Hopped in today at about 7:30am hoping to get my morning brew from this outlet. I could see Raheem the store barista, just getting started for the day. He told me that beverages and snacks would be served only later. I told Raheem, the barista that I just needed a cuppa coffee to kickstart my day and he gladly obliged. Made by day! Good staff..good service....good ambience

It's the best place to catch up with a friend or to just sit alone and get some of your work done. Even the staff is very polite and warm. The best part in this pandemic is scanning the QR code pamplet on each table and placing your order which you get within 10-15min as the staff in the kitchen gets notified instantly.

All coffeeholic…… know this cafe. Many outlets around the city. Almost taking over many cool spots They serve great coffees & they serve gold coffee, orchid coffee, coffee with candle beneath it. Sandwiches,Waffles, Nachos, Delicious croissants and other baked products Always a Go-to cafe with quite amazing ambience plus it stays open till midnight around weekends in some spots

The cafe is easily located. Parking in front available provided space is present. Very few seats on the ground floor and about 8-9 seats on the top floor. There are few seats on the outside too. Food and cafe was good bit nothing to remember.

It sucked. This isn't the first time that Di Bella's have disappointed me. Last time my daughter visited there with her friends. She tried to place an order but just because her friends were clicking pictures she was refused to be served by the staff. She had no other option but to leave dissatisfied. Then today we decided to give this place another shot. My daughter ordered a cafe mocha and she was served a mocha without the chocolate mix. They just drizzled a little bit of Hershey's syrup on a frothy coffee. The coffee was a huge disappointment. I don't suggest this place, especially if you want to order mocha.

We ordered 2 macchiatos and they were perfectly made by Azim. Great service by him

For the first time ever i have had a good experience at di bella, staff is really good, place is very neat and tidy. Very clean. They are still working on a few light fittings as it is just newly open. Drinks served were really good. Overall a very nice experience. I would recommend everyone to visit.

Di bella is one of the best cafe I’ve visited ever …All coffee holic must be know this place.. Always a Go-to cafe with quite amazing ambience and a very friendly staff …Mr.Raheem he deserves a credit for this cafe in matunga, He is very friendly to all the costumer’s here and serves great ❤️

Amazing place to chitchat with your friends over a coffee, which they are best at making perfectly blended coffee taste that you get and there are 2 areas one inside and other out side like with and without AC, if you smoker you can sit outside and they have decent parking space we usually get parking when we go, do visit nice place to hangout with friends especially and there is a lady sitting outside but if you like snack she makes amazing hand-made /homemade snack which you'll love and also help an old lady for a living 😍❤️

The place has alot of option when it comes to coffee. It also has special seasonal menu to try. Currently they are innovating with Mango. The place has bright lights and multiple seating options. The prices are decent and the coffee was perfect. It tried the Cortado which costed me around 200 bucks.

I met my friend for breakfast at 10 am at Di Bella and it was pleasantly empty. I had a peanut butter toast which was 2 large slices ( too much for me but a great breakfast for a good eater) My coffee was good as well. Staff is friendly and efficient. Great place to catch up with friends.

I visited this particular location twice or thrice a month, and particularly yesterday's visit was etched in memories. I just ordered a cold coffee, and the verbally impaired staff (my bad i forgot his name) made it exactly like how I desired - strong and less sugar. This was when I hadn't even specified. Kudos to the management to employ such caring lovable staff. He is the sole reason i will keep on ordering cold coffee. P.S: Their cold coffee far outshines their competitors!

Well overall my experience was great after all its CBDB. But the best part is the service. Azim has been a delight and very helpful. Out of all my visits to many outlets of CBDB by far Azim is absolutely the best server.😊

A decent cafe: good ambience, drink options and a helpful staff. They do serve normal drinks like an americano, latte, etc and also have fancier brews like a siphon. While I’m not a personal fan of overly crowded/decadent shakes - they do offer a moderate selection here. Decent waffles as well.

We ordered one rose capuccino and one di belaccino which was supposed come with marshmallows and I ordered it specifically for that, because without marshmallows it is just normal capuccino which is priced high. They did not mention while placing the order that they ran out of marshmallow, after I received the order, I had to ask them when I was told marshmallow was not available and if I would like whipped cream. Weird, and while paying the bill they did not even bother to say sorry for the confusion. Food is okay, service is pathetic.

Service is not good as the Person In Contact is deaf and dumb....he can't speak and listen and he doesn't allow us to convey the order to other staff. Really disappointed

If you want to enjoy a great cup of coffee and warm veg waffles , Cafe by Di Bella is the place to be. It is an Australian cafe serving snacks , coffee , cakes , shakes and waffles. It is one of the best and value for money places. Staff is also courteous. You can go anytime to work , snack and relax. A must recommend for all. Loved the fact that they can make such yummy veg waffles.

One of the great option when u have to meet on a coffee date. Only washroom is not available and for that u have to go to the next hotel Classic. May be they are from the same owner. Nice and clean area.

Located at kings circle.. with good amount of outdoor and indoor sitting... Outdoor sitting in smoking are too... Upper deck sitting dnt have plug points so if you are planning to sit and work thn its bit difficult.. Rest everything is good... We tried pour over Espresso in Lemonade which turns out good.. and other ones are regular americano and traditional Dark chocolate. Which was good.

I ordered 2 Cappuccinos and have to say that the two miniature toasts served with the coffee are just too insulting. Don’t know why such tiny toasts were an accompaniment. Seems insulting to the person having a coffee. Toast was 1.5 inch long n 0.5inch wide . For a Rs. 200/- coffee . Fantastic …

The cappuccino and latte was perfect! They lets you order via a QR code. Here, try brownbread cheese sandwich. The place is perfect for youngsters & a group of 8-10 people. The ambience is cool.

It was a day I wanted to spend with my husband. We dropped our son for an exam and started searching for a place where we could sit together. We landed up here. Parking was not an issue we were guided by a person to park in front of the outlet. It has both a ground floor and a mezzanine floor. Due to social distancing we were told to go up. Which properly demarcated. The order too was contact less using a QR code, menu online, payment online. The digital experience was good but had drop offs once ordered we were not able to view order status despite the whatsapp mentioning the same. Amway it was not a deterrent we ordered coffee, hot chocolate, croissant, sandwich and waffles which were good The ambience was also peaceful and we'll maintained. A cosy place in all. We did see a couple like us enjoying their coffee, a female doing her office work and two females friends spending their time . Hope the review helps you to decide your visit.
