5***** for staff Very slow service. We took only 10 minutes to choose the jewelry. But it took us 1 hour and 30 minutes to finish billing and other things. This will cause a lot of inconvenience to customers. This should be fixed as soon as possible. You need to let the two people sitting at the door know which collection you have. My high expectations for this place were sadly not met. Their location in Irla promised us life long returns after we were given the wrong screw for a pair of emerald earrings. Bad customer service and the employees refused to see our reasoning even after I showed them the exact bill. I could not use the earrings because of this mistake for about one year, and had called twice to enquire about getting them fixed. You would think that I would not have to pay just for their mistake with the sizing issue, but no! I got charged 400 rupees just get the screw exchanged. This was not at all fair. No matter how beautiful the earrings were (and they really were gorgeous), I am not happy with their sense of principle and customer service. Tanishq Jewlers has lost a possible life long customer.The one star is only there because of how pretty the earrings were.

Painful on Festival Day. Only one person to manage existing customers. 20 staff to manage new buyers. One of the sales guy broke the queue and slipped in someone else's jewellery and justified it with a bad logic. My last investment with them. My 5min task took 1hr. And I saw other customers complaining too ....wrong delivery instead of East they mentioned west etc. etc. I always loved this brand. Franchises have always given a better experience. We have wasted over 6 hours for purchasing a small amount of product. The staff is incompetent and are bringing down the value of Tanishq. Calls are not attended to properly and there is a lot of communication gap.

Come on an off day, you will get great service and good time and design to choose. Come on a holiday/busy day, even such a big place is too crowded. The facilities available there are very good. They have machines for gold quality checking to melting and it's done within minutes. Their customer service is good is employees are available for it. All in all, it was a good experience. The 1 star it lost is because the rate of gold is 50 to 100 rupees faster.
