Had visited here with a friend. The whole staff was quite friendly. She was especially well looked after by Mr. Suraj Kanojia and the cashier Sachin also helped resolve some concerns. The staff took care to explain things and they went into great detail to answer all questions that my friend had. The place is big, well lit, quite conscious of the covid situation and ready with all precautions Highly recommended.

Tanishq is the jewellery brand for Titan company focussing on Indian markets. It has wide range of gold , diamond and solitaires available and regularly launches different lines and collections to cater and capture all the segments. This Andheri West store has a gold collection of gold, diamond and solitaires jewellery along with taneira(saree brand) , watches and Titan eye plus , all under one roof which is bound to make you spoil. Ambience is quite peacefull and is among the biggest showroom in Mumbai City Staff is well trained and is very helpful and patient. Considering the rising gold prices and their making charges which are bit on higher side ,(yes , do check the making charges on ornaments , not that easy on pocket) they also have a Golder harvest scheme for all to save and invest on monthly basis. Over all a 5 star experience as soon as you enter this magical world of exquisite jewellery .

Having been a happy customer of Tata Gold Plus and Tanishq for over a decade, my experience of 23.10.2022 at Tanishq (Vastu Prestige) Andheri West was my worst ever. Right from the time we entered the store, indifference was noticeable. Even basic courtesies were not extended such as offering a seat and drinking water. Even when requested, no chair/stool was provided. Even when displaying the jewellery / designs, the store staff were displaying an 'unfriendly attitude' as if we were totally unwelcome, which was not only surprising, but utterly shocking. What was more disappointing was that this was happening during Diwali. While I still might gather enough courage to go to a Tanishq showroom elsewhere in the country but never-ever to this particular one. The one-star is for the Valet parking facility which was the only good experience.

We have always had Very good experience at the Link Road, Andheri West store. The services rendered are superb and also the products and designs available are excellent. Yesterday we bought a piece of jewellery there and are very happy with it. Ms Kiran who showed us the pieces was very knowledgeable and efficient in showing us the pieces . Wish I could give them lower than 1 star. Bought wedding rings from here for my wife and myself. "On priority" the rings came after 1 month. Then when we went to collect them, my wife's ring was dented and we were told that it's just the light. The floor manager later did confirm that it was a dent. The ring was also tight as improper sizing check was done. And to make matters worse, they SOLD my custom order ring to someone else. So chances are I won't have wedding rings in time, despite placing the order more than 2 months in advance. Also, nobody has even offered an apology or bothered following up and updating us.

Trusted place to buy jewellery. Very friendly staff and they do give you all the attention you require. Prices are competitive in some aspects but its debatable. Overall variety is good and they do have good collection for display also.

We have a marriage in the family and we wanted to buy a pair of gold bangles. Tanishq had a wide collection of interesting designs, and it took us a while to decide on the one we wanted.
