Not bad, they need more organisations, self check out, fast cashier ( 10 items or less). weighing stand is going so slow because everyone buys like there is end of the world. They should put auto weighing next to cashiers desk or self checkout. People when they are at the payment line they dont put their items in the bag while cashier pass the collection side, they wait until the payment and they want some body to come and fill it. Basically customers wont help themselves. For that reason it takes very long to pay and go out from the market( sunday i had to wait almost 1 hour and only 4 people were front of me) . Other countries customers do their part and while cashier passing the items customer put in the bag. Or self checkout. All the customers have to do their part and read the items and put in the bags and pay. In india sadly none of the customers know how to shopping and filling the bags by them selves. Little lazy or not practical. But besides waithing times, its very economical market , most of the things prices better than any where else. They also have many workers which people with disabilities. I think in my knowledge only Star Bazaar supports them as giving them job. Star Bazaar at least deserve 10 star because of that.

Mostly i purchase my household products from here only as i get everything in one rooftop. There is a lot of offers going on here on their products. The best part is that it is spacious and its not that much crowded one will get a smooth shopping experience here as compared to dmart. It consist of ground+1, in the ground floor mostly ull get all consumables and on the first floor clothings and other household products.

Good place for grocery. Have decent discounts and offers. They have everything under one shop here (food, fish, meat, vegetables, grocery, clothing, shoes, other house hold items, toys, office stationery etc). Ample parking and decent staff. Need to improve on vegetation quality.

The guy who helps us to pick up heavy load will surely come to your rescue if they find that are unable to pick heavy items. The place has all the major and minor brands you can think of buying. PS:Best time to avoid long queue is to visit the store at around 4pm .Happy Shopping

Please verify the prices and your bills before leaving star bazaar. I always find difference in the actual product value and billing amount. They repay you the additional charged amount at customer care counter. And it happens with me each and everytime I visit star bazaar.

As usual Star Bazar provides a pleasant shopping experience With all the daily essentials things food grain and fresh vegetables at very reasonable prices. The items of Tata, are available at a low price than others but other company items. The management and billing is slow, and there was no change for cash. So if you are planning for quick grab, then I would not recommend it, but for weekly or monthly grocery, yes, great place.

It's a big supermarket. Quite interesting if you come from Europe. Few things were expensive compare to other shops. It's located in Andheri West near DN Nagar station. Staff were helpful if you need to find something.

Always a good place to go shopping as everything is available under one roof. They also have banquets here so if you are planning an event will be a good idea to check. Plenty of basement parking so nothing to worry. Place is very well designed and also has the grocery shop on the ground level for grocery shopping.

Star Bazar is good for shopping imported groceries and fresh and frozen meat around Andheri West area. However the offers have come down. No baking cookware was available. Zudio has a showroom inside with limited apparel choices. They used to have kids section before which has been removed. Disappointed.

It’s a super market with great variety of household items and at competitive price. We were earning points for every purchase and used to redeem those points time and again. We were told yesterday that this practice is stopped which is a negative point. At cash counter there should be a helper to assist seniors to fill up their bags.

It's a nice place. Very close to DN nagar metro. And the store is huge. They have nice discounts. But the sale finishes quickly. Very pocket friendly. And almost everything is available here. I purchased many grocery items and food.

They have trolleys to carry your stuff and ramp mode of access is available too. The ground floor comprises body care, bath and toiletries, soaps and detergent sections, cleaning supplies, all pooja related items, use and throw items, tetra packs of flavored milks, soy milk, almond milk, buttermilk, eggs, breads, dairy section, biscuits, namkeens, sauces, jams, spreads, non veg section, fruits and vegetables section, dry fruits section, grains and other grocery section, frozen food section. They also have a food counter where you get delicious price worthy food stuffs like biryani, rolls, Manchurian, fried rice, cakes, sandwiches, etc. Both in veg and non veg options. One can choose loose or packed groceries from the variety available. Every Wednesday they have a Sasta bazaar where the majority of things are available at highly discounted prices. The second floor is mainly utensils, kitchen items, stationary, Zudio (clothing, footwear and accessory outlet) Do visit once and I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed.

Horrific experience...most of the shopping area near the Milk/Curd section was stinking of probably dead rat. The staff when informed just smiled indifferently. Most of the racks especially the fruits and vegetables section were empty and not refilled. Whatever was available were seemingly leftovers of the worst quality. The less is mentioned about the staff at the cash counter the better...yawning away to Glory, taking all their while attending each customer, showing absolutely no hurry in resolving any issues which might hinder the billing process. The billing of each customer took almost 15 to 20 minutes. With the weekend crowd, there were huge long queues and seemingly chaos everywhere. Pathetic response time by one or two seniors around ...for resolution. Attitude of most of staff was unenthusiastic, half hearted, demoralised and indifferent ... In short complete waste of weekend.

This place have competitive pricing in some of the items. However, packing & billing here are too slow. I have discarded my cart here many times after getting frustrated due to long queues for billing. They could have employed more workers for packing & billing but they are least bothered, as they do not have any competition around.

Had bad experience at counter staff very negligent attitude towards customers inspite of being repeated request no response from staff . I was in counter no 12 billing staff name Sachin visited on 16th Nov at 1346hrs.

It was good experience of mine to star bazar. All kinds of daily uses are getting cheapest in the star bazaar. I always buy all necessary uses of daily uses from star bazar only so i get cheap price to me and even they are giving us some of them sale so we get benefits also they give sometimes free gifts also in grocery if the product having free sale service

Try avoid buying luggage from * bazar, vip and other brands make for such stores like this d mart a bit cheaper range and nobody explains features that well as they do in vip lounge or deidcated store of a luggage company. This place is really good if you want to go shopping. The place has improved, and you will have a good shopping experience. You will get all types of stuff you want, I personally love shopping for clothes here. They have some really cool collections now at a very reasonable price. Every time I save minimum 500 rupees in this market , they have all stuffs you name any , I am in love with this place and really cant stay without it now . The only cons is the cashier counter is a bit slow but if you are saving thousand bucks then I really dont mind

Very bad experience. Product is MRP of 459. Discount on this is 42 rs so net price to customer should be 417. They billed it at 499 and made the net price as 457. So they promised 42 rs discount and gave only 2rs. When Mr. Phodkar who is their store manager was asked on this he said it is just a technical glitch and that we should ignore it as even with the glitch we are getting 2 rs discount.

The outlet is very good, the staff is good... Good washroom facility. But the only thing is there's no drinking water facility which should be there as a protocol to be followed...

This is one the famous mall for household purchases in Andheri. You can get almost everything like food outlets, crockery, cushions, mattresses, toys, stationary etc. The security provided is very good. The staff here provide very good service.
