A small plot, of around 30ft x 30ft, among three buildings with variety of tree likeii Amaltas, Coconut, etc. No convention to sit or play. It looks beautiful in summer when green Amaltas is having yello bunch of flowers hanging over it. MBPT Colony itself is very beautiful and has a greenery that gives feel of being in village even when it is situated in the center of Mumbai (Bombay) City. A calm n cool area, isolated by railway tracks on both the sides. I love it.
