Gave my guitar for repair. They took it for a month and ultimately did nothing. That wasn't what exasperated me, poor communication about what to expect is what disappointed me. What could have been completed in 15 mins took them a month

Very good Shop. Nice and Branded musical instruments are available in this shop. The people working here are really very kind and polite in behaviour. They also give you advices about how to maintain and keep your instruments in good condition. One star less because they don't have enough equipments for repairing some instrumental damages.

Don't have good techniciansand half of the time the technicians aren't there only, don't have a variety of products. Last shop i will go to for any instrument work.

They may be good at their work but are extremely unprofessional: - wrong time estimates, - pass the buck to their other office where the delay happened, - don't take accountability for faults of their own, and - - no structure to escalate.

I bought my first Guitar Epiphone PR-4E from Furtados Music Store, Powai. The shop owner was very polite. With his help I came across the 39" inch masterpiece. I received a warranty of 5 years on it. I have been playing it for two years now, performed with it at some stage shows as well. By God's grace it still sounds melodious. Products and services are good. But they don't have much knowledge about instruments what they are selling.

This is a small shop and they dont have too much options soo u better call and check with them before going to purchase what you want.

Great place. Like the area. It is a bit small compared to other branches, but you can get most stuff here. Please do keep in mind that they don't have a technician in store yet, so repairs are really just limited to switching out strings. The prices and offers across all the shops are the same, and they do have a good collection of most popular instruments. My buying experience was very good. I had purchased an Epiphone Les Paul Electric guitar as well as a Vox Amplifier. Both in were very good condition. They do give a gig bag with an electric guitar as well as 2 picks. You have place to sit down and try out the guitars. Employees were quite helpful and made the process quite easy and they gave me a very good price for the products I bought. My friend had also bought an Electric Bass guitar from here and he also got it for a good price. One thing that I must say is that they only have a very limited number of brands in store. The amps were mostly vox and no very popular big name amps like Roland, Marshall or Blackstar. Not that the amps are bad, but I would like to have more choices. The accessories too as well as the strings were mostly D'Addario. You won't find Dunlop picks or Ernie Ball strings. Overall, it is a very good guitar shop and probably the best in the Powai region. I would purchase my next instrument from here and have no regrets whatsoever.

This is quite small place as compared to other furtados stores I have visited. Very few instruments on display. Availability is also quite limited.

Great place for music lovers , good collection good customer service

Went to buy a semi acoustic guitar but was put off by the behaviour of the staff. Also the lack of knowledge about overall music and types, makes and models of guitars are revolting. The shop is very small and choices are limited. And if you don't really agree with the choices of the staff you will bear the brunt of there abysmal attitude. No doubt people have complained about the rude and unprofessional behaviour.

It's a good store and we have been buying from them over a decade now. Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable too.

Furtados has a very good collection of instruments and books. The one in Powai is no less, they may not have all that you're looking for but they can always source it from their other branches in and around. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. The store is also located at a very convenient location- 1st floor Galleria just above Ribbons and Balloons, Hiranandani Gardens,Powai. They have jamming sessions every Friday from 5:30 pm until store closes. It is open to everyone and for all instruments. I've been going there almost every Fridays for two years now and it's been a joy to play the piano there. You can play whatever instruments you want without restrictions. What more could a musician ask for! 😄

Never buy any musical instruments from them. Most pathetic after sales service and cheap quality of instruments they have to offer. There are better musical stores in Bombay. Furtados is just a brand name.

The services and staff are great, but the options of instruments are extremely limited and it seems like a store solely for music enthusiasts. You'll end up being confused between top notch professional instrument brands if you're a beginner and if you have a budget, then forget buying anything from here since you'll only end up burning your pocket. But on the bright side, if you have been playing instruments and are an enthusiast, then this place's great for you!!
