mumbai,..one Better Advice that To Remove such Worst staff(Rubey).. for better service.

I had to stay there because of my exams.This is the worst place to ever live in.The staff is just very rude and disrespectful especially the women Zara,Ruby.They don’t sort the issues we put forward instead.Unclean surroundings.Frequently Ac stops working.The whole place stinks like a public toilet.There are men walking in around girls hostel without prior notice.The surroundings are very noisy.The price might be reasonable but don’t get lured by it.Instead pay a bit higher n stay comfortably somewhere else.

Been in the hostel it is very unhygienic and the ac is not working since 5 months and they are not bothering also.many cockroaches and rats are there and also bedsheets and curtains not changing time to time. Also I found small worms in water during bathing.no supervision cleaning is presently. We are irritated by telling them about this problem but no action is taken. No cooking facially is available and one oven is there which is literally dirty.

Huge Dorms with great value for money. Nice Clean Washrooms. Warm water to bath. But a little crowded when i visited so book early or online. Ovrrall 3/5

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, went ONLY FOR 14 days and my laptop got stolen, there is a staff named RUBY, SHE IS THE WORST AND SUPER RUDE WITH EVERYONE, she is mannerless and should be removed immediately.

The hostel is not that good but also not bad. People here who stays are very friendly. Both Central and harbour railway line is near by apx 1km. Near by places are also good you wont find difficulty to eat that too in cheap price. My overall experience here is good.

Literally not worth it, whatever rules they show on the app are a lie. And the worst part is the guard here, who will randomly start video recording anyone out of nowhere without the permission. Also, would highly recommend the place if you want an experience to live with rats roaming around your bed.

Worst experience. They never returned my security deposit. The owner is very rude. The place is infested with rats, mosquitoes and cockroaches. Not recommended to anyone planning to stay.

I stay here for 4-5 months everything was good , shabanam ma’am was too sweet,but I requested management kindly allow one or two day guest . Because we have examinations in Mumbai only for 1 or 2 days . Kindly consider

Pros:- 1) Place at good location 2) If you need for month it’s good priced at 10k/11k 3) Bunk beds were good 4) Good Crowd ( majority students) 5) you can order food from outside and have it in cafeteria area. 6) No. of washrooms and shower area are sufficient 7) Air conditioned 8) separate Dorms for Girls and boys and are safe. Cons:- 1) only available for 15 days and month period. Anything under 15 days don’t book it from there App. You will be denied allocation. 2) Washrooms need renovations as many washrooms/ bath area don’t close fully and commodes are poor. 3) water flow will be very poor between 5-7 Am as majority gonna use the washrooms. 4) bed sheet changes in 7 days . Honestly I think it needs change every 3 days. 5) beds near washrooms should be avoided else honestly you will feel yukkk… There is laundry service included if you opt for 1 month reservations. I did not took laundry service so can’t comment how it is actually. There is a free wifi service if you opt for 1 month bed reservations. When you arrive plz bring one photo and xerox of aadhar card as it’s mandatory If they can renovate washrooms and bathrooms this would be power pack place .
